Great location . Boutique hotel 1 block of main drag . Close to shopping and dining and outfitters. Newer hotel with friendly attentive staff.would be nice to have service poolside for drinks and food. The bar at the poolside was understaffed and service was slow all 3 days we were there. I recommend

I would have liked to have been notified that the pool was drained and under repairs. I chose this hotel for the beautiful pool and poolside bar with beautiful view. I would have liked the option to cancel and find a cheeper hotel since I paid more to stay at this one due to its outdoor area.

Very nice hotel but communication killed the stay a bit for us. My wife and I booked this hotel for a comfortable stay with lots of swimming and hot tubbing for her b-day weekend. We got that Saturday but were surprised Sunday morning to find the pool was drained! So we changed our plans to go find something else to do and checked out. We told the hotel staff we were pretty disappointed about the pool closure only to find out then, on our way out the door, they have another pool at a different part of the property. We were sooo bummed! They can't put a sign up at the closed pool that says there is another pool or we can't be told where all the amenities are at check in? Not a huge deal I suppose but it totally ruined our fun plan for part of the trip. It's a nice hotel and I would go back but just sorts left a bad taste.

the added 15 bucks for parking at a hotel in moab that no one is walking to is incredibly irritating. this is not a city where ppl can actually take public transport or they parking real estate is tricky. just annoying as hell. everything else was great.

This has been one of our faves but now they charge for parking (without warning) and their bike storage is severely lacking in security. Anyone can go in and take any bike. Still no electric car charger. Come on, step it up hoodoo. You’re in Moab for Christ’s sake:

We stayed for a quick overnight with our family of two adults and four small children. The accessibility of the room to the pool was amazing. The kids loved the pool. We loved the clean and comfortable bed and bathroom and the great location in town.

Super fast efficient check-in. All the staff was really nice. Great location. Property in good condition good parking. Very comfortable bed nice TV nice main room. All the bedding very clean carpets clean etc. We had multiple problems with the bathroom. The hose that connects the showerhead was spraying water everywhere we complained about it twice finally a maintenance man changed out the hose and it worked perfectly. The shower curtain had black stains all over it and fingerprints. We told the housekeeping lady and somebody via text message conversation and nothing was done about the dirty shower curtain. Before we took a shower we noticed there were long hairs accumulated on the walls about 5 feet high. After complaining about it twice a housekeeping person came and collected all the hair in the shower. It looks like the shower floor was clean but the walls were not. We ate at the restaurant and the food and steak was not that good especially for the price that we paid. Nice hotel but can use some improvements

We have been coming here exclusively for years. I was disappointed this time. The pool was freezing, the halls smelled like throw up. It used to smell so fresh, with the perfect pool temp. House keeping wasn’t as thorough. It’s a bummer because we have loved this place for years. I used to not mind splurging but It’s really overpriced for what it is now :-(

The hotel is new and most amenities in it look and feel new, modern and clean. However, they seem to be overwhelmed and couldnt handle the service properly. Needed 2 requests at the front desk to get room cleaned, which was only done on the 2d day of our stay. The request to take care of the clogged bathroom sink was never taken care of. Also the bathroom door was malfunctioning and didnt fully close.

Convenient location to walk to restaurants and downtown. Room was not very clean in my opinion. Dust and debris were on counters and windowsills. Window had marks all over them from kids with dirty hand streaks. Staples from carpets strips where carpet meets tile were exposed. Tile was chipped in bathroom. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Overall I would not stay here again for the price. We have stayed in Moab over10 times and this hotel left me disappointed.

The suite we had was beautiful, but not entirely functional. The sink and freestanding tub were lovely, but impractical and the coating on both was deteriorating. The vessel sink didn’t drain well, and the distance between the faucet and the water level was limited. The suite was indeed lovely, but functionality should be evaluated.

I’ve stayed there multiple times and it usually wonderful. My room 333 I had no control of the temperature it’s winter and I slept with the door open because it was so hot. It’s a great property and I e we oils like to think this will be fixed

Such a same as this is a beautiful property with a great pool. BUT the bathroom doors have no locks and are on tracks that provide zero privacy. Maybe fine for a couple or solo traveler but for a family having a non locking bathroom door is a deal killer. Also, shower grout had mold and mildew.

The hotel is modern and clean but it doesn’t have any kind of soundproofing at the door and in the bathroom you can hear everything including the elevator all night long. Light sleeper avoid this one.

Seems new built and modern designed property. Bed was comfortable. All is excellent except shower and thin walls. The bathroom was huge with two showers - a standing and a tub - but both were uncomfortable and small to use. Water was running off the shower and we had to throw in the towel to channel the water back. Shower knob was so weird. The walls were thin, we could hear people talk / paying video games into the night. Upper floor had some washing machine and was running till 11:00 Pm and we could hear even the water sloshing in it.

