Casa del Vigneto - NEW near VENICE - rooms+bathroom - INDEPENDENT

Magdalena and Francesco were the ultimate hosts!! This stay was absolutely wonderful. So clean, so comfortable, the bed??? please .. very restful. Note, if you want to sleep in, shut the shutters…cars on street in AM can be noisy. PM however, so quiet. Hot shower, clean and large flat! Highly recommend!!

There are too many good things about our stay at Casa del Vigneto to list. It is a wonderful house, clean, well appointed, good Wi-Fi and the most comfortable beds! Magdalena and Francesco were fabulous hosts. From airport transfers to assistance with anything we needed, they were available. The house is just a few doors away from a grocery store and other services and the bus stop to Venice. Pizza Verdi nearby is fantastic! Although Venice is wonderful, getting out of the tourist area and exploring Spinea, Mirano and Santa Maria di Sala is even better. It's real Italy. We will stay here again for sure. Exceptional home.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Etwas ausserhalb Venedigs gelegen, aber doch zentral. Nach Venedig mit dem Zug 18 Minuten, nach Jesulo an den Strand 55km.Magdalena und Francesco waren hervorragende Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar, aber nicht aufdringlich.Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen wissen wir, wo wir übernachten.Tipp für alle: Mückenspray - die Viecher sind unersättlich

Our only complaint was the ants. So many ants on the counter even though we cleaned and didn’t leave anything out. Other than that the property was delightful.

We loved staying in this home in Spinea. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. The house was clean, quiet, and a quick train ride away from Venice. The town of Spinea itself had a lot to offer as well with lots of pizzerias, coffee shops, and an outdoor market. Perfect for our trip to Venice!
