The hotel was nice, well kept and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was well maintained. We will stay there again when in the area.

If i could change one thing..I would want the pool to be warmer.. all the rest was great!

Bummed the pool was out of order during our stay

It was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. The only problem we had is that the filtering system for the pool wasn't working. The kids were very disappointed they were unable to swim.

I enjoyed the spacious room and actually am amazing pull out bed! The pool was ice cold so my daughter did not get to enjoy it

Pet friendly and lots of manicured open space to walk my dog and feel safe.

Perfect stay - everything was clean and fresh. Rooms were exactly as described. Perfect for a family of 6 with a dog.

We had a great stay! There was a huge spread for breakfast and the pool was open very early. Seemed to be in a safe area with a nice trail near by.

Room is spacious and clean . All faucets and sinks in working order. Love the regular size fridge for food storage. Pool could use some cleaning as white signage had lots of stains. We were on the 3rd level and had trouble with noise above us every night between 10:45-11:45p. Lots of running and stomping .

A huge food splatter or loogie on the wall by bed, trash frim previous huest was not emptied from our kitchen trash can. Shower door wouldnt slide shut all the way so the floor was a pool of water once you got out and the bed was UNCOMFORTABLE

Room was nice but hotel smells like a wet dog. So gross that every hotel allows pets.

Food particles on counter and table upon checkin. Obviously had not been wiped down from previous guest.

We loved the location; there was enough parking. We loved the spacious room; it justified the photos and description on the website. The cafeteria staff was friendly and always made sure there was breakfast, and the place was clean. I am disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. We were there for seven nights, and the room was cleaned only once. Our bathroom needed cleaning, and we requested twice from the staff, but no one cleaned it.

This hotel consistently has good service, clean rooms, good neighborhood, and is close to many restaurants and other gathering places. Can't beat the price.

Staff great to me management sucks…Checked into room after long international flight and it was not clean. The toilet was not flushed. The trash cans were not empty and contain feminine products. The trash cans have not been emptied and there was what looked to be bodily fluid on the beds. When I went to the front desk, they said they were no other rooms and the lady said all the cleaning people were gone so she would personally clean them, she was a very wonderful person. She went upstairs and took one look and said I cannot clean this room. It is unsanitary and filthy after sitting in the lobby for around an hour, waiting for a cleaning person to come. After three hours the room had been cleaned and it was given to me. The hotel manager said I could not get a free night because I booked through Expedia and I should not have done so so he would give me points unfortunately the points never showed up. Also, the manager never actually spoke to me he sent the front desk people out to talk to me. I asked to speak to them directly and they said he would not but Mike call me. I left my number for him to call and never did. Just checked my Hilton honors gold account and there is no extra points in there. Left a message for the manager, but have not heard the managers name is.Hamet Sy. The other unusual thing was, I stayed two nights, and when I get back from business meetings, room had not been cleaned the second night was told they only clean rooms every third day

The grounds, rooms & staff are wonderful! The only thing lacking is housekeeping. When we arrived the shampoo was empty, there was a used cartridge in the coffee maker, the Kleenex were empty and no coffee was left for use. If you stay several nights the room is serviced every other day. On the day our room would not be serviced we asked housekeeping in the hall for coffee and shampoo. We didn’t receive either. On the third day when our room should have been serviced - only fresh towels were left. We, again, asked housekeeping in the hall for shampoo, coffee and Kleenex. She came right into the room and took care of these things (very nice). She said I can’t believe he didn’t even make the beds.

The sheets with dirty hair was on them balls a hair Yeah, became sick at the same day it was nasty never had anything bad to say About any other help me because I’m a diamond member and I’ve never had forgotten that. It was nasty. It is here.

Love the location and the friendly staff. They were very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The only complaint I have it the room smelled like a dog was there before our stay.

Kitchenette was a wonderful option for 3 day stay especially with a grocery about a quarter mile away. Maintenance request was promptly handled, hallways and dining area clean and breakfast well-stocked although, the regional favorite of sausage gravy on biscuits was not available.

