친절하시고 위치 좋고 주차도 편했어요 ! 다음에 또 올거예요

해운대 도보 거리라서 편했습니다. 주차는 지하 4층까지 있는데 늦게 체크인하면 주차 요원께서 몇 층에 어떻게 주차하라고 알려주십니다. 다만 샤워부스는 문이 없어서 물이 다 튀어 나가더라구요. 그래서 최대한 물 안 튀게 벽쪽으로 붙어서 샤워해야했어요.

환기가 잘 되어 있었으며, 숙박시설 특유의 냄새가 나지 안았음. 청결상태가 매우 좋았습니다. 침구류도 깨끗하고 편안하였음. 그러나 주차장이 협소하고, 엘리베이터가 너무 느려서 불편한 점이 있었음.

A solid hotel providing all the neccesities. The rooms are pretty spacious, and there's a small balcony on each floor. I did not try things like their breakfast options or look into if they offer any additional services, so I can't quite comment on them.

It was very close to the attractions and beach. The hotel was clean and updated. The terrace was very nice and I would book again if I come to Busan. Overall, I had a good experience!

Close to the beach, shopping district and transportation. There are hand showers and compressed air to clean up after the walk from the beach.

가격대비 정말 좋은거 같아요. 침구 편안하고 깨끗하네요. 리뷰보니까 주차장 만차라 외부에 주차하고 돈냈다고 적혀있었는데 해운대는 다그런거 아닌가 싶네요. 주차장들이 다 작더라구요 그래서 예전에 다른호텔갔을때도 외부에 주차하고 제 돈지불했어요 이번엔 평일에 자서 주차장 넉넉했네요. 저는 다음에도 투숙할예정입니다. 가격대비대만족이였습니다. 추천드려요~

조용하고 깨끗해요 주차장이 조금 좁아서 힘들었지만 가성비 좋습니다.

복층형 더블침대 2개 방을 사용했습니다. 생각보다 넓고 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원 분들이 매우 친절합니다. 해운대 해수욕장과 가까운데 밖에서 모래 털어내고 들어올 수 있어서 좋습니다.

호텔이 너무 깔끔하고 아늑하고, 발코니도 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 요청 드렸던 오션뷰로 예약 했더니 바닷바람 소리도 들을수 있어서 아침에 상쾌하게 일어났습니다. 단점이라면 엘리베이터 가 2개 뿐이라 18층까지 있어서 기다림이 좀 걸리지만, 크게 불편하지는 않아요.

Loved the conveniences of the hotel from the beach and the station. You literally have everything at your fingertips. Staff are friendly and helpful and for most of the staff, nothing is too much. Would have given 5 stars except the shower leaks and floods the bathroom which makes it a safety/slip hazard and also makes the bathroom unusable while the floor is still wet. Otherwise would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

방은 작지만 객실이 깨끗했어요

Pros: Close to Haeundae Beach, Fairly quiet surrounding neighborhood, nearby fast food and convenience stores. Cons: Bed covers and pillow covers had stains left on them, strange marks/leftover residue present at the bottom of toilet bowl. Refrigerator was incredibly weak, and did not chill items well. Specific Issues to Note: ->Difficulty communicating with staff as a foreigner. Called to ask about early check-in and late check-out, but staff was not able to clearly state if it was possible or not in English. Also neglected to mention a fee being included for early check-in until asked explicitly about any associated charges. Korean was necessary in order to receive more definitive responses. ->Guest was changing clothes when the cleaner arrived. Cleaner continued to ring doorbell several times until the guest opened it. Although cleaner was notified that the guest was still changing clothes (in Korean) and they had declined room service, the door was forcibly pulled open wider by cleaner just to hand over some water bottles. It would have been preferable for the cleaner to leave the bottles outside the door or waited for the guest to finish changing first. Overall, convenient location but poor hygiene/cleanliness and unsatisfactory staff interactions. Not recommended for stays longer than 1 to 2 days.

카펫인지 어디서 나는지 모르겠지만 여름에 습기에 쪄들때 나는 냄세 처럼 굉장히 심한 악취가 옷장 근처에서 납니다. 방안 환기나 건조가 제대로 안이루어지어 발생되는 현상인것 같는데 관리자의 세심한 관리가 필요합니다.

객실이 깨끗하고 침대가 푹신해서 좋아요!

When I checked in everything was good until I came back to my room from dinner and found a cockroach size of my thumb in the bathroom and it quickly hid under the cabinet which had me freaked out. I immediately called front desk and asked for room change and the clerk abliged. After the room change, I did not experience same critter problem but left me with some bad impression about the hotel.

