Un séjour très agréable en plein centre-ville. Depuis l’hôtel tout est accessible facilement et le personnel est aux petits soins Un hôtel que je dois recommander chaleureusement !

I would say this is the best Hotel Manchester Check-in was fantastic a glass of champagne on arrival such a nice touch. The room was great very classy. This hotel has a cocktail bar attached to it called sterling again its perfect we went a Thursday night the ambiance of the room and lighting are spot on. We had afternoon tea and I can say without any hesitation it was the best we have ever had. The main eating area is the old stock exchange trading floor and as you walk in it feels special and it certainly is. We will be back for another visit as we would like to try dinner in the Tenders restaurant. Breakfast was superb service at the hotel is 1st class all in a perfect break.

tucked away in an alley this hotel feels more like a morgue than a top tier hotel offering. There's no gym, and the gym pass provided is for a very average establishment. My expensive room overlooked a dodgy alley. Should have paid less and stayed somewhere else. I wont be cack.

Breakfast staff need training. Everything came at once then eggs etc taken to be kept warm while I ate my yoghurt and cereal!
