Hôtel propre et facile d'accès pour une étape. Toutefois la réception ferme à 21h, mais possible de récupérer la clé à l'hôtel Ibis juste à côté où le personnel est très aimable et vous donne toutes les informations pratiques pour l'entrée dans la chambre. Parking accessible avec 2 chargeurs pour voiture électrique et de nombreux chargeurs Tesla à 5 minutes à pied. Belle chambre avec grande salle de douche. Il manquait la télécommande de la TV (pas possible de demander à la réception car fermée) et chambre froide à l'arrivée (chauffage uniquement via soufflerie airconditionne).

Easy and good stay, clean and in good condition. Location easy to reach. Google Maps got us wrong side of street, but luckly there is good signs 😃 American style restaurant in same building and buffet breakfast is very good and quite versatile.

Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme et non PMR car pas pratique pour se doucher sans porte de douche, sans barre pour le pommeau de douche, la salle de douche est directement inondée... et on nous a attribué une chambre PMR sans charme ! L'hôtel n'a jamais répondu au message envoyé via Expedia, nous avons dû envoyer un mail en direct à l'hôtel pour connaître les instructions d'arrivée tardive (réception fermée à 22h00). L'unité de la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit malgré qu'elle soit éteinte. Le chargeur pour véhicule électrique devant l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel étape.

I was travelling with my elderly parents and my dog. The disabled parking bay was directly outside the main reception and our rooms were opposite each other also close to reception. All staff were very helpful and caring. Rooms were immaculate. Just a shame there were no refreshment facilities in the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons trouvé des affaires sales dans la salle de bains, d’où l’odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Aucune excuses, ni gestes de la direction qui nous a pris de haut. Sachant que nous avions réservés une chambre double et que l’on nous a imposé une chambre familiale (nous avons un enfant de presque 3 ans) donc double facturation… dans une annexe à 300 m de la réception… C’est la première fois qu’on nous impose une chambre familiale avec un bébé. Du coup, nous avons annulé la deuxième nuit à l’ibis style à côté car meme direction. Nous sommes très déçus.

1 nuit étape en famille. Personne a l'accueil accueillante. Nous avons pris le studio. État impeccable, propre, bien agencé. Cafetière nespresso avec dosettes à disposition, sachet de thé, bouilloire, grille pain, frigo, petite plaque, evier, service, et poêles. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

This hotel was very convenient and clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely, plentiful and very well prepared. The dining options close by were fantastic and convenient. The only thing we found slightly bad is that the rooms were soundproof from the outside traffic which was awesome but they're not soundproof from each other as we heard other rooms coming and going quite loudly.

Staff were lovely! The public areas have real character and very welcoming. The rooms are nice, strangely had no curtains, but it was a flying visit for us so didn’t matter. The bed was a problem for me, I can usually sleep on a washing line, but this one felt like I needed traction the next morning. (It was a twin bed)

hotel tout à fait correct, chambre très propre, salle de bain également. Mais petit souci au sujet de l'heure d'arrivée, prévue à 15 heures sur notre réservation et trouvé hotel fermé. impossibilité de téléphoner car panne de téléphone ce jour là à l'hotel. Donc raté une réunion de famille afin d'arriver pour 22 heures. sinon satisfais dans l'ensemble.Très bon petit dejeuner.

Le seul problème rencontré, c’est que je suis allez dans la chambre vers 22 h et la carte ne fonctionnait pas pour la chambre mais pour la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel oui. Ça m’était déjà arrivé. Heureusement que la personne de l’accueil était encore là à l’hôtel Ibis pour réactiver la carte, sinon, je pouvait pas rentré dans la chambre 109.

Le seul problème rencontré, c’est que je suis allez dans la chambre vers 22 h et la carte ne fonctionnait pas pour la chambre mais pour la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel oui. Ça m’était déjà arrivé. Mais petit souci au sujet de l'heure d'arrivée, prévue à 15 heures sur notre réservation et trouvé hotel fermé. impossibilité de téléphoner car panne de téléphone ce jour là à l'hotel. Donc raté une réunion de famille afin d'arriver pour 22 heures. sinon satisfais dans l'ensemble.Très bon petit dejeuner.

Easy and good stay, clean and in good condition. Location easy to reach. Google Maps got us wrong side of street, but luckly there is good signs 😃 American style restaurant in same building and buffet breakfast is very good and quite versatile.

Gut für die Durchreise, Frühstück nicht besonders gut, ei mal wieder aus dem Tetrapack. Betten hart, aber das mag ich gerne. Zimmer soweit in Ordnung. Wie immer fasst nur Französiche Sender im Fernsehen.

This hotel was very convenient and clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely, plentiful and very well prepared. The dining options close by were fantastic and convenient. The only thing we found slightly bad is that the rooms were soundproof from the outside traffic which was awesome but they're not soundproof from each other as we heard other rooms coming and going quite loudly.
