Hotel dal fascino particolare, molto curato. Ottima la colazione, disponibile in ogni piano una macchina da caffé e ghiaccio. Con il 68, un autobus che si prende a pochi passi, si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti.

Grande attenzione all'ecosostenibilità. Stanza ampia, letto con baldacchino, non grandissima attenzione alla pulizia (polvere sotto il letto). Colazione con cibo di ottimo livello, scelta non molto ampia. Molto comodo

I have stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because of its convenient location close to my office, and I have generally had a good experience. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The entire 4th floor was extremely warm, and my room was uncomfortably hot as well. I raised the issue with reception, but as the hotel was fully booked, it seemed the receptionist was not sufficiently supported or trained to handle the situation. When I suggested being transferred to one of the hotel’s other properties, this also seemed to be a struggle to arrange. The result was a very poor night’s sleep. It was late September, but the room was so warm that I needed to keep the windows open, while the traffic outside made that very difficult. There were also several light bulbs in the room that were not working, which made getting ready in the morning unnecessarily difficult. Despite informing the staff about both the lighting and the excessive heat, nothing seemed to happen initially. I eventually had to call the hotel from my office to follow up, after which I was given a different room for my final night. I have lived in Copenhagen for 22 years and now return approximately once a month for business. I am therefore looking for a hotel that I can use regularly, ideally close to my office. It is disappointing, as I had previously considered this hotel a good option. Perhaps there has been a change in management or standards, or perhaps I was simply very unlucky this time.
