We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service. We have done many stays at many luxury hotels in uk and I was actually really pleasantly surprised that the stay at The Langley is one of the top in our experience (in view of all the other negative customer reviews). The room amenities were complete too, mouthwash, toothbrush, little things go a long way. Perhaps the only thing is that you needed to pay for sparkling water as that should be complimentary. We would 100% return for another peaceful weekend away.

High-spec fitout rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The food and drink were of a high standard, as were the spa and gym facilities. The staff were all welcoming and professional.
