Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. C’est facile de se déplacer à partir de l’hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la terrasse au toit pour les fins de journée.

Breakfast was fantastic! Staff were friendly. Thoughtfully designed. Unfortunately the pool was full of green algae - so, not 'open' in my view. But our experience was lovely overall!

Hotel Volga is absolutely beautiful — truly stunning in every sense. The design, ambiance, and attention to detail make it feel special the moment you walk in. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can feel that hospitality here is genuine, not forced. Arturo, in particular, stood out and deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond from the start — giving us a full tour of the hotel, sharing its story, the ups and downs, and all the thoughtful details that make Volga what it is. His warmth, professionalism, and pride in the hotel made such a lasting impression and truly elevated our stay. Hotel Volga is very lucky to have Arturo on their team. We felt so welcomed and taken care of, and we can’t wait to come back.