Difficult to sleep because of noisy refrigerator.

I liked how clean it was. I could hear thumping (I think it was people moving around above my room).

We love staying at Home2 properties as they are all updated and look very new. We love the full kitchens in the rooms as well. The room we had the bathroom was very tight and small as the door doesn't open if someone is using the toilet. Also,the door opens right into the only side the shower door opens on. It needs a bathroom remake unfortunately. The MAIN thing we did NOT like was the noise. Our hallway was quiet and we were on the third floor. 330. But the room directly above us must have had kids or something. All day and the day of new years eve at 8am they were letting their kid run and stomp around. it was very very annoying. if we werent there for just one night we would have most definitely told the staff that they were being way to loud. i cannot comment on what was done since i didnt take it to anyone but there was nothing blocking that noise. it sounded like the kid or whoever was going to go through the floor. I always request top floor for this reason. we like to sleep in especially after new years eve and i couldnt do the noise from above. Nothing against the staff or hotel but they need to put a quiet hours into effect and to be respectful of guests below you.

Although, I gave 5 stars for most of the questions, I had to give it overall 4 stars, as the doors and walls allow a lot of noise into the room. There was a wedding party that stayed up very late that kept most of my family up late because the walls and doors allow a lot of noise through.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I was a little shocked at the condition of the room (exact same room) as I stayed in a year ago. There were some chipped tiles and grout in the bathroom, an obvious water stain on the ceiling in the living room and a cord missing its plug on one of the lamps in the living room. I would have thought they would jump to repair all of that I. This last year. But for the most part the atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and helpful, amenities were good and the food was average. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

I asked for a room on the upper floor away from the elevator. I got a room on the second floor next to the elevator. Someone is not paying attention to personal requests.

Everything was great except the Internet did not work I was charged 495 for the upgraded for upgraded streaming Internet because I use my computer for business. I went to the lobby several times just to make a phone calls, but the amount of noise was high. The guy at the front desk was very nice but not helpful. He said he would call his boss, but I never heard the outcome, I was told that the owner or manager was going to give me extra Hilton points. Anyway, I would much rather have Internet working in Hilton boys.

Our stay was amazing! I don’t usually leave reviews, but Kris at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly- we had multiple interactions as we used the pool and were staying on the first floor. She went out of her way to make our stay exceptional! She is a great asset to your team! Breakfast was great. I only gave a 4 for condition as I took a shower and the shower door slipped off the track- I was able to easily pop it back on. In fairness, I didn’t report this to the staff since I fixed it. Overall, it was a great stay!

Had a very poor experience with check in - greeter was rude and claimed I had not prepaid for my stay and demanded a credit card to "pay for my room" despite me having the expedia receipt showing proof of payment as well as the charge on my credit card. Was not polite or helpful but was rude and combative. Only once they talked to expedia on the phone (at my request) did they admit their error that they had made an error doing my check in. no apology or sorry for wasting 30 minutes in the lobby at 11pm to get me checked it. Mistakes happen but the greeter was rude from the beginning to end of the situation - even when she realized the error was hers and not mine.

Great Location, Great Staff

We were in town for a funeral. The front desk was very nice and made sure our whole family had rooms together on the first floor.

Newer, clean, close to lots of stuff, will stay again

The hotel was just quick and easy to get to. Right off the freeway. Room was great. Perfect for what i needed.

It was close to get to my family while visiting for the weekend.

It's conveniently located right off of 675. Easy to get to Dayton and the suburbs.

It was great that you opened the Breakfast Buffet at 6:00 on Saturday since many of us had to be at the courts by 7:30, but we had 7:30 matches again on Sunday morning and weren't able to get breakfast because it didn't open until 7:00.

This hotel was okay. And I say okay because the price did not match the amenities. The breakfast was not of the quality I’d expect at this price point. I’ve stayed at other hotels less pricey with far superior breakfast. The only reason we stayed here was because we wanted to be at the same hotel as the wedding guests for a wedding.

A meat offering for breakfast would have been greatly appreciated.
