Fint hotel. Men ret dårlige parkering. Vi skulle gå et stykke fra bilen til hotellet, selvom de annoncer med at have parkeringsplads

Der er meget begrænset parkering, men lidt dyrere parkering ved lufthavnens P1. Personalet gav ikke selv alternativ parkering, men service var ellers fin. Værelset var rigtig godt.

No free parking even though it was mentioned while booking that parking is free. Hotel charged 15 euro to park in their area. Hotel had put a note that no parking place left even though there were 5-6 places left. We got one place after paying 15 euro. I got disappointed :-(

Perfect and cozy hotel. Not expensive. Parking is a bit bad. The breakfast is amazing

Totally useless if driving - ended up parking at airport P1 parking. Total chaos parking our car - wasted more than half an hour. Very frustrating - surely our one and only stay at this hotel.

Great location for airport! Challenging parking as the parking lot was always full. Needed to find street parking. Thankful that the reception told us about the parking permit that allowed us a little time at no cost. Something the rental car agency should have told us. If flying in/out of Bremen, I would definitely stay again!

Nice modern hotel with good bar and walking distance to the little airport. But when I was there the parking was full and at arrival at night the checkin was really slow.

Everything was great. The only thing that was confusing was the message outside the parking lot that they dont offer parking anymore, although expedia shows you can purchase parking

Der Check in verlief einfach und reibungslos. Allerdings war dem Hotel nicht bekannt, dass wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das lies sich schnell klären. Auch war der Rezeption nicht bekannt, dass wir mit Hund einchecken (im Zimmer war aber ein Hundekissen und 2 Näpfe hinterlegt, sowie Leckerchen). Also 25€ pro Nacht bezahlt. Das Zimmer gefiel uns sehr gut. Es war modern ausgestattet, war grundsätzlich sauber (ich bin leider sehr penibel was Haare angeht und in der Dusche waren leider 2). Ansonsten gab es hier nichts zu meckern, aber ein Schuhanzieher könnte vielleicht helfen. Der erste Morgen und das erste Frühstück standen an. Die freundliche junge Dame im Frühstücksraum über unseren Hund aufgeklärt. Wir dürfen ihn nicht mitnehmen. Er ist knapp 1J alt und bleibt nicht allein im Zimmer. Wir boten an ganz hinten ein Tisch zu nehmen und natürlich blieb der Hund am Tisch und durfte nicht zum Buffet. Sie war einverstanden. Er lag lieb unter’m Tisch. Am nächsten Morgen bellte er einmal, weil ein Junge ihn streicheln wollte. Gleich kamen 2 Damen und sowohl mein Freund als auch ich mussten uns rechtfertigen was der Hund im Frühstücksraum (unterm Tisch) zu suchen hat. Leider waren die beiden nicht sehr freundlich und waren sehr gereizt. Alles in allem begleitete er uns dennoch die restlichen Tage zum Frühstück, die Damen waren angesäuert. Danke an die junge Frau die uns freundlich half!!! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig & lecker! Die Parkplatz Situation vor Ort ist eine Katastrophe!

Another excellent stay at this clean, friendly and really well located hotel

Die Sauberkeit gefällt mir in diesem Hotel jedes Mal sehr gut! Es ist immer alles top als ob die Leute mit ner Lupe putzen würden :D Sonst gefällt mir noch sehr gut das Ambiente. Es ist im Dschungel Look gestaltet worden und das wirkt sehr beruhigend~

Utrolig pent, rent og stilig hotel. God frokost . Koselig betjening. Gode senger. Delikate rom

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Autobahn und Innenstadt. Die Sauberkeit war schon einmal besser- hier gibt es Luft nach oben.

No air conditioner. Only central like and air was weak at best. Limited window opening opition so room is hot all night Pillow and blanket was a disappointment. Flimsy and too thin. As well as hot. Definitely not good for summer time bookings. Hotel is not recommended for people how like an air conditioning air flow.

Man kann die Klimaanlage nicht ausstellen. Ist wohl baulich ein Fehler. Die Klimaanlage geht nur aus wenn man die Karte rauszieht, dann aber hat man im Zimmer kein Strom. Unglaublich schlecht.

unfreundliche Rezeption: Freischalung: Trotz bezahlter Rechnungen muss ich für das Zimmer 3x und für KFZ-Stellplatz 2x zur Rezeption für die Freischaltung zur Rezeption gehen!! Meine erste und letzte Übernachtung in diesem Hotel.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen…Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf alle unsere Wünsche und fragen eingegangen… Wir kommen immer gerne zurück…

I got just what I look for in an airport hotel. Quick and professional check-in, great cool, clean room and a friendly helpful staff.

I was double-charged at check-in despite having already prepaid through Hotels.com and showing my invoice. The receptionist insisted I pay again and offered zero customer service. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

The room was very stuffy, no airflow or air. Hallways are cool but rooms so hot. Rude staff when I asked about it. Basically didn’t care. Expensive breakfast. The soap in shower is a 3-1 and smells like strong peach. Not nice for a man.

Check In was horrible with unfriendly staff and trouble finding the Expedia reservation on their hand. Room is great, but sleep was only okay due to a loud AC that cannot be turned off. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the morning was super friendly. So overall a mixed experience. It’s very close to the Airport with all its advantages and disadvantages. I checked my bag and then went to have breakfast at the hotel which was very convenient.

5 minutes walk to the airport the most convenient and still affordable hotel. Easy to reach via public transportation. Nice and new facility provides everything you need for an airport overnight

The hotel is short 5 min walk from airport, as well as the tram stop to the city center. The condition of the hotel room is well maintained. It is a no-fills hotel and reasonably priced.

Habitación correcta, trato agradable, cercanía al aeropuerto y a parada de tranvía que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos y te conecta con la estación de tren. Todo ha ido bien

Grundsolides Hotel, aber das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig in Qualität und Auswahl für den Preis.

Klasse Hotel die Zimmer sauber und ein super Bett ,auch das Bad, große Dusche und sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvor kommende Mitarbeiter am Empfang und eine sehr liebe Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig war.Ein super Buffet mit allem was man braucht. Da wir öfters in Bremen sind werden wir auf jeden fall wieder im the niu Crusoe übernachten.
