The property was not very clean. No wifi. Doors to the decks were very difficult to open/close. Add poor phone reception as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in the perfect location. Lovely quiet street. Kitchen and bbq were spotless and really well stocked with plates cutlery bowls etc. downsides were state of deep cleanliness - thick dust on all surfaces,, filthy flyscreens thousands of cobwebs and spiders throughout, and sliding doors almost impossible to open and close due to build up of grit and sand.Finally: what kind of holiday rental has no wifi??? Particularly when the whole street is in a 3/4/5G blackhole for both optus and telstra. A weekend i can deal with... 9 days without internet for 2 adults and two teens is near impossible. When i emailed agent to find out if there was any wofi i never got a response. Pretty average.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A short walk to the beach so it's easy to just walk back for lunch or get the board. Clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of utensils etc. Living room and decks are nice with good natural light. Garage is large with plenty of height if you have boards or kayak on the roof. Just needs an outdoor shower and new wheels on the sliding doors.
