Vraiment désuet comme emplacement, je n'y retournerais pas. Restaurant fermé et pas d'accueil, vous devez vous présenter au manoir pour récupérer la clé. Il n'y a donc aucun service et c'est comme un hébergement abandonné.

I will never ever rent here again. 1- you have to check-in at another hotel to get your key and return it; 2- the bathroom sink completely rusted and water taps in poor condition; 3-bathtubs are grubby ; 4- dispensers empty. The exterior is not plowed neither are the walkways to the rooms . Zero service at location it looks deserted; I wrote 3 times with questions and received absolutely NO REPLY. I EVEN CALLED NO REPLY AGAIN. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Ce n’n'est pas indiqué nulle part mais c’est important de le mentionner je crois : mini-frigo dans chaque chambre avec petit congélateur ( très pratique ;) avec micro-onde qu’on peut utiliser dans le couloir. Aussi à ne pas négliger : même si nous étions au Happy Logi , on peut profiter de la piscine , bain tourbillon et spa dans le Manoir Etchemin car le même propriétaire. Nous l’avons pas fait car il faisait super beau ,mais c’est bon à savoir ;) . C’est à la réception qu’on nous l’a mentionné sans qu’on le demande ! Personnelle super sympa, courtois et disponible ! Père monoparental avec 3 jeuns enfants , 2 nuits , j’y retourne , plus longtemps, assurément !!

Staff are great, room is very clean and spacious. Older building and difficult access to second floor. Please be aware, you have to go to a different hotel down the street to pick up your trim key and return them when you check out. Otherwise good stay and the restaurant attached is amazing.

Super déçu de l’endroit surtout pour 144$ la nuit. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre ça ne sentait pas bon, il y avait 4 canettes de bière qui traînait probablement les anciens occupants qui ont laissé ça. De plus, les lits ne semblaient pas avoir été lavés. Aussi, lorsque nous avons décidé de sortir de la chambre nous avons tenté de barrer la porte, mais elle ne barrait pas et ne fermait même pas, nous avions qu’à pousser dessus pour l’ouvrir… Bref, nous sommes allé demandé un remboursement et le personnel du manoir était compréhensif.

We couldnt stay there as they gave us a room on second floor. No reception desk property desserted had to go to Manoir then no one knew the lay out of hotel. I wond up wuth no where to stay. Plus I had just oaid. The person at the desk had no authority to refund me. We had to wait the following day to have only a partial refund as the computer wouldnt allow it then had to keep in touch to get the rest of the refund. I was offer to stay at their hotel instead having to pay much more and gaving to take a roomcfor a few days and from there to have to move to different room firctge rest of our stay. Please do yourself a favor check in the comfort in in St Georges was very welcoming. No one wants to have nowhers to stay after travelling for 11 hours from Nova Scotia to Quèbec.

Les lundis et mardis le resto de l’hôtel est fermé. De plus, il n’y a pas de réception et le service aux chambres est sur appel seulement. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre pour 4 nuits. Il nous a fallu appeler pour obtenir suffisamment de café et débarbouillettes pour 4 nuits. Les poubelles débordaient, mais il nous aurait fallu appeler pour du service. Et là, quelqu’un fait 15 minutes d’auto pour venir vider tes poubelles ! Tu évites donc d’appeler pour peu. S’ils manquent de personnel et que le service est très limité, je peux faire avec, à condition qu’on m’en avise à l’avance et qu’on ne me charge pas le même prix que pour un service complet ! Très moyen comme service, mais avec prix non ajusté en conséquence.

Les plancher flottant rendre les chambre facile à garder propre. Tout ce qui manque est un tapis à l’entré pour les souliers. Les lit et drap son très confortable, les porte et fenêtre son neuve. Hôtel à prix juste et confortable pour notre équipe de snowboard cross en visite au mont-orignal. Très belle montagne à proximité en prime nous reviendront certainement.

Vraiment désuet comme emplacement, je n'y retournerais pas. Restaurant fermé et pas d'accueil, vous devez vous présenter au manoir pour récupérer la clé. Il n'y a donc aucun service et c'est comme un hébergement abandonné.

Even if the property looks not top notch from the outside - it is awesome! Super clean rooms, everything in it, and the staff and adjoining restaurant are just wonderful!!!! We can highly recommend it!!!!

Lovely little inn that is located above a restaurent. You have to travel to another location to get your keys. It is also not mentioned but you have access to their pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Staff are great, room is very clean and spacious. Older building and difficult access to second floor. Please be aware, you have to go to a different hotel down the street to pick up your trim key and return them when you check out. Otherwise good stay and the restaurant attached is amazing.

Les lundis et mardis le resto de l’hôtel est fermé. De plus, il n’y a pas de réception et le service aux chambres est sur appel seulement. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre pour 4 nuits. Il nous a fallu appeler pour obtenir suffisamment de café et débarbouillettes pour 4 nuits. Les poubelles débordaient, mais il nous aurait fallu appeler pour du service. Et là, quelqu’un fait 15 minutes d’auto pour venir vider tes poubelles ! Tu évites donc d’appeler pour peu. S’ils manquent de personnel et que le service est très limité, je peux faire avec, à condition qu’on m’en avise à l’avance et qu’on ne me charge pas le même prix que pour un service complet ! Très moyen comme service, mais avec prix non ajusté en conséquence.

No interaction with the staff. Saw no one around. Floor had a lot of sand and pebbles tracked in and floor not sweep. Bathroom was not clean.

Check-in was a little odd. We were expected to drive 5 minutes to pick up room keys. Staff at the attached restaurant were very helpful, and since we were on snowmobiles, drove to get the room keys for us. We were on the 2nd floor and getting to our rooms from the exterior was very treachorous due snow not being cleared. The room was nothing speacial and we soon discovered there was an interior entrance to our rooms. Due to fact there was no hotel staff onsite, we weren't made aware of this, and it was an entrance no guest would have found on their own until they were in their room. Definitely room to improve service.

The room was clean staff was friendly. The beds need to be attached to the wall somehow. They are on wheels and move around too easily.
