Zu wenig kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Die Flure und Zimmer könnten teils mal wieder etwas instand gesetzt werden. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. S-Bahn in 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Kleines Stadthotel nahe der S-Bahn (10 Min. zu Fuß) und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Für mich war es spannend, dass das Personal bevorzugt Englisch spricht. Neues Bett und Bad fand ich super. Beim Frühstück ist es für mich zu laut, der Raum ist klein und mit der Rezeption verbunden. Leider ist die Musik hier kaum wahrzunehmen bei den Ungebungsgeräuschen zum Frühstück. Im Hotel fehlte mir ein Außenbereich, der auch das Frühstück entzerren könnte. Restaurants sind keine fußläufig in der Nähe, hier braucht es das Auto oder die Öffis. Alternativ gibts Pizza oder Flammkuchen im Hotel zu fairen Preisen. Freundliches Hotel mit komfortabler Tiefgarage für 10 € am Tag.

Rezeptionmitarbeiter Servicemitarbeiter wirklich grandios. Frühstück total ausreichend. Sauberes Schönes Hotel, Lobby bar wirklich top und Sehr gute große Zimmer.Nur das Bad könnte schöner sein. Parkmöglichkeiten genug. Bus- und Zugverbindung optimal. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Wünsche allen Mitarbeitern dieses Hotels ein frohes Neues Jahr. Am feiertag arbeiten für wenig Geld belohnt diese Leute!

Ich war etwas erschrocken das ich für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage pro Tag 10,-€ zahlen musste. Was mich auch verwundert hatte, war, dass ich bei einer Direktbuchungen viel günstiger gekommen wäre.

Cheap hotel on the outskirts of Münich. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms need an upgrade as the fabrics were dirty, but overall the room was clean. Open parking at the side of the hotel. For the price you can't ask for more.

Absolut verwohntes Hotel. Ausstattung ziemlich heruntergekommen. Böden und Vorhänge absolut schmutzig. Können das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und waren absolut enttäuscht, da wir mit anderen Hotels der NIU Kette deutlich positivere Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

The staff was great! The room was clean, except for the fridge. There aren't many amenities nearby; however, the location is convenient if you have business in the area. I gave three stars because I booked a room with a kitchenette. While the kitchen included a fridge and a microwave, it lacked cutlery, utensils, and plates, and there were no coffee or tea supplies in the room. I did receive a water kettle after I requested it. On a positive note, the staff kindly allowed me to use the coffee machine downstairs free of charge.

I enjoyed how close this property was to the Riem S-2 station. Only a five minutes walk and I’m anywhere in Munich I want to be. This property was also only a 20 minute walk to the Riem Arcaden mall, so I had shopping options too. I didn’t like that this property didn’t have refrigerator or tea kettle in the room. When I asked for a tea kettle, I received it, but I needed to ask for one.

The property is well located especially if you are attending a conference at ICM. Good train and bus connections into the centre as well. Few issues with the room though- would be useful if they had basic tea coffee kettle in room, was sad to see was not there. The pillows were so bad and not fluffed at all - actually had neck pain sleeping on it. The curtains were not black out and in a hotel you expect these basic things. Also, I was in the room one afternoon when housekeeping came and did not clean the room then but then they did not bother to return instead put a do not disturb sign on my door which I didn't ask for. So my towels and room wasn't cleaned for more than 36 hours. So a few things especially being an IHG member I didn't expect!

We had an okay stay but the room was not very comfortable. The room was listed as three single beds but were in fact two single beds and one chair bed that was very uncomfortable for my teen son.

Imagine a business hotel near international conference center that doesn't offer a desk/ table inside the room. The reason, the manager doesn't feel it as necessary. The argument, customer can come down to the bar and prepare their presentations. Forget about the comfort of your own room and your own pyjamas, while preparing a late night presentation. Facilities- No toiletries (obvious expectation for Europe), No room phone (again obvious expiration for Europe), No tissues (Not so obvious expectation for Europe), and top of all- no room cleaning unless you specifically ask for that. They have a strange room-hang which on one side says- Please don't clean the room and on the other side it says-Don't disturb. And when you ask why room is not cleaned, they would say that you didn't hang anything outside the room!! But whatever you hand, it says- don't enter the room. Smart!! The reception staff was cordial and helping in nature. The bus 236 from outside the hotel is a true saviour if you are looking for a public transport. Breakfast- Standard European Overall, the big negative points were absence of desk and lack of interest in room cleaning. Even after asking daily, the quality of room cleaning was sub-standard.

Ich war von dem Service leider enttäuschend. Wir kamen um 5 Uhr morgens mit den Kindern komplett erschöpft an und mussten knapp 20 Minuten beim Check in warten weil es ein Fehler im System gab. Und an der Tur das Schild " Bitte nicht stören " war , hat einer der Arbeiter auch ohne jegliche cirwar die Tur geoffn und reingerufen ob wir einen Service bräuchten. Das fand ich alles andere als Proffesionel! So kann man sich garnicht wohl fühlen bzw entspannen! Es war zwar gemütlich und das Frühstück war gut aber dennoch würde ich diesem Hotel kein Besuch mehr abstatten.

Prima hotel. Fijne kamers, lekker ontbijt. Personeel was enkel onbekwaam, inchecken duurde lang en het was erg rommelig. Ook was het personeel niet vriendelijk en verwelkomend. Jammer!

Das Hotel ist in einem super Zustand, Verkehrsanbindung super. Alles sehr sauber, Zimmer ausreichend groß. Zimmerservice kann man gegen einen Getränkegutschein tauschen, super. Check in eher mäßig, gelangweilt und wenig freundlich. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was countess and helpful. The problem is with Expedia it was in the hotels near Munich. Munich was a 40 to 60 Euro cab ride. The Hotel had a breakfast buffet but no other food service. There is an Indian restaurant next store that opens at 5 for other choices it will be a 30 to 60 Euro cab ride. This could have been avoided if Expedia would inform people.

Such a great place! Excellent in every aspect. The breakfast was amazing! Many different options and super healthy. The bed was great and so was the bathroom. - very kind staff. Definitely stay here! (Cozy place) The train station was less than 10mins.

This was a great update and comfortable hotel! They had a fantastic breakfast buffet every morning with a great selection. All of the amenities that we needed were there. We were also very close to a train and bus pick up. We would definitely stay again!
