Our view was amazing, condo was exactly like the pictures. Easy check in and check out, first time seeing white sand and blue water! We always had 4 lounge chairs on beach! Resturants were close. We were in the calmer area we did not see any spring breakers, we only seen spring breakers when we went to Pinapple Willy’s. We were on the calm side! The only bad star is leaving! We will be back!

Outstanding location!!! Parking is free and easy! Wish pool was heated but was VERY clean. Large condo, internet was great. Washer/dryer is convenient. Kitchen could use some deep cleaning. Stayed 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay here in PCB. Rooms were nicely decorated. Plenty of beach items to use. The condo was clean. We had an issue, but it was quickly resolved.. Hope to stay here when we return kext year.

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to Kendall. She was always quick to pick up and answered our questions immediately. The condo did represent the pictures. The view was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. The appliances worked well and were all clean. Cons. The condo is of the older generation, some updates are evident. The woodworks doors all need a good scrubbing and painting. The master bed mattress is old and lumpy. The mattress pad has a rubber backing which also made it feel like a hospital bed. The sheets could be replaced also. The large pillows smelled musty, we took so smaller ones from another bed. I am fussy and like luxury bedding, so someone else would not have a problem? It would have been nice to have a salt and pepper shaker and a few coffee filters, maybe a few games and books. Pool is not heated. It was not a bad stay for us, but could have been better.

It was our first time to Panama City Beach, the location of the home was perfect. It fit our needs perfect. Clean/Updated home. Loved it being pet friendly for our fur babies. Views are absolutely amazing. Kendall was prompt with any questions we had. Overall was a great experience. Definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great vacation. Our condo was very nice, the beach is beautiful, you get two beach lounge chairs and umbrella, the location was great, easy access to restaurants, etc. Panama City Beach is very laid back, friendly people. Our condo was spacious, we really enjoyed our stay, we are ready to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was decorated really cute. There were a few hiccups with the air conditioning, ice maker, and cable in one of the bedrooms. The owner was on top of getting someone out to get the issues addressed right away. The air conditioning was the main issue that didn't get fixed. It was pretty much nonexistent in one of the bedrooms, so we had to buy several fans to make it tolerable for sleeping. We didn't let that ruin our trip. The 4 beach chairs included were a big plus. Overall, we had a great week at the beach.

The unit was in a great location and had everything needed for a great stay. Felt floor had been overlooked in cleaning process and found dog food on floor in kitchen. Also kept finding little white stuff around and realized the ceiling was dropping texture particles. The ceiling also showed indications of major water damage and looked black and moldy in some areas. Furnishings were dated and not appropriate for the rate charged. Guest toilet ran constantly and sink in kitchen leaked water in pan bellow. Sliding glass doors are hard to open. Saw some units are being renovated and hope this one gets on the list soon. Once renovated it will be a real gem. Not a bad stay, but will avoid this unit in the future until renovated.

We had a great time. The view was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that the floor was very dirty. Our feet were black. My son and I moped the entire condo floor. We loved the complex. We will stay here again.

Initially, the communication was great. Once I started mentioning some issues, there was radio silence. I still have not received any follow ups. The only redeeming quality of this property is the views and proximity to the beach. This alone was great. The issues: The place was not clean. I cleaned it myself. Overall, it could use a deep cleaning. When the TV went out, there was no response to my reaching out. The AC definitely had a musty smell and under further inspection, there did appear to be some mold. The location, which can't be helped, was so so for a family. All in all, it is the beach, so we made the most of it and it was fine. But not a great value for the price.

We love staying in Seachase when we come to PCB. The views are breathtaking. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the reclining couches were so nice. We did have a complaint, but it is no fault of the condo owners so we did not mention it to them. There's construction happening at the condo right now. We were awoken between 7-8am daily with loud noises from the construction and they went on until around 5-6pm every evening. It did take away from the vacation experience of sleeping in or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the water. The handbook did note quiet hours from 10-10, but I don't think that applied to the construction crew. Again, nothing the owners can control, but it would have been nice to know that's what we could expect for our stay. Overall, the condo was great, we loved it and would definitely book again in the future once construction has been completed.

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to Kendall. She was always quick to pick up and answered our questions immediately. The condo did represent the pictures. The view was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. The appliances worked well and were all clean. Cons. The condo is of the older generation, some updates are evident. The woodworks doors all need a good scrubbing and painting. The master bed mattress is old and lumpy. The mattress pad has a rubber backing which also made it feel like a hospital bed. The sheets could be replaced also. The large pillows smelled musty, we took so smaller ones from another bed. I am fussy and like luxury bedding, so someone else would not have a problem? We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was decorated really cute. There were a few hiccups with the air conditioning, ice maker, and cable in one of the bedrooms. The owner was on top of getting someone out to get the issues addressed right away. The air conditioning was the main issue that didn't get fixed. It was pretty much nonexistent in one of the bedrooms, so we had to buy several fans to make it tolerable for sleeping. We didn't let that ruin our trip. The 4 beach chairs included were a big plus. Overall, we had a great week at the beach.

The only redeeming quality of this property is the views and proximity to the beach. This alone was great. The issues: The place was not clean. I cleaned it myself. The AC definitely had a musty smell and under further inspection, there did appear to be some mold. The location, which can't be helped, was so so for a family. The view was fantastic. The owner and property manager were right there to take care of any issues. The property was very comfortable. We were right on the beach which are grandchildren enjoyed. So many things to do. The restaurants are great.

Our view was amazing, condo was exactly like the pictures. Easy check in and check out, first time seeing white sand and blue water! We always had 4 lounge chairs on beach! Resturants were close. We were in the calmer area we did not see any spring breakers, we only seen spring breakers when we went to Pinapple Willy’s. We were on the calm side! The only bad star is leaving! We will be back!

Outstanding location!!! Parking is free and easy! Wish pool was heated but was VERY clean. Large condo, internet was great. Washer/dryer is convenient. Kitchen could use some deep cleaning. Stayed 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It was our first time to Panama City Beach, the location of the home was perfect. It fit our needs perfect. Clean/Updated home. Loved it being pet friendly for our fur babies. Views are absolutely amazing. Kendall was prompt with any questions we had. Overall was a great experience. Definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great vacation. Our condo was very nice, the beach is beautiful, you get two beach lounge chairs and umbrella, the location was great, easy access to restaurants, etc. Panama City Beach is very laid back, friendly people. Our condo was spacious, we really enjoyed our stay, we are ready to go back!

We love staying in Seachase when we come to PCB. The views are breathtaking. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the reclining couches were so nice. We did have a complaint, but it is no fault of the condo owners so we did not mention it to them. There's construction happening at the condo right now. We were awoken between 7-8am daily with loud noises from the construction and they went on until around 5-6pm every evening. It did take away from the vacation experience of sleeping in or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the water. The handbook did note quiet hours from 10-10, but I don't think that applied to the construction crew. Again, nothing the owners can control, but it would have been nice to know that's what we could expect for our stay. Overall, the condo was great, we loved it and would definitely book again in the future once construction has been completed.

Condo at 101 west was a great location ! Easy access to beach and pool! Plenty of room for us. Master bedroom was really big and spacious ! Bed was not firm enough for me but that is a personal preference, everyone is different ! We would stay there again ! Great location, spacious condo, loved the view and the beach chairs/umbrella option available every day. Even though it was during college spring break and our building was next to the active Sand Piper Beacon Resort, there wasn’t that much noise at all.