We stopped off here on a winter road trip. Love this hotel. Incredible value. Room was huge and super comfortable with high end finishes and a lovely view. Easy walking to restaurants. Perfect location for national parks.

Would have been an easy 5 star. Booked a suite over 35 days in advanced paid in full. Check in was at 4 pm. Mind you I have a very expensive rental sxs I was paying for with limited time to use. When I went to check in they initially said they had no reservations for me. Then they magically did however the room wasn't ready yet. Around 6 pm they said the room was ready. Upon check in clothing and a wallet from the previous guest was left in the room. No big deal. The biggest issue is upon check out they didnt want to give me a receipt. I then noticed there was nearly $400 in charges on my credit card for the steakhouse.. I never stepped foot in the steakhouse not even once. I did buy two drinks at the pool that totaled $17 and I tipped another $15 on top of that. Somehow somebody charged 3 to 4 steak dinners over a 3 to 4 day span onto my room.. They also kept the deposit for the room, which was ridiculous because I left the room in better shape than when I checked in. On our last night we were at the pool and I turned down drinks from the waiter. That must've ticked him off because after that, he was very short with me and very rude.. he kept coming by where I was laying out by the pool and trying micromanage my time at the pool and make me uncomfortable enough that I left the pool. I felt like he was salty for some reason.. outside of that the staff was very nice. The room not being ready and the unexplained charges were not OK.

I could stay here on long stay with no issue. Property was nothing short of Perfect! Clean, spacious, well located and ample amenities. Unlike mos of our travels in the US, the staff here were not great! Just not friendly, bit of a chip on their shoulder. Not all staff, but 50% of our interactions were just sub-par : especially at check in. Questions were met with an air of disdain. Maybe they were having a bad day…? Maybe they need to not be client facing…? Avoid human interactions, and you’ll love it here…!!!

Maybe the nicest hotel in Moab. Beautiful large rooms and extremely nice bathrooms. Excellent service, welcoming and accommodating. We were here end of July, the pool was completely empty in the mornings, busy but not crowded in the afternoons and evenings. Water fountains and ice machines on every floor and a short walk to stores/restaurants and food trucks.

We were traveling and arriving late in the evening. Getting thru to the actual hotel was quite difficult. When I finally reached the hotel the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. Upon arrival the only desk person was terrible.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Rebecca at the desk was so kind and patient as we needed to get our bikes out of storage multiple times in about 2 hrs. So nice. Also there was a gentleman at the restaurant on Tuesday morning, at 6:30 am, July 8th. He made me 3 coffees to go and was very helpful and professional.

My son and I had a fantastic stay at the Hoodoo Moab during our trip to hike at Arches and Canyonlands. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, great beds and shower, and morning breakfast was easy. Centrally located, we enjoyed local restaurants within a block away. Easy access to both Arches and Canyonlands.

Everything about this hotel met my expectations and is of good quality. The pool area and hot tub is great as well. This visit would have been perfect expect for the restaurant. The portions were large and the quality of the food was fine, but the prime rib was 1/2 fat and stringy. The baby back ribs were tough, so under cooked. The roasted broccoli I was under roasted and tasteless. The beer and shrimp appetizer were great.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel , great location. I don’t want to nit pick but there were a few things that annoyed me …. The restaurant service was veryyyyyy slow and not attentive. I asked several times for my water to be refilled and i wanted dessert but they did not come and ask. There was no coffee available in the lobby which is a big deal breaker for me. I always find it strange when i book a double queen room , which technically can accommodate 4 people, and the in room coffee option gives you 2 tiny “coffee mate” ( not even real creamers) . The only coffee available was in the restaurant and took forever (again!) and i had to pay $7 for 2 coffees. That left me with a bad taste in the mornings…… also there was one small elevator that went to the basement for the laundry. It was not operating properly , they had a sign saying to press the floor button multiple times to open the door !! As someone who is pretty claustrophobic this was not cool !!!!! And there was no stair access from the basement either which seems like a safety issue in case of an emergency ?? The elevator situation was confusing in every way too, as the “regular elevator” also had an option for the basement but that was only for the spa, no access to the laundry. TOO CONFUSING !!!?? We wasted a lot of time getting lost in the hotel. That being said it really was a beautiful location , and even had a nice ballroom , i could see it being a great place for a wedding venue.

I especially loved the pool and pool area. We ate in the hotel restaurant every morning for breakfast, it was delicious! Our room was perfect!!!
