Accueil très chaleureux. Belle chambre, propre avec clim, frigo, café et thé à disposition. Proche musée du vatican et métro Merci !

Getting into this place from the outside gate was a nightmare until some nice guy walking by let us in. We tried to get ahold of the host, but that took awhile. Make sure you check your whatsapp while you have service before you get there. The host will message you. They DO NOT have a shuttle service as stated. Take a taxi from the airport. Once we finally met with the host, she was pleasant. The room was clean but very small, and not much room to put luggage. It is in a convenient location which was a plus. The bed was comfortable, but it was very noisy with the nightlife, and ambulances. There is no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, so make sure you bring your own. I'd suggest to them to put towel holders in the very small bathroom, so there's a place to hang the towels. You have to carry your luggage up at least 2 floors, so pack light. This is super close and walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and The Vatican. I would probably stay here again if I come back to Rome in the future

I like it was convenient to Vatican. The service and follow up was amazing. Noise coming from the street was loud. Could get a renovation to improve the look.
