We only stayed here due to the free airport shuttle so we didn't have to deal with the taxis at the airport. I contacted them three times via hotels.com messaging and their email to arrange transport. No response. Called them to arrange and they said to call when we got to airport. Called at the airport and they said they had no drivers and hung up on me! Absolute disorganized mess of very young people staffing the location, asked for glass of wine at pool, almost 45 mins later a whole bottle turned up which we were charged for. Food was poor quality and expensive. Also took forever to be served. Terrible location, totally isolated with no stores within walking distance. Car an absolute must or you are trapped at an expensive poor food resort.. On the positive - breakfast was actually good, rooms are nice and pool is pleasant.

They say its 6 restaurants but its only 1 and bad. Only 1 pool is available and the other ones are extra paid. No cafe at all. Wifi was the worst because it wasnt stable. The breakfast was bad and there wasnt any choices. Nothing in the hotel meets 5 star standarts. Total disappointment.

The beach entrance at the hotel is rocky/stony, so I'd recommend bringing water shoes.

I booked a junior suite. The description does not match the room. The room was to have a balcony and it does not. It was a basic room of 30 square metres with two single beds pushed together and a chair and small table. The service was terrible. The person at teh front desk in the morning was rude and basically could not wait to get me out. This was out of character witht he wonderful hospitality elsewhere on the island. I would NEVER recommend this place.
