ホテルは最高でした。プールにも入りました。1Fのレストラン インド料理？も美味しいです。GFの奥のバーも丁寧に対応していただきました。近くにお店がほぼないのが残念賞でしたが、それ以外は部屋の天井も高くお風呂の壁は自動でオープンになるし、今回3ヶ所のホテルに宿泊した中でNO1 予約した時期も良く割安感満載でした。ありがとうございました😊

Overall an excellent hotel. It have the impression of being an epic place when it opened but had taken its eye off the ball slightly with various bits and pieces no longer working as they should, but nothing major and had other things going for it such as location, room size and design. Bar on ground floor was friendly and underused. Breakfasts there was buffet and good quality and selection for all tastes east and west

Stayed at Grayton for 4 -5 days, Situated in Deira, very busy area shopping and business. Great area for exposing the Gold, Perfune and Spice Souk. Much cheaper to live than around JBR and the Palm if you want to spend more time in Dubai and discover other areas. Lovely hotel, good gym and Pool area. Spa is good also for massage. Food is good. Staff and service good also.

First day was terrible. AC and cleanliness issues in my room but the management resolved them within 24 hours. The hotel needs to change the tettered towels and sheets.

Overall it was a decent stay. Only biggest issue was cleanliness there was dust behind the headboard, dust under side tables and general daily house keeping didnt take any dirty dishes from the room. Definately needs better cleaning. Triggered allergies off.

The hotel dates from 2019, so everything is modern and electronically up to date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very pleasing. I especially appreciated the shower, which had excellent pressure and hot water through a rainfall showerhead. The bath was large enough and also comfortable. Housekeeping were especially efficient and very helpful. The wait staff and chefs in the breakfast venue were also cheerful and always customer focused. The breakfast was par for the course in this type of four star establishment, with nothing particularly memorable. Ms Soukaina Ennhari, the Front Office Manager, was especially helpful and efficient. I found all staff to be well trained and client focused, they were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is excellent overall, staff and property alike. The only drawback for me was the location, as it was inside a residential area of multi-storey apartment buildings, such as multiple Golden Sands complexes, and a 15 mins walk from Burjaman Mall, which would be a challenge in the warmer weather. Thank you to all staff, however, for their dedication and professionalism. Blazon corporation may be proud!

Well, it was not expected based on what i saw from the pictures. The all services could have been a lot better. We reserved a room for three people but what they gave me was a very small room which was really difficult to stay... Also the treatment of manager was a lot imploite and he was not at all kind. Evert day they woudn't clean our room completely. Sometimes a towel missed, sometimes a toothbrush missed and etc... Also, the diversity of breakfast was nothing, i can say we could only eat eges, That's it I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all

Fantastic place with very helpful and efficient staff. Room was spacious and great value for money. The area in which the hotel is situated is a bit far from the main tourist sites but worth it.

Not as expected. Hotel itself is nice. But even I'm gold member on Hotels.com. Hotel staff not willing to offer early check-in (they refused immediately, not even check). The interior of the room seems to be good but if look carefully, many facilities not qualified. totally not organized and think thru what customers want. Shower room is worth, always drained after shower so it appears they never bother to check and clean. Bed sheets also many obvious stains, even you public showed to the room service, but still, they don't change....I stayed 5 nights without changing, I won't consider to stay again.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff on reception. The pool staff, restaurant and cleaners were very polite. On arrival there were some unsightly marks around the bathroom that needed cleaning, the curtains were damaged as was the sink plug. We found the bed and pillows a bit hard and uncomfortable and on reflection we would have preferred a location closer to the beaches as its very difficult to walk in Dubai because of the traffic and huge distances. But the pool area was great and overall it was excellent value for money

