We came in Christmas Eve and stayed 6 nights. Breakfast was extensive with eggs, meat and home-fried potatoes, crockpot oatmeal, waffle irons and then all the regular items featured at other hotels. Dark and light roast coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa. Perfect fitness center! Liked that the shower controls were opposite the shower head. And Netflix! Fridge and microwave and all the shower items you need.

Loved it! We were really worn out after a hard hot summer hike in Shenandoa when we arrived, so the hospitality of this hotel along with its ice cold pool, and air conditioned room was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. The Hampton inn at Zion Crossroads highly recommend it to anyone passing through , it's a clean great place with friendly staff.

We were driving from Memphis to Virginia and back. We did a turn and burn. So on way back home, we stopped here to rest for a few hours. Wow, very impressed with the staff and the hotels cleanliness! Hampton Inns will be my go to going forward. Great place!

The Hampton Inn was more than meet the eye from seamless check-in, spacious king size bed and luxious walk in shower with the rain water sprout. The free breakfast was a full buffet of grits, scrambled eggs,fried potatoes, cereal, pastries, boiled eggs and orange juice,apple juice and water .

Hampton Inn By Hilton Gordonsville is a newer property. I stayed 2 nights in Jan 2025. The king bed room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. My only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower. The bathroom sink had great hot water. I tried letting the sink run for a bit then retried the shower - no change. However, the countertop was soaked with water (maybe from the base of the faucet?). I asked for maintenance to take a look at both issues. The sink faucet worked fine after their visit. The next morning, I tried the shower with no luck again. I reported the issue to the front desk as I checked out. Her response was, "would you like a receipt?" Not the way I think the company would prefer her to respond.

Went on a river trip down the Rivanna with my two brothers and son. This hotel was recommended by the river guide. We enjoyed the service, the beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had to have a room after the river trip so ended up booking again

The hotel is modern, clean, and convenient, and it's a great value. The staff, especially the General Manager Mr. Abdul Rab, is a gem. **pedia basically screwed up this booking due to website errors during payment ("Oops, something went wrong on our end, please try again"). They ended up booking the hotel five times, all on the wrong dates which had apparently re-loaded from the previous cached page for the booking I had just completed at a different hotel, for the day before this one. What a mess. I was able to cancel three; the fourth needed Customer Care to cancel. The fifth had already processed by then, and **pedia said they couldn't cancel it because it was a "no cancellation" booking. Two more days of frustrating emails and customer care sessions got me nowhere. **pedia could not (or would not) talk to the hotel manager. I finally called the hotel, spoke to Mr. Rab, and he graciously agreed to untangle the mess. This is probably the last time I will use 3rd-party booking, because when there's a problem, the hotel has very few options with the booking partner. Other than that - the hotel was wonderful, and the staff is super courteous and helpful. We'll be back! - Norm

We checked out Sunday morning, and then checked into the hotel at our next destination Sunday afternoon and realized we had left our hanging clothes here. I called the hotel Sunday afternoon, Tuesday, and again on Friday, and the hotel has at all times insisted they "didn't find" our hanging clothes. Do not stay here! Dishonest employees!

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. We were in the area to see friends and family. A special thank you to William. Our battery died on our dually and William found us a small ladder so my husband could easily have the height to change it out. FYI there are 2 auto part stores in walking distance
