This place is more like a bnb in you get a code to access the room. There is no staff. That being said, the room is clean and quiet. Parking is very limited. Several excellent restaurants within 2 minute walk.

Well there was no staff at all All automated Bath / shower was not clean Coffee center was not well stocked. Refrigerator did not cool our sodas It advertises an ice machine Down stairs and upstairs. There was not an ice machine downstairs we had to goes upstairs for ice since I cokes weren’t cold Bed made crackly sounds when you sat on it and was not comfortable Sorry but we wouldn’t stay there again

The first room we assigned had TWO dehumidifiers. That should've told us something. The room was damp and uncomfortable all night. We contacted the help number (as there's NO on premises staff) and they moved us to a better room. Two days later, I fell in the tub/shower due to a slick tub aided by soap and hurt my hip. There was no anti-slip mat available which would've prevented the fall. I contacted the help number and informed them of my fall. The person said, "I'm sorry" and nothing more. They showed no signs of concern and no offer for medical assistance. It sounded like I was talking to a 10th grader. Since we stayed a week, on day 5, we asked for room cleaning and told yes. That never happened. Be aware that there's NO elevator to the second floor. I wanna like this place cause it's in my home town. But it sucks. Oh....and they're dam lucky wasn't seriously hurt and didn't sue them.

Check in was very confusing. I never received the text coming containing the code to unlock my hotel room. Was completely confused since I didn’t know there was no front desk. And there are only 3 parking places designated to the hotel. The rest of spaces have bank parking only signs. Very very confusing. Called The Hotel and operator couldn’t communicate where to park. So checking in and parking at Hotel Whiskey is confusing to say the least.

Very nice hotel! Everything was very clean and decor was nice! I would just recommend to others one thing to consider is there are a LOT of stairs to climb to get to the rooms upstairs. There is no elevator, so you may want to consider having to carry your luggage up to your room. The balcony was nice to sit on upstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice large clean room with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. King size bed and large TV. Only negative was parking. Only 4 spaces and 1 handicap space. Very friendly housekeeping.

The only thing we didn't like was the carpet had lots of stains ! We stay here when we can get away but this time it was disappointing with the dirty carpet. The blanket in the closet also had stains on it.

I will say the housekeeping staff was sweet, but there were things that really required a deeper clean and repairs that can’t be done between guests. The walls were coated in dust and filth, the shower molding above the trim of the unit and below the air conditioning unit there appeared to have growth. The walls were paper thin so we heard EVERY ‘activity’ in the room next door. They were also using a saw in the building past 10pm. When I called the first night because we were unable to sleep, they were so unaccommodating and would not refund us for the next upcoming night. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend to anyone wanting anything other than a one night stand.

We had an overnight stay in the area and the hotel was perfect for us. Never saw anybody,staff wise, but it was very clean and updated. We love that small little area.

This hotel is in a great central and quiet location. It is comfortable however the TV and internet are terrible. It will not stay connected for longer than 30 minutes. The rooms are very clean, but be careful in the shower because it is extremely slippery and you can't close the drain to take a bath.

This is a fine AirB&B-like experience. That means no breakfast and no amenities other than the room. But the room was spacious, clean, attractive, and central to Pass Christian. Finding a parking space was tight on the week-end, but fine during the week. From the hotel you can walk to the beach, the docks, local parks and views of scenic homes. Temperature control worked well, ice was available, and workers provided new towels whenever asked. We didn't try the Whiskey Restaurant to which the hotel rooms are attached finding the prices way above our pay grade.

Loved the easy automatic check-in process. The room was huge!! Loved the large bedroom, bath and balcony. Parking was available in the back, but there are not a lot of spots available. Also, the coffee maker in our room wasn't working, but overall, fantastic experience. Would definitely stay there again!

My partner and I travel cross country often. We are platinum members of Hotels.com. We keep track of what places do well and those that don't. It is as if this property understood all of it and did it all well. They understand their location and create decor in the room that fits perfectly. Everything from the furniture to the beautiful beach vibed bed, to the shower that was to die for, to the higher end espresso machine and free goodies, to the high ceilings and airy feel. The attention to detail was spot on. The efficency of check in and out and the kindness of its owner upon leaving... it really added to the day there. Stay here!

