Walk-in shower was great; comfortable beds, pillows. A large and very well equipped exercise room; far exceeds what's offered in most hotels. No microwave or coffee maker in room was an inconvenience not expected in a Hilton Hotel. Very wide menu for breakfast but eggs and sausage patties tasteless. Doubt if any eggs were cracked on-site

Traveled with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The property was new, clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The hotel concept is great and has a shared living space with things to do, including a foosball table and a pool table. The indoor pool was also nice. Available gym as well. Nice beds and comfy room although not as spacious but enough to relax and recharge.

The pool was great ,alittle chilly but refreshing, the hotel is new and price is right

Why can't all hotels be like this one? Clean, comfortable room and bed. Huge, practical bathroom with a spacious shower and lots of room for your toiletries. Wonderful hot breakfast with good variety of food. A games room downstairs and lots of space to hang out with the family or on your own in the lobby. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated and bedding is soft and new. Its quiet at night which was nice. Very close to the casino which is just a few mins of walking from the hotel. We had a great time with family. played some games of pool.

The Hotel noted to have been kept very clean during our 4 night stay. During our stay we had a maintenance and safety concern, our front door wasn't latching properly. We always ensure our door is shut and secure when staying away in a hotel prior to leaving. However, we had housekeeping come in, who did not realize that the door didn't latch properly, and they ended up leaving our hotel suite open until we had arrived back later in the night. The staff I addressed this concern with offered to switch us to another room, however it was not ideal during that time of day. This particular staff memeber did not submit this report to maintenance. The following morning I brought forward my concern, the lady in which I spoke with immediately got in touch with maintenance and made arrangements to have it fixed that same day which I was satisfied with. Additionally, part of the hotel experience is getting to use the pool, however their were hygienic and health concerns that prevented us from using the pool leaving us really disappointed. The pool was murky each and every day we took a look at it. For being a brand new hotel, this sholud not be an issue. Murky pools can lead to harmful bacteria which sholud be addressed accordingly so other guests shouldn't have to miss out. I think that this hotel has potential to be a great place to stay but they still have changes needing to be made before they can achieve that.

Hotel was new and clean, pool was nice. Lounge area was modern. Everything was great until I got stuck in the elevator but the staff quickly fixed the problem and were apologetic. Close to the highway and casino.

Public restrooms on the lobby were dirty. The pancake machine didn’t work.

Hotel is good, my experiece is ok, air-conditioning is a problem, (may be it has a problem in our room).

While this hotel is new, it’s very basic. No space for your clothes if you want to unpack, no in room safe, and the breakfast area could be organized better especially for crowded times as you couldn’t get access to things until the person moved away. And if you like hot showers, this place is not for you. We struggled to find a time where we could get a hot shower.

Small rooms. Very icy sidewalk and parking lot. Just an ok breakfast. Sausages and plain folded eggs. No bacon or omelette or home fries. Neat pancake machine though. It’s tacky. Looks like it was designed by Skittles. Not for me. New and clean though.

Amit was very professional checking us in. The hotel and room is spotless, very appealing in style. Liked that coffee and tea were free in the lobby. Everything is great so far!

Staff were very friendly and made sure our stay gave us everything we needed. Would stay here again. Best hotel in the area.

The staff were great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. In the seb description, it looked like there was a restaurant on site unfortunately not. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The location was out of the way of town and we would have preferred to be in walking distance

TRU is a new Hilton brand, great for an overnight stay located just off the 401. Friendly staff. Sparse, tidy rooms with a king size bed. Nice breakfast for a quick get-a-way.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and new. Conveniently located, as it was a 6 minute drive from A thousand islands cruise, and also close to many restaurants!

Nice clean hotel. The game room is a nice touch. Close to all of the Thousand Islands attractions.

The staff were great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. In the seb description, it looked like there was a restaurant on site unfortunately not. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The location was out of the way of town and we would have preferred to be in walking distance

We were pleasantly surprised ! Bed was great! Loved the lobby area and breakfast had a lot of choices ! Complimentary coffee and tea! Loved that there was flavoured tea. I also loved the body wash and shampoo and conditioner in the shower! We got 10$ vouchers each for the casino accros the road! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel made our stay so much better for our city cruise and bolt castle tour . We will definitely stay there again !
