Weekly stay for work. Very warm welcome and always available, even for taxis. The rooms are clean and bright, and the sea view is exceptional.

Breakfast was below normal standards for such a property. Nescafé isn’t a coffee you offer at a hotel charging 100+ USD / night. Turkish tea is terrible. Except breakfast and dining overall good hotel to stay.

Although the staff we interacted with was nice, they seemed to be very short staffed (the pool boy was also the bartender and the waiter). The big disappointment was the food. In the dinner meny, one third of the options were not available, the red wine was directly taken from the fridge (8 degrees celcius), but the most dissapointing was that the main course. After chosing our respective second and third option, I ate a pizza that can only be described as not fit for eating. The pizza dough was like cardboard and felt like they took a premade supermarket frozen pizza and added some topping (= a lot of oily cheap cheese, and some vegetables). The pasta dish would have made most italians want to kill themselves. Heavy cream everywhere and massive amount of garlic to disguise the fact.

We only stayed here due to the free airport shuttle so we didn't have to deal with the taxis at the airport. I contacted them three times via hotels.com messaging and their email to arrange transport. No response. Called them to arrange and they said to call when we got to airport. Called at the airport and they said they had no drivers and hung up on me! Absolute disorganized mess of very young people staffing the location, asked for glass of wine at pool, almost 45 mins later a whole bottle turned up which we were charged for. Food was poor quality and expensive. Also took forever to be served. Terrible location, totally isolated with no stores within walking distance. Car an absolute must or you are trapped at an expensive poor food resort.. On the positive - breakfast was actually good, rooms are nice and pool is pleasant.

They say its 6 restaurants but its only 1 and bad. Only 1 pool is available and the other ones are extra paid. No cafe at all. Wifi was the worst because it wasnt stable. The breakfast was bad and there wasnt any choices. Nothing in the hotel meets 5 star standarts. Total disappointment.
