Hölick Havsresort & spa

We’ve loved Hölicks Havsbad on previous stays, but this time was disappointing. The house was poorly cleaned – sticky floors, beer bottles left behind, dirty kitchen cupboards, a stained sofa, and a cold, dirty hot SPA pool. Staff kindly offered to send cleaners, but as we arrived late and were only staying one night, we cleaned the worst ourselves. We were given a 30% discount, and while we appreciated the gesture, the explanation (too many guests and inexperienced summer staff) was not very reassuring. This was a big disappointment, especially as we know how great this place can be. We really hope this was a one-off, as we’d love to return to the high standards we’ve enjoyed before.

We love Hölick Havsresort! And the Lagunen house, so nice and spacious house with jacuzzi on the terrace. Great fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We will come back.

Vi checkade aldrig in eftersom det var så ofräscht när vi gick runt och tittade på anläggningen. Hemskt! Borde ha läst recensionerna bättre. Väldigt synd eftersom vi gillar Hölick

Förrätten var oätbar Tapp-ölen var slut redan den 3e augusti Tältet kunde man ha dammsugit först, var smutsigt på golvet Incheckningen tog tid Men täckena var sköna och personalen trevlig

Hade varit bra att kunna ha skylt där man kan kasta in nyckeln istället för att behöva vänta in receptionisten. Vet inte om sådan info framgick från någonstans men kunde inte hitta.
