What can you say, it was an incredible view of Sorrento and the sea. It is on a mountain top, but they are great about dropping you off and pick up from Sorrento.The restaurant up the mountain even further was excellent. The hotel breakfast was also top notch. I would like to return one day.

The driveway is narrow and steep so careful if you are driving. Shuttle service is great, cleanliness is amazing, staff are lovely, view was incredible. Must stay

We loved this family owned hotel with gorgeous views. It was a little outside the city center which was nice. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were big, clean and nice. Breakfast was great with fresh cappuccino and eggs made to order. Had a bed and breakfast feel. Parking was a little tight but it’s that way everywhere in Sorrento. Would definitely stay again

Además, pensábamos que no teníamos desayuno y estaba incluido en el precio. Un diez!

The bathroom was dirty with hairs and stains. The clerk just took a towel and wiped the floor. The motor of the air conditioner is very noisy and you can't sleep with it on. All the water from the shower goes out into the room and literally floods it. It was not a pleasant stay.

This place is an absolute treasure. An architecturally beautiful stone retreat above the town, clean and stylish, and with personal service by family owners who cared deeply about the welfare and enjoyment of their guests. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Room was spacious and clean with fun features and good ac. Great breakfast in the mornings. Not too much in the surrounding area but be sure to check out vino Vito next door. Quick walk or cab to town. Would return!

Fantastic family run hotel with a picturesque view over Sorrento. Not the most convenient location, but that is quickly overcome by the hotel's shuttle and the view of the sunset over the sea from the terrace with a Spritz. The modern rooms are welcoming and comfortable, incredibly spacious and nearly all with their private terrace. It's also located next to some traditional Italian restaurants serving the best food we had on the whole trip, and a private lemon grove that belong to the hotel. Would absolutely go back!
Fantastic family run hotel with a picturesque view over Sorrento. Not the most convenient location, but that is quickly overcome by the hotel's shuttle and the view of the sunset over the sea from the terrace with a Spritz. The modern rooms are welcoming and comfortable, incredibly spacious and nearly all with their private terrace. It's also located next to some traditional Italian restaurants serving the best food we had on the whole trip, and a private lemon grove that belong to the hotel. Would absolutely go back!

The bathroom was dirty with hairs and stains. The clerk just took a towel and wiped the floor. The motor of the air conditioner is very noisy and you can't sleep with it on. All the water from the shower goes out into the room and literally floods it. It was not a pleasant stay.

Firstly the property is lovely, very clean and wonderful views. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are huge. It's a bit of a walk to the town center down some steep hills but it's not the ened of the world.

An architecturally beautiful stone retreat above the town, clean and stylish, and with personal service by family owners who cared deeply about the welfare and enjoyment of their guests. The property location was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The daily home made breakfast was amazing every day! The room was modern and clean with a very nice bathroom. The air conditioning was a bit weak, that aside the hotel was perfect.

We booked thru Expedia and when we arrived discovered the place deserted - closed- no one on the site. Truely disappointed that their was no communication as we had booked two months prior and received a reminder a few days before.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Bon Bon. Francesca was very professional and made the check in process seamless. She went above and beyond for us the three days we were there. She assisted us with our excursions and the best she assisted with our trip to Rome. She was relentless in finding us a way there. She even stayed later than her shift to assist us. I give the hotel 5 stars because of course it’s beautiful and the rooms have a boutique feel but really because of Francesca. We will love to return. The hotel is breathtaking and extremely clean. The towel warmer was one of my favorite amenities.

This property is a hidden gem. Away from the hustle and bustle! Gorgeous views! Francesca was absolutely amazing! She was so hospitable and accommodating! Our daughter got sick and she had a doctor come to the hotel within an hour. So grateful for her. Margarita had a beautiful breakfast Buffett out every morning. Could not say more good things about this hotel and their staff. It is a must to have a car or a scooter to stay her, once you have one you won’t regret it.

What can you say, it was an incredible view of Sorrento and the sea. It is on a mountain top, but they are great about dropping you off and pick up from Sorrento.The restaurant up the mountain even further was excellent. The hotel breakfast was also top notch. I would like to return one day.

Property is fabulous. Great room and amazing views over the city. Do be aware though that it is a distance from the centre. You can walk there (downhill) in around 30 minutes, but it's a steep walk back. Taxis cost around €25 back, which I just offset against the fact that it's free parking on-site. More information when checking in would have been helpful as there is a local bus into the centre and back but I didn't know about this until some other guests mentioned it. There is also a restaurant just next to the property that served good local fare at a decent price, but again this wasn't mentioned on checking in. There isn't anywhere else locally though so if you just want a beer in the afternoon/etc, make sure you have stocked up the fridge in the room. Overall it's a lovely property but very isolated

Fantastic family run hotel with a picturesque view over Sorrento. Not the most convenient location, but that is quickly overcome by the hotel's shuttle and the view of the sunset over the sea from the terrace with a Spritz. The modern rooms are welcoming and comfortable, incredibly spacious and nearly all with their private terrace. It's also located next to some traditional Italian restaurants serving the best food we had on the whole trip, and a private lemon grove that belong to the hotel. Would absolutely go back!

