The hotel is situated at an altitude of 1000 meters (3280 feet) and is accessible via cable car only. The cable car operating hours are: 10 AM - 6 PM from March 1 to Jun 9 and from September 11 to October 31 (cable service outside of these operating hours must be arranged in advance), and 10 AM - 11 PM from June 10 to September 10. A one time charge for cable car tickets, covers the entire stay.