You can see only a small part of ocean, but the location and the room is great.

너무 좁아요.

가성비 좋음. 해운대에서 가까우며 주변 접근성 좋음 화장실이 좁고 비데가없음. 그외에는 만족

We got the room with a staircase and a bed on top. The bed was a mattress on the floor and since it was high up, the AC did not reach therefore very uncomfortable. Slept 2 in a single bed the second night. The shower sprays all over the bathroom. There was enough space to open 3 suitcases which was nice. Good location, friendly staff. Great for the price!

얼리 체크인도 해주시고 룸 상태도 좋았으나 화장실에 샤워부스는 조금 작은 느낌이 있고 무엇보다 새벽에 다른 투숙객이 룸을 헷갈린건지 벨을 계속 누르고 노크도 계속 해서 불쾌했네요 객실 보안에 조금 더 신경을 써주셨으면 합니다... 위험하다고 느꼈어요

Nice hotel. It’s a relatively new hotel. We had a partial ocean view which made it nicer and the hotel is a couple blocks from the beach.

Property nice, staff not so knowledgeable, reserved for 4 and added buffet, when went to breakfast was told had to pay for 2 buffets. Asked front counter at check in to confirm 4 breakfast buffets, was confirmed, buffet staff said the front desk made a mistake. Paid for additional 2 buffets, not worth charge.

Either the building is new or the rooms are newly renovated. The rooms were clean and did not stink. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional and were better than the other hotels in the area.

Had a great stay! Room was clean and a good size! Staff was very nice. Hotel is just a few minutes from the beach, and very close to shopping and transportation. Recommend!

ロフトがあるタイプの部屋は初めてで、天井が二階建ての高さで快適でした！3人分のベッドがあり、同じ値段で3人が泊まれるのも魅力的です。基本的に全て清潔で、バスローブもお水も十分にあるため、とても素晴らしかったです。24時間空いてるフロントも対応が、素晴らしかったです。また泊まりたいです！

Petit déjeuner rudimentaire pas bcp de choix, Personnel ne parle pas bien anglais. Pas trop le sens du service faut se débrouiller seul avantage bien situé entre la mer et les différents sites touristiques.

신축이라 룸 컨디션이 정말 최고입니다 넓지는않았지만 청결함과 침구컨디션이 정말좋았고 해운대접근성도 좋아요 다만 유흥가근처라 새벽늦게까지 좀시끄러운소리가 들리긴했습니다

海雲台區酒店，地點便利，寧靜舒適，價錢合適

해운대 해수욕장 바로 앞이라 거리상으로 완벽한 숙소였어요!! 저녁도착이라 가성비숙소 찾았던건데 친절하고 체크인도 진짜 빠르게 도와주셨어요 ㅎㅎ

위치 좋아요! 버스정류장, 해운대해변 도보 2-3분, 5-7분만 걸으면 해운대 중앙거리? 갈 수 있어서 식당찾기도 쉬워요. 가성비 좋아요! 가성비로 선택한 호텔이라 뷰는 기대도 안했는데 의외로 빼꼼 보이는 바다뷰 괜찮드라구요. 그리고 생긴지 얼마안된건지 새건물, 깨끗합니다. 데스크 직원분들도 친절하고 항상 2명이 계셔서 붐비지도 않구요, 작은 기념품 판매대도 있고 캡슐 커피 자판기도 있어요. 방음 잘 되는 것 같았어요. 제 방이 엘리베이터와 가깝고 작은 방이다보니 문이랑 침실이 가까운 편이였는도 복도에 사람 다니는 소리가 잘 안들리더라구요. 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

엄마, 이모들과 함께 해운대 여행하면서 가성비 있는 곳을 고르던 중에 예약했어요. 해운대해수욕장도 가깝고 주변에 해운대 시장,편의점이 있어 저녁식사하고 산책하기 너무 좋아요. 전체적인 룸 컨디션이 좋구요 기본 양치도구 제공됩니다. 침대가 넓어서 둘이 자도 넉넉합니다. 조식도 빵, 밥, 샐러드 다 맛이 있어요. 또 빼꼼이긴 하지만 해운대 바다가 보여요. 체크인할 때 프론트 담당하시는 호텔리어 분도 제가 조식에대해 몇번이나 질문했는데도 친절하게 웃으며 설명해주셨어요. 다음에 부산 올 일 있으면 여기 또 올거예요.

위치도 해운대라서 너무 좋구요 바다랑 걸어서 3분. 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 조식까지 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다. 가성비가 너무 좋아요.