I traveled across the country to be at an event… Checking in with the keypad was fine. The room was clean. Everything was nice, but then, as I tried to leave to go to my event, I could not lock the door. I followed all the prompts listed on the door on how to lock the door, but nothing worked. I noticed the lock had batteries so I went to the local hardware store and got new batteries and that didn’t work. Finally, when I realized I was going to be late if I didn’t leave now, I literally repacked all of my stuff…re-folded all of my clothes, put all of my toiletries back into the suitcase and dragged it down the two flights of stairs back to my car When I arrived back six hours later, and hauled my suitcase back up the two flights of stairs to the room …the lock… which, according to the notes, engaged after five minutes, whether you do anything or not… that same lock was still not locked. And anyone can walk into the building. You could lock it from the inside, but my plans didn’t involve staying inside my locked room. And yes, I called the number listed and I eventually reached a person who was incapable of helping me in my situation…had no idea how to resolve it.. That’s said… The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, but the arrangement only works if you plan to spend your entire vacation in the room or risk having all of your stuff stolen.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Hotel Whiskey Pass Christian. There are a few things that could be improved; however, nothing worth mentioning. I love Allie. She is so nice and professional. I really don't see the other staff employed there as they are gone by the time I wake up or arrive back at the hotel. It is quiet and nestled in an area that is family centered. I will always stay a night or two there just for a staycation and for family filled events.

We made a last minute decision to come to Cruising the Coast and lucked up on this property! It was in a great location! We got to enjoy a great evening in Pass Christian with live music and street food vendors as part of the car show events! Everyone was friendly in this small town. The hotel itself is small and you really have no interaction with staff unless you can’t get the door to your room unlocked which happened on our arrival. We had to call an emergency number to try and get help which wasn’t answered personally until the next day. My husband decided to go into the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and see if we could get help and we were so fortunate to speak with the staff member that was onsite working that helped us tremendously. She helped us figure out the problem with our door entry right away! Our room was very clean and spacious! We had coffee,water and some snacks available daily! We also had clean towels and trash removal daily. Our room was also very quiet and peaceful.

We had to call an emergency number to try and get help which wasn’t answered personally until the next day. My husband decided to go into the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and see if we could get help and we were so fortunate to speak with the staff member that was onsite working that helped us tremendously. She helped us figure out the problem with our door entry right away! Our room was very clean and spacious! We had coffee,water and some snacks available daily! We also had clean towels and trash removal daily. Our room was also very quiet and peaceful.

There was no staff. We had no idea that no one came in to clean the room. Luckily we saw someone and got clean towels, coffee etc. They need to make sure people know this ahead of time.

This is a small hotel in the small downtown of Pass Christian. It is clean and comfortable. It it not close to a beach that is swim able but it is close to restaurants and marinas and parks. We liked it a lot.

Ideal location - Pass Christian has a lovely beach and is almost never crowded. You can see the water from the balcony, but it might not be safe to cross the busy highway to walk there. The area around the hotel was charming and easily walkable. The restaurant downstairs was not open when we were there - even for dinner. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we loved our stay but there were a few wobbles. We had our 93-year-old mother with us who uses a walker and she had to climb the stairs because there is no elevator or ramp access. We loved the balcony but be aware it is shared by 4 rooms. Our neighbors were sitting outside smoking cigars so it was not really pleasant to be out there. Lastly, no matter what we tried, we couldn't get the coffeemaker to work. I have owned several Keurig machines in my life and I don't think I'm a complete idiot, but I left without my morning coffee.

This is a fine AirB&B-like experience. That means no breakfast and no amenities other than the room. But the room was spacious, clean, attractive, and central to Pass Christian. My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway. It was amazing. Totally stress free. We walked downstairs to eat dinner, and there were several shops in walking distance. There were even complimentary snacks in the room. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Good budget room. Easy check in. We went at the hottest time of the year, and unfortunately the mini split air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat. We had a difficult time getting some sleep. The room didn’t get back to a comfortable temperature until the next morning. Bathrooms fixtures could be better. We may stay again one day, but we’ll try other places next time in the area.
