Very comfortable. The best location. The room very clean and bed comfortable. Great to have laundry room but very tight room can’t swing a cat, but glad it was there. Didn’t eat in restaurant but looked good. The trainee lady that checked us in with very professional and knew her product well .

Well lets start with parking 20 bays for 120 rooms not good enough. I own a mustang and was told to park it on the street. Was asked for a credit card for amenities thete is nothing in the room. The bathroom looks like your in a nursing home. I lived down here for 14 years watched this been built and am absolutely disgusted to see how the inside of this was. I was looking forwards to staying here all excited.

A very new hotel, with great staff everyone we encountered from the restaurant to the front desk to housekeeping - all were absolutely delightful. The pool was fantastic and the gym area looked great and well facilitated. Would definitely stay again, with a perfect location to top it all off.

we found the shower in our room flooded the floor every time it was used making it really dangerous to walk in the bathroom unless we put towels on the floor to stop the water running all over the floor.Also we thought that more umbrellas were needed in the pool area.but we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Given the hotel had not long been operational standards on all fronts were high. Our only negative was that the pool is not shaded and is exposed to the full sun all day which rendered it unusable as we were there during very hot weather.

Had a really nice stay at the Hilton hotel in Busselton for 5 nights. Can’t really fault anything at all, reception staff were really helpful great breakfast, pool area was kept spotless. Looking forward to our next visit.

Having stayed at Hilton properties before, we were looking forward to trying this newish hotel in one of our favourite places Busselton. The staff were very friendly and always accommodated our requests and feedback. The restaurant manager was particularly helpful. The bar and pool areas are very nice. However, this hotel is lacking in a number of areas. When we entered our room, we were disapointed to find hairs and stains on the floor, the floor obviously had not been mopped or vacuumed. We also noticed that many of the seat covers in the bar and restaurant areas were stained and hadnt been cleaned. The entry to the restaurant is in a bad position, people lining up to get seated clash with people coming out of the lifts and people travelling to/from the lobby. The restaurant layout is poor and very cramped, and does not have adequate seating at peak times resulting in patrons asked to sit at tables in the lobby area. The lifts do not always move after you have pressed the buttons, and there is no colour difference to indicate the button has been pressed. Overall a bit disappointing for a Hilton Hotel.

Bathroom had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival, was hair in the shower and on the floor between the toilet and the shower and the toilet and the wall. Water leaked out of the shower under the shower door every time we showered also.

Had high expectations being a Hilton property. In the room we found that the TV wasn't a smart one so couldn't connect Netflix or anything like that. The room looked and felt new and modern but found when having a shower water leaked around the bottom of the toilet. We ordered room service which was an experience as we had to go pick it up ourselves. The food was just in take away cardboard containers with wooden knife and fork (Glad i didn't order the steak) The food seemed very over priced for what we got. The location, lobby and pool area are superb but I wouldn't stay again. Very disappointing with the little things that could make this a great place to stay.

Very clean lovely hotel Unfortunately for me I paid extra for balcony with ocean views, I was in room 102 yes you can see the ocean through trees and carpark the bed in this room was very hard if that’s what you like. The hotel was accommodating with extra blankets to try soften the bed.

Location excellent. Staff pleasant. Housekeeping staff very thorough. Room blinds need careful handling and the drainage system in the shower doesn’t quite cope with the otherwise good shower. Didn’t eat in the restaurant so unable to comment. Enjoyed a 3 night stay.

Amazing room facing the ocean with a balcony. Amenities are excellent and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options too. Become a member and get discount. The location is awesome as you can walk to so many places right on the Busselton foreshore. I would stay again fpr sure we loved it

Room was lovely, well sized. Bed was a very firm for our liking, and the pillows were not supportive at all, but thats just our personal preference. Very quiet. We were right opposite elevators, but we heard no noise throughout the evening or morning.

Disappointing experience. We were not properly checked into our room at the reception. We did not have Wi-Fi and unable to contact any staff during opening hours as per there hotel dialling system. We did bring these concerns to the reception staff who said they would look into it, but fail todo so. I will however mentioned that after a second complaint the next morning we did get a $50 discount off our stay.

We arrived at the check-in time only to be told our room wasn’t ready. It happens, but I was still a bit annoyed given the rate of the room. The receptionist gave us two free drink tokens as compensation. I went to the bar and asked for a Heineken and flashed the drink token. The girl said “Oh sorry, you can’t use it for that beer. Only the cheaper beers”. That really annoyed me. Breakfast was nice, place was clean. I wouldn’t rush back.

Yes it did, the view was beautiful. The staff at this hotel.are very efficient and very good with a nice chatty warm interactions. Yhe hotel is smart with excellent facilities. We ate in the restaurant only one night and it was very good. I will always try and stay here when i return. Thank you

We stopped off here on our way down to Margaret River and the hotel was very clean, modern and conveniently located right next to the jetty in Busselton. Special mention must go to Sunny on Reception who was always very cheerful and helpful

This is a new modern Hilton hotel. It is not at the top end of the Milton offering but is a comfortable and modern. They could make the dining area a little more upmarket and inviting to their guests. The staff are extremely pleasant and engaging. A little expensive, but you are playing for a great location.

Perfect location in Busselton. Located immediately behind the restaurants and cafes at Busselton jetty. A couple of blocks to walk into the shopping area ( 5 mins) Stunning views. Outstanding service. On my day of arrival the hotel was messaging me regarding my arrival time. When I arrived the room was ready for me. I have never had such great service in many years of travel- in many parts of the world. Wonderful. Thank you.

I stayed at the Hilton for a work trip and was very happy with my stay. The rooms are beautiful, stylish and extremely clean, they have all the amenities and good storage and spacious bathroom. I was lucky to be upgraded to an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. The parking is subject to availability but I was able to find a park across from where my window was so I could keep an eye on my car if needed. The hotel is in a great location and is an asset to the area. The restaurant is small but has lots of options and the self serve area for snack/drinks/amenities is very good. The 'room service' is a little on the pricier side for the value received and some of the dishes were a little lack lustre but that's to be expected at a hotel, the 'room service' is 'click and collect' also so needs to be picked up from the restaurant. Very smooth check in and check out process too. Overall I would definitely stay at the Hilton again and recommend it !

The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful — modern, spotless, and with a spectacular outlook overlooking the ocean. I’d happily give 5 stars for the building and rooms alone. Bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. Dinner (both the salmon and Parma) was burnt and overcooked, and breakfast really didn’t live up to the usual Hilton standard. Such a shame, as the setting deserves much better.

The wait-staff in the restaurant managed the customers well given the output from the kitchen was very slow but the food was delicious. The reception staff on checkin and checkout were very professional and a delight to deal with.