Det er et billig og ikke så gammelt hotell. Harde senger og A/C fungerte dårlig på mitt rom. avløpsvannet i dusjen virket også tett. Orket ikke klage og flyttet ut etter 1 natt isteden.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years of international travel. We had a prepaid booking and arrived late in the evening, only to be denied check-in because I did not have my passport with me. My passport was accidentally left at my brother’s place, two hours away, but my husband had his passport and I presented a driver’s license with photo, which is a government-issued ID accepted worldwide. If this hotel has a strict policy requiring passports for every guest, that should be clearly communicated in the booking confirmation or pre-arrival emails. It was never mentioned anywhere. You cannot enforce a hidden policy on tired guests at night and leave them stranded. What made this situation far worse was the horribly rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist (a lady at the front desk). Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy or empathy, she coldly suggested that my husband could go to the room while I stayed in the lobby. That is not just unreasonable — it is humiliating. Hotels.com contacted the property directly to help resolve the issue, yet her attitude remained unchanged and dismissive. Even if the hotel chose to stick to its policy, there is a respectful way to decline guests. This was not it. I have traveled to over a dozen countries and visited the UAE 7–8 times, and I have never encountered this level of hostility and lack of basic hospitality at any hotel.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years of international travel. I would never recommend this property to anyone, the amount of charges does not equal to the lack of service they offer. The staff is unhelpful, you can be dying of thirst or sick and they are more concerned with their money and policies.

The first day at the Hotel was good but during the stay someone - my doubt would be the housekeeping may have damaged the cover of the WC and when I saw the same I immediately informed the same to the Hotel and they started blaming me for the damage. The hotel dates from 2019, so everything is modern and electronically up to date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very pleasing. I especially appreciated the shower, which had excellent pressure and hot water through a rainfall showerhead. The bath was large enough and also comfortable. Housekeeping were especially efficient and very helpful. The wait staff and chefs in the breakfast venue were also cheerful and always customer focused. The breakfast was par for the course in this type of four star establishment, with nothing particularly memorable. Ms Soukaina Ennhari, the Front Office Manager, was especially helpful and efficient. I found all staff to be well trained and client focused, they were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is excellent overall, staff and property alike. The only drawback for me was the location, as it was inside a residential area of multi-storey apartment buildings, such as multiple Golden Sands complexes, and a 15 mins walk from Burjaman Mall, which would be a challenge in the warmer weather. Thank you to all staff, however, for their dedication and professionalism. Blazon corporation may be proud!

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff on reception. The pool staff, restaurant and cleaners were very polite. On arrival there were some unsightly marks around the bathroom that needed cleaning, the curtains were damaged as was the sink plug. We found the bed and pillows a bit hard and uncomfortable and on reflection we would have preferred a location closer to the beaches as its very difficult to walk in Dubai because of the traffic and huge distances. But the pool area was great and overall it was excellent value for money

Stayed at Grayton for 4 -5 days, Situated in Deira, very busy area shopping and business. Great area for exposing the Gold, Perfune and Spice Souk. Much cheaper to live than around JBR and the Palm if you want to spend more time in Dubai and discover other areas. Lovely hotel, good gym and Pool area. Spa is good also for massage. Food is good. Staff and service good also.

It have the impression of being an epic place when it opened but had taken its eye off the ball slightly with various bits and pieces no longer working as they should, but nothing major and had other things going for it such as location, room size and design. Bar on ground floor was friendly and underused. Breakfasts there was buffet and good quality and selection for all tastes east and west

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et assez bien équipées. En revanche, côté restauration, c'est très moyen. Au petit déjeuner le pain et les viennoiseries sont rassis et quasiment immangeables mais nous y étions à une période spéciale (ramadan) ceci explique probablement cela ? Si on ne craint pas de prendre le métro, l'hôtel est bien situé. Pas de panique si ce n'est pas le cas, il y a beaucoup de taxis qui passent au pied de l'hôtel et dont les tarifs sont très abordables. En revanche, fuyez les non officiels qui vous chargent selon leur humeur.

It was the best hotel I was in terms of relationship between price and quality. Rooms are big and quite clean with all working in perfect conditions and with a very comfortable feeling. Indian restaurant is amazing which made us eat there every day. Breakfast needs to be well improved to be at the same level of the rest (service was 5 stars but the food needs to be more and diversified). It was an amazing experience and to repeat.
