Pool was a little green and cloudy. Fire alarm went off at midnight, no one told us anything. We just stood outside for 45 minutes, fire dept showed up. It was a false alarm but no staff ever told us to exit properly or if it was safe to go back in, we were all left outside clueless.

There was a walking trail right next to the hotel, which was very nice. Also just outside the pool area, There is a small fire table for sitting around and talking. K cup coffee makers in the room would have been a plus as opposed to the old style one cup coffee makers. The desk chair was extremely comfortable big plus!

This is a FANTASTIC place to stay... this place has it ALL... wonderful staff, extremely clean property/room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, very easy parking and pet cleanup stations, gym, pool, laundry and even a little convenience market.... we absolutely love Home2 Suites and especially this one! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

It was a very nice place to stay but be prepared to pay 10.00 a day to park each day you stay. I was unaware of these charges until I got my total bill after I checked out. I think its not right to charge guess to park if they are staying at your hotel

I like the rooms, the breakfast, the area and cleanliness. Not only that the staff is really friendly but the amenities are not it. Every hotel I go to has free WiFi but I have to pay 5 dollars for WiFi. The pool was kinda small and nasty but it wasn’t too bad. And no room service overall pretty good but very lacking on areas

Our stay was great. We were there for 4 nights with our pups. Breakfast was lacking to be completely honest. Having stayed at numerous Home2 Suites, I found this breakfast to be among the worst. Our room was clean for the most part. I rated it as Good rather than Excellent because where the folded towels were, I found a package of makeup wipes leftover from a previous guest. Not a huge deal but something notable nonetheless. There was also gaps at the bottom of the door, so the obnoxious guest across from us could be heard screaming at their dogs. We had a connecting room and the soundproofing there wasn't very good either. The guest that was on the other side gave off the impression that they were hard of hearing, because their tv would be on high volume. We didn't complain because we didn't see the true need to.

Room was nice and worked well for our group. Upon check in I was informed that housekeeping would be every other day. Our room was never cleaned, trash emptied or toilet paper refilled during our 4 night stay. I texted the desk to request toilet tissue and never received it. I eventually had to go to the desk and wait for them to locate someone with a key to get it resupplied. On the up side, The breakfast bar was nice and changed daily. I personally loved the yogurt dispenser that enabled me to create a yogurt parfait each day.

This was a nice new hotel but things didn’t go all that great. First, the A/C was really noisy. It would wake me up in the middle of the night. The noise would come and go. Then, had to deal with a roach. The other issue was the TV. Tv kept turning off every few mins. And when it would turn off, it wouldn’t turn back on for a while. I called the front desk and they sent their tech guy. He said there are sensors in the room. If there’s no movement, it turns off. But even if I moved in front of the sensor, it still wouldn’t turn back on. At one point, tv was off for like 40 mins. It was frustrating.

Beautiful, clean, new spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the noise insulation was terrible. We could hear noise from the people next door, above and below us and in the halls. If anyone walked with heavy feet, the floors would move. We were unable to get a peaceful nights rest due to the thin walls. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. Food tasted bland and proteins (meats, eggs) had terrible chewy, dry texture.

We were pleasantly surprised with how upscale the hotel felt with new modern colorful furnishing in the lobby. The room were even better than we expected! The bed was comfy the mini kitchen was had everything you could need and the table and sofa made it feel like home!

I didn’t like the hour wait before my room was ready. We booked months in advance and kept getting e-mail reminders but Hilton had to clear with Hotels.con so all we could do was wait for Hotels to get back to Hilton. The service was awesome - she brought me water while I waited - answered every question and was as sweet as she could be - and remained sweet and thoughtful throughout our 2 day stay. The room was worth the wait - I used the gym AND and the pool and I JUST booked another room for another 2 nights 5 months after my first stay but I booked directly through Hilton instead of using Hotels.com to hopefully avoid the wait time checking in.

We had a problem with our pillows. We saw an employee in the hallway. She happened to be the housekeeping manager. Rather than saying she would let her staff know. She resolved the problem herself. I felt this was excellent customer service and wanted to post what a credit to the hotel she is.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Lake Mary. Of course it helps that it is a new hotel but if they continue to take care of the property as I witnessed during my recent stay I will use this as my primary hotel! Staff (especially Sue) were friendly and personable and really made you feel at home. The rooms are amazing! So much space and the entire hotel decor was calming and made it easy to relax!

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the room, and especially the staff. I wish we could stay for several days because an overnight stay wasn't enough! The area where the hotel is located is so quiet and convenient to everything, very clean, accommodating staff, simple breakfast but good. The room is spacious and had a great view, relaxing.

From the moment of check-in, through check-out, the staff was always welcoming; friendly, and there for us. The experience definitely does deserve an EXCEPTIONAL rating. Only improvement(s) that we could suggest would be (1) improve the breakfast food quality and extend the hours of operation by, at least, 30-minutes. If check out time is 11AM then the breakfast should be until around the same time, and not the current 9AM. Also the food was honestly awful. Apples were the only fruits; the (so-called) crisp bacon was hot, but constantly soggy and greasy; the pastries were limited to only a pre-packaged muffin. Finally, the pillows in the room have "0" firmness. Even using three of them provided little, if any, support. The bathroom towels were the opposite - rough and hard. Aside from these comments we would, still, return to this site in the future because of the sincere care, and kindness, of the staff plus overall cleanliness and comfort.
