The staff was unfriendly! You can hear in other peoples room, the walls are like thin paper. Great stores around the area. I also enjoyed that it is pet friendly.

Arriving at the property we were aware that the front desk closed at 10 pm, but were told to use the phone on wall and on site staff would assist us. We called & waited 15 minutes with no one coming to help. Afyer he said he would be there in 1 minute. Finally someone who just happened to be on site, but not on duty assisted us. She was very friendly. But then found out the room I booked & paid for was changed. I booked 2 queen beds and when we checked in was told they didn't have that available and it was changed to 1 queen bed & a pull out sofa. We had to take it otherwise we had no where to sleep. But thats not what I booked. Room was terribly dirty. I have never seen so much animal hair covering the floor and all inside the sofa/pull out couch. Toilets did not flush in the middle of the night. Police were then in the parking lot & inside the hotel for a incident that broke out during check out. This was not a good experience.

I like the fact that there was no limit on number or size of dogs. Having never stayed in an extended stay hotel before I was disappointed that there was no soap or shampoo provided. No coffee pot or coffee. Really the room was bare. Probably wouldn’t stay in another one

Interesting place a kitchen but no coffee pot and not even a glass. No kitchen wear at all. 2 bath towels and wash clothes. No hair dryer or hand towels. No coffee even In lobby. No one on duty in the morning to take keys. Never been in a place like this.

It was very clean and quiet and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t provide forks or spoons or pots or dishes in the room but they have a microwave and refrigerator and stove top for you to cook on but I’m from the north west suburban area and our rooms with stove tops comes with pots and dishes and spoons and forks so I was talking back about that so I had to go out and provide my own cook wear and spoons and forks and plates so that me and my husband cook eat the food that I brought to cook for us so be aware if you’ll are planning to stay there and cook make sure you’ll bring you’ll own pots and stuff you will need to cook like if you was at home and also you would need dish soap to wash the pots and stuff and kitchen towel or sponge to clean your dishes and stuff but the do provide a clothes basket to use to take your clothes to wash and bring your clothes back to the room and they do provide hangers and the area is nice and there’s store and a mall near by just incase you need clothes or food or snacks or pots and pans and stuff there a Walmart and a dollar tree and Ross and stuff like that and restaurant like bob evans and Popeyes and red lobster and longhorn and outback steak house

Outside looks lovely but on entering through reception there were nasty smells in the corridors. On entering room window was open and AC on, but it stunk of bleach having been recently “cleaned “. Floors slippery if no shoes on. Facilities in room but everything extra charge for plates, cutlery, pans etc. only one device for wifi, pay for other devices. Room was meant to be cleaned during stay, this was not done and we had to ask for extra toilet roll, towels were not replenished so just as well we took our own. Also I selected pay at property which we did and the money was then taken from my credit card and it took a week to be refunded. All in all ok if convenient but probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again..

For an “extended stay” they didn’t have an iron and ironing board in the room. I found that quite odd. When it came time for me to check out I had to wait until someone open the gate at the front desk to drop off my key.

It offered a kitchenette with full refrigerator and hot plate stove top for cooking. Really convenient. The wifi was stated as free but you are allowed only one device. I had more than 2 devices due to business and had to pay additional for wifi to work on my laptop. That was my only issue. Outside of that eveything was excellent. The male staff was very helpful to us.

Room and building was clean and in good shape. However room was damp. Towels would not dry hanging up in your room in 24hrs time. You are expected to wash your towels and linens yourself. Take out your own trash. Seemed to be a lot of permanent residents. Also a lot of dogs. With dogs barking in the hallway. Office only open from 9am to 7 pm. No one around at night. Outside doors lock automatically but people where jamming them open with rocks etc. Smokers outside every door.

Smelled like dog immediately when entering the room, dog hair on the floor in the bathroom, no curtains on the window and the bed literally had two flat pillows for two people all together and the only thing to cover up with was a sheet and another thin sheet. Very cold because of that

The room was filthy, the mattress and the mattress protector was stained. I asked for another mattress protector 3 times and was told that they didn’t have any. The front desk lady was very rude and not concerned about anything. The floors were dirty. I had to go and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. I will never stay here again.

