To start, the luggage carts are a joke. They are airport luggage carts with no way to hang clothes on that need to stay unwrinkled. I had to work nights and did not notice until I was ready to sleep that the skirting around the bed was dirty, the comforter was stained, the refrigerator shelves were clearly sticky, and there were hairs in the shower that were not mine as I hadn't used the shower yet. No, I did not say anything because I was too tired to move all my stuff to another room. I left at 0345 in the morning and there was no one at the desk. The whole area and the area around the desk was dark. No one came out. I'm pretty sure they were sleeping as there are cameras everywhere and I came down to get a cart before I left so if they were in the back, they would have seen me. Someone should have checked to see if I wanted my receipt or how my stay was. Food was good.

If I was single, I could live in this permanently. Had everything I needed except a stove. Pool, workout area, great hot breakfast and a very relaxing outside relaxing or partying area. Extremely clean and staff was great.

Took us a bit to get checked in...most the staff was sweet a few didn't speak, but maybe a bad day for them idk...What we didn't like was getting stuck in elevator with our 2 young grandson's the very first time we went to go up to our room. Our 8 yr old grandson panicked and my husband finally got the door to open and we went to the other elevator and no i did not report it i was too mad ! Our shower was dirty. Other than that the room was comfortable.

The property was new, vert clean and in a great location for our needs. Breakfast was fine, and overall noise level was low. Very nice outdoor are, staff very friendly and room was outstanding. If I am in area again, will definitely stay there again.

This was my first visit out of state without my husband and I was worried about being alone. When I got to the hotel, after dark I was pleasantly surprised at how brightly lit the every parking spot was. When I got up to my floor, the hallways were also very brightly lit. The lobby and rooms were very clean and fresh. I did have one incident happen on my last nights visit. It was at no fault of the hotel but I had to call the front desk. Grant was working the front desk and quickly solved my issue. He was calm, kind and very understanding. I am very thankful Grant was there to assist me.

We came in town for a golf trip to Tobacco Road. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint that we have is the comfort of the bed, the mattress was extremely firm. But overall, a great stay.

I was really impressed that they are so thoroughly decorated for Christmas! The fire out front is also quite inviting. It is so nice that Sanford has such a nice option to stay at over night.