I would only add that any suggestion of walking from the property to and from Sorrento would only be for the young at heart. The hill is steep and there are no sidewalks. A car is recommended not only for the hotel but to see outlying areas. There is plenty of parking in public lots in Sorrento.

This was a wonderful stay and experience! I loved the peaceful surroundings, and gorgeous view from my window. The Italian family managing this property are very warm and welcoming. They provide a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh baked goods, made to order omelette, coffee, tea etc Don’t let the proximity to town deter you from booking this property, they offer a shuttle to/from town, our beach club choice sent a shuttle & Capri boat rental also sent a shuttle to pickup directly @ Bon Bon. They make a delicious Lemon cello! Would have liked to stay longer.

This was a case of false advertisement. There is no local dining, the place is isolated with no reliable way of getting out except by expensive taxi, and no place to eat on the property. There is usually just one person to contact, if she is not busy taking care of other people. Really it is unmanned for most of the day.

Loved our stay! Room was large and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. All the staff was super friendly in this family run establishment. The car service into town was perfect— the drop off/pick up location is a two minute walk to central piazza. Never waited more than 5 minutes either way. The restaurant right behind the property is walkable with great food— we ate there twice after long days exploring. Highly recommend this property for a Sorrento stay!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They offer drop off and pick up to city center which was a HUGE plus. The Villa looks better in person than photos. New and modern. They make omelets and cappuccino for you! No complaints. 5 star!

Amazing stay! Beautiful property, well located and with tremendous view, and the family running the place were super friendly and offered the best possible service! Also, they offer a free shuttle to city center for hotel guests, super helpful.One only point for growth would be breakfast- can be more varied. But all in all amazing stay. I’d definitely stay again!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the grounds, and views from the property and upon check-in treated more like family than paying guests. Our room was clean and spacious with the most amazing views. Antonio suggested a boat tour of the Amalfi coast which was incredible and he even booked it for us. We were offered rides into town to have lunch and shop and when we returned Mamma & Pappa Cooked for us 2 nights of amazing dinners, Mamma even shared her Eggplant Parmesan recipe with me. The breakfast spread that was so beautiful and was all home made by Mamma & Jasmine it was truly out of this world. I have never tasted croissants and pastries so good in my life. We are already planning a trip back to Sorrento with friends to share this wonderful piece of heaven with them. I cannot express just how peaceful, and enjoying staying at the Maison Bon Bon was!!!!

If you don’t rent a car, the shuttle service is a lifesaver — convenient and perfectly reliable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (depending on what’s open), but one of the highlights for us was having the hosts cook a homemade meal — delicious and so special, you don’t even need to leave. Breakfast was another standout: a generous spread with flexibility to accommodate any request. Sorrento itself is breathtaking, and the hosts are full of great recommendations for exploring the area. Honestly, I’d travel all the way back just to experience Maison Bon Bon again. It’s rare to find a place that feels this warm, relaxing, and memorable.

The Inn is located above the town of Sorrento with an amazing view of the surroundings. The staff was very helpful in arranging taxis and the shuttle to help us get to our tours and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. The owner’s family and Francesca were so thoughtful. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the scenery and the relaxed atmosphere!

Only complaint is that it is off the beaten track, which is good to get away from the tourist invasion, but it did cost a small fortune in cab fare to get into town for tours and dinner reservations. They do have a shuttle during business hours, but the drop off/pickup point is on the edge of town so still a lot of walking. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay here, everyone was so friendly and helpful! It’s such a peaceful setting and you get beautiful views of Sorrento and the sea. The shuttle service was definitely appreciated with our luggage, it’s a lovely walk back from town but it is little long in the heat of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and they gave us great recommendations for dinner both nights that we stayed there. Definitely try their limoncello! Overall we had a beautiful stay and would 100% recommend Maison Bon Bon to anyone visiting Sorrento!

This lovely inn was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip to Italy. The views of the city and the water were amazing. The grounds were so beautiful with olive trees and lemon trees everywhere. Honestly, everything was just wonderful. The inn feels likes it’s out in the country but it’s only a 5 minute ride to the heart of the city. They provide a free round trip ride, dropping you off with just a 5 minute walk to everything. The best part of it all is the family who own and run it, Antonio, Teresa, Antonio and Ferdenino. What an amazing family. Antonio, Ferdenino and staff take care of your every need and request. Antonino’s lemon cello is a must! Teresa’s dinner was amazing. Make sure you ask for dinner!! We would return in a second! We will.
