The breakfast was really good and the had different options throughout the week. They do close breakfast early, so if your a late riser, then your on your own. The room was amazing. Clean, nice and big. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Me and my family booked separately but was able to get rooms close to each other. They helped us with towels, linen. We stayed there for 5 days and house keeping didn’t come until day 3. We had to keep trash out side the door and request for towels daily, which was frustrating after a long day. Pool was super cold, no heater. Kids enjoyed it but was freezing. Parking was Awsome. Park anywhere and lots of stalls.

We had a great 4-night stay at this hotel! Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept 5 without too much crowding, although the rooms were not quite as large as some other suite hotels. Large spacious bathroom, HUGE walk-in closet, nice desk, fridge, and microwave. The hot breakfasts (eggs, sausage, and lots of other choices) were a great benefit. The pool is small and only 5 feet deep, but it is heated, and it was a great thing to end a long strenuous day in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay especially for the price! Rooms were extra clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, next to Costco and a lot of shopping and dining options. I have zero complaints (except maybe better pillows would be nice). 10/10

This place was disgusting. The floors in the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. There was hair and grim all over the shower floor. There was what looked like some red fruit smoothie spilt all over the carpet. The desk was not cleaned either. I reported this to the front desk and they didn't offer another room. I requested the bathroom be cleaned the next day so I could at least enjoy a shower, but they never cleaned it. The breakfast had no kid friendly options. I have stayed here before but I will not stay here again.

Over-all I was happy with my stay, until the last morning as I was packing up. I removed by dirty cloths from the floor of the closet and as I move to put them into my bag, I noticed something crawling on my arm. I placed the cloths on to the second bed as I looked to see what was crawling on my arm. It turned out to be several "house ants". On closer inspection of my cloths, I had placed on the bed showed that they were covered in ants. My clothing was not excessively dirty nor had I spilled any food on them or in the surrounding area of the closest. I informed the desk staff and they were apologetic and said that they would take care of the problem. I also looked at the closet much closer and saw hundreds of ants streaming around the bottom edge of the wall. I don't know the parameters for an "infestation" but it seemed like one to me. Because of this I have reduce my opinion of this facility.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. They often forget to make sure there’s soap in the bathroom, I’ve found hair in the shower and it’s been unclean. Also, I’ve had to change rooms after checking in at least twice because of heater issues and lack of cleanliness. The most disappointing part of this stay was house keeping knocked on our door at 9:15am after we requested a late check out!

Property itself was beautiful! Staff were very friendly and courteous, particularly Kevin (front desk) and Rosalinda (breakfast staff). Only issue with our stay was the ant infestation in our first room (310). Upon being relocated to room 330, the ant problem was less than room 310 but still a problem ultimately. We appreciated the room upgrade and $20 discounted rate on total cost.

Bathroom drains smelled, bathroom had black stains on tiles that wouldn’t come off and small ants throughout room even though we were on third floor. For very expensive hotel, we don’t recommend this hotel. Should have expected better.

On the second night during our 3 day stay, there were ants everywhere. In the bathroom, on the sofa and even in our beds. We were traveling with my special needs daughter and my 5 yr granddaughter, so changing rooms was not an option. Staff were great but we wont be staying here again.

Attentive front desk staff and good breakfast. Our complaints were about the guest rooms. We discovered a big wet spot on our carpet on night one. We moved rooms but the new one had a noisy bathroom fan that ran intermittently through the night. Both rooms had bright flashing lights on the smoke detectors above the bed. And walls are poorly insulated so you can hear your neighbors.

Hotel was nice, neighbors were loud and there were some issues with the room. The office chair was broken, the wheel literally sitting on the chair when we arrived. There wasn’t a comfortable piece of furniture in the room. By far the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It basically felt like we slept on the floor. The couch was hard as a rock as well. The overall hotel seemed nice but it really was disappointing where it counts.

The hotel and the room were fine. I was not happy that the refrigerator in my room didn't work. It's one that has to be monitored and turned back on every 2 hours. The fridge never got cold. When I brought this up to the front desk all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and an apology, so basically nothing was done. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was trickle.

Overall the hotel is nice, but how they set up their "eco-friendly" room causes a huge issue: The electricity in the room is only on when you have your room cards in the card holder and have a certain switch on, which is standard. HOWEVER, the fridge also turns off and to turn the fridge back on, you also have to press a button inside the fridge. I didn\'t know this and I left some coffee and food in the fridge while I was out and about and had to toss all of my food as a result. I left some more food in the fridge overnight but didn\'t realize one of the light switches would turn off the fridge as well. Had to toss that as well

Staff were all super friendly and greeted us every time we walked in and out. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Very clean and in a quiet area across from a costco which was nice. The only downside was the bed, i felt EVERY spring anyway i lay.

I stay here every month for work. This is the first time when I went to the room the room was at 71 degrees which is really warm. The attendant said that the ac is motion censored so that is why. Also above me - I’m on the 3rd floor. Their was a child I’m assuming that was running back and forth which woke me up at 430am and did not stop for over an hour and I decided I guess I’ll get up lol

When i arrived for check in the clerk told me they were booked and no rooms were available. She said she had to find 2 rooms for us to check in regardless of Reservations . That was not a good welcome i would never book again with them.

The staff were wonderful! The check in was easy and smooth. Our room was clean and carpets freshly cleaned too. Love the lemon cucumber water offered in the lobby. The Manager really made everything ok when our flight was cancelled and we had no place to wait for our next flight. She let us stay until 3 pm with no extra charge! Totally made a terrible day not so bad after all. Thanks so much!!!!!

We LOVED our stay here but Mauricio at the front desk is the reason why my family and I will be coming back to the Springhill suites. He made this place feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mauricio!

Everything was great! Rosaliena, the breakfast server was amazing. The area was neat and clean. The breakfast food was very well presented. She always greeted people when they came in. A very friendly person. She would walk around the tables refilling coffee and juice. Amazing! Thank you Rosaliena!

As usual it was a Good Stay, I keep coming back. The Breakfast is quite good although I wish it had more fruits. The waffle maker is wonderful & the attendants are very friendly. The Front desk staff are also welcoming, I will be coming back.
