I highly recommend this hotel for any visit Bordeaux. The staff and facility were exceptional. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood so it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre but well worth it, especially with the refreshing pool after a full day of seeing what Bordeaux has to offer. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

The staff were extremely warm and attentive and we loved being in a quiet, residential area- where the buzz of the city was only a 5 minute walk away. The roof terrace was also beautiful!

Staff was absolutely amazing - helpful, kind, generous and accommodating. Room was excellent. Bar area was great Michelin star restaurant was absolutely a delight. Price was fair for everything.

A beautiful hotel, excellent service all round, rooms are stunning and very clean! Great location, quiet but can walk to centre of old town in 15-20minutes! The pool could benefit from a bit of music in the daytime to give it more atmosphere. I also think charging €30 pp per hour for the spa in addition is a bit unreasonable and overpriced for what the spa has to offer but we didn’t really mind as we wouldn’t have used the spa. I would stay again!

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Whirlpool. War eigentlich alles top. Kleine Mankos: kein Conditioner. Wasser im Whirlpool gehört ausgetauscht nach jedem Gast und Whirlpool gereinigt. Am morgen war bereits zu wenig Wasser drin. Dach muss entfernt werden über dem Eingang zur Terrasse oder wenn nicht möglich aus Denkmalschutz mit Schaumstoff ummantelt und Kunstleder überzogen, damit man nicht seinen Kopf anschlägt. Unendlich viele Moskitos nachts. Ich habe leider kaum geschlafen.

Wonderful hotel…so comfortable and clean. Thought the breakfast was too expensive so went over a block and had a terrific homemade breakfast for 8 euros. Great hotel to stay and rest in.

Hotel sem estrutura física com conforto. Atendimento educado mas dentro do normal sem nada a mais. A experiência da chegada foi muito ruim. Quarto com escadas perigosas para acessar e dentro do apartamento. Banheiros sem box, sem janelas, sem exaustão e pouca luminosidade.

It’s a bit far away from the heart of Bordeaux and requires a lot of walk to access to restaurants and shopping. The room we stayed in was quite small and we only received a very minimal service. IMO, it doesn’t live up to 5 stars hotel standards. Would definitely come back to Bordeaux but will not stay here again.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful even allowing us to swap rooms. The hot tub took a while to heat up but that aside it was a beautiful room. Be great to have harder pillows but that is more personal preference. Overall a lovely room and couldn’t do enough for us

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. A little away from the hustle and bustle but in a good way - less noise. Just a short 5 minute walk and there are restaurants and the tram. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely . Food good quality. However lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved leaving guests with no explanation & food/ drinks that took over an hour & a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Staff was absolutely amazing - helpful, kind, generous and accommodating. Room was excellent. Bar area was great Michelin star restaurant was absolutely a delight. Price was fair for everything.

We have a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived and exactly as requested. The entire staff was amazing. We mainly walked to all of our restaurants and tours. Conveniently located but in a quiet part of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bordeaux

It’s a bit far away from the heart of Bordeaux and requires a lot of walk to access to restaurants and shopping. The room we stayed in was quite small and we only received a very minimal service. IMO, it doesn’t live up to 5 stars hotel standards. Would definitely come back to Bordeaux but will not stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. A little away from the hustle and bustle but in a good way - less noise. Just a short 5 minute walk and there are restaurants and the tram. Will definitely be back!

The staff were extremely warm and attentive and we loved being in a quiet, residential area- where the buzz of the city was only a 5 minute walk away. The roof terrace was also beautiful!

The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely . Food good quality. However lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved leaving guests with no explanation & food/ drinks that took over an hour & a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful hotel…so comfortable and clean. Thought the breakfast was too expensive so went over a block and had a terrific homemade breakfast for 8 euros. Great hotel to stay and rest in.

Excellent stay. Luxurious. Relaxing. Friendly staff. Dementri in particular gave us recommendations where to visit and where to go for dinner when we arrived. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux, everywhere easy to reach by foot. Room was perfect, we stayed in Shakespeare which had a hot tub on the balcony. We had dinner from the tasting menu at the restaurant which was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Property is situated in a quiet area yet close walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest and historical. We walked everywhere. The hotel is well maintained and staff are great. The tasing menu dinner was great. Breakfast was excellent and choices were great.

On the positive side, the boutique vibe is fantastic—it feels exclusive and peaceful, and the location in Bordeaux is spot-on for walking everywhere. The staff were also super sweet and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room left a bit to be desired. We booked the Tolstoy Suite which has a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool in the courtyard , but it was blocked off and completely unusable, which was a huge letdown. Also, for a 5-star luxury hotel charging top-tier rates, simple amenities like conditioner in the shower were missing. Great location and lovely team, but a few details fell short for what we paid.

Room wasn't ready at check in, room looked nothing like pics: super low ceiling (that you could touch), mold in bathroom (no fan or window). Couldn't open curtains unless you wanted everyone from pool to see right in. Heard people at pool late into the night and then woken up each night at 6am by the roller bags going by and laundry room next to us. Gym had broken eleptical that if you tried to go on, you'd hit your head on ceiling. Then they closed the gym for a meeting, hotel guests aren't a priority. Tried to change rooms, said I'd be happy to pay for an upgrade. After a couple messages and calls we gave up. Finally talked to a manager who was very nice and said we'd get a night refunded. At checkout they didn't know how to do it, I haven't gotten anything. Stayed in 6 other hotels on this tour trip, all were wonderful. This was so disappointing all around.
