Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The intercom in our room was not working, and despite calling several times, no one responded. Only after repeated attempts did the manager finally send housekeeping. The safe locker in the room was also not working, and again, no one came to help us with it. The condition of the mattresses was unacceptable — they were extremely dirty and stained. Overall, the lack of responsiveness from the staff and the poor room conditions made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service and cleanliness.