It was VERY DIRTY. Moved the chair and found dirty socks under it. Bedspread had holes in it from cigarette burns, let it be known we had a non smoking room. Staff was rude. Never said hello or have a good day. I have a service dog with papers and they still charged me for my service dog. Never again will we stay there.

Our stay was terrible, the first room they check us into was disgusting. Super dirty, stained sheets, broken bathroom faucet, loose stove nob, dirty bed sides, filthy floors.. the second room was cleaner than the first but still not the best condition.

Not a very good quality hotel especially for the location. There was a smell soon as you walked into this hotel, room looked old...also the bathroom sink was stopped up. Employees that were there were friendly, best i can say about that hotel. I do not recommend this hotel

The location is good for me. But I checked in at 7pm. Had to wait until they "spruced up" my room. Only to get to the room and it was FILTHY. The front desk person had to come clean the room. But even then, it was a thorough cleaning because she was the only person there and others were trying to checkin.

Upon arriving everything seemed ok..as the night progressed I did not enjoy my stay..having a room on the second floor 234 and the people above me 334 with a pet kept me up all night of stomping and running back and forth even after calling the 500 number they kept doing it...that was so disrespectful I would never do that to someone..I had to get up at 5:30am and didn't get any sleep whatsoever..I even asked to be moved to another room..I was told by the front desk that I could call the police but I didn't want to cause a scene so I stuck it out..And i was going to get a weekly rate to stay longer if that hadn't happened

Room was old the bathroom door had burn marks the room smell like cigarettes, cheap mattress on bed, horrible pillows need a paint job. Neighbors were loud receptionist was not at his desk when I needed to be checked in had to call 20 times just to get someone to check me in.

I arrived for check-in after 4pm and was told my room would be ready in 30 minutes which was fine because we wanted to go grab food. I returned at 7pm as I had my 7year anniversary dinner to go to at 8pm and as I approached my door to my room I heard ppl inside my room talking. I notified front desk only to find out that my room had been given away. I had to wait almost another hour which I couldn’t make my dinner reservations. There was two other couples whom had been waiting for hours. Staff was not empathetic. Property is pet friendly and was barking all night. The worst experience ever.

I am absolutely disgusted with how this hotel treats people. I had a real emergency situation come up and had to cancel my stay. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a simple refund or at the very least a partial credit due to the circumstances. Any decent hotel with an ounce of compassion would’ve understood. Not this one. The staff was cold, unhelpful, and kept repeating the same robotic script about their “policy,” with zero interest in actually listening. I explained the emergency multiple times and even provided proof, and they still refused to refund a single dollar. No empathy, no flexibility, no customer service — just greed. Life happens. Emergencies happen. But apparently, this place would rather pocket your money than show basic human decency. The way they handled this situation says everything about their values. If you want to stay somewhere that treats you like a walking dollar sign, book here. If you prefer respect, compassion, and a business that actually cares about its guests — go literally anywhere else. I will never book here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about how poorly they treat people.

I could not check in because this hotel rudely explained upon my arrival that they were “overbooked”, therefore I was sent away and so were five other people was explained by the manager who is on the phone instead of the desk, even though it says that there should be there until 10 pm at the desk. I saw some of the other guests trying to resolve the same issue and they were very upset. As I called the manager to speak with him, he ignored my explanations and hung up on me. I called Expedia and Expedia helped me with finding another hotel.

Your staff at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Nina and your ASM was Great from my check in and extended stay. I'm glad me and my family picked this place. Close to work, reasonable prices especially while we're saving for a down payment on a home.

First off my linens were Not changed before I arrived! My towels looked dirty from stains! I can say that I will NEVER stay at a wood springs again! I get that the price is “cheaper” and you have to RENT everything BUT even the super 8 has a free coffee maker IN THE ROOM and theY ARE CHEAPER!!!
