Very good price and experience. Room was cheap but very spacious, kitchenware are sufficient for cooking. Toilet is big and clean. Security is good as there’s a door every floor that requires a password to enter. Very good quality given the price.

Bra boende med fina rum/lägenheter. Mycket företag som bor/övernattar här. Lägenheten behöver renoveras/uppfräschning. Städning kan bli bättre, ej 100% rent efter tidigare hyresgäster. En byggnad med mycket potential men tyvärr ganska tråkigt idag. Saknas lobby. Receptionen är öppen från klockan 14 som tidigast. Nära till LIDL mataffären, till busshållplats som tar dig till Sollentuna centrum på någon minut. Även promenad avstånd till Sollentuna centrum. För att komma till boendet tar du bussen 607 mot Danderyds sjukhus från Sollentuna Centrum hoppar av på Djupdalsvägen. Du ser byggnaden Sollentuna Apartments från busshållplatsen, knappt 50 meter bort. Överlag bra vistelse men det kan bli mycket bättre med lite mer engagemang från dem ansvariga. Trevlig personal i receptionen den dagen jag checkade in, tjejen var jätte trevlig och tillmötesgående.

The parking garage door was flimsy, so there was times we couldn’t get our car out, and the bathroom toilet stopped working, we had to wait 2 hours for the plumber to arrive to fix it and then it stopped working again. We left a day early. If we come back, I don’t think I’d want to stay here again.

In the advertisement it says that there is available parking. It was important for me as I borrowed the car from a friend and wanted to park safe. It wasn’t the case, the entrance door to the parking was broken so wasn’t able to park as I hoped for. The apartment was really good, the only thing was disturbing are very bad pillows and dust flying in the air. I didn’t know the that area in Sollentuna, navigation didn’t show the location, it was industrial area.

On the key we had a parking place that we never found. Next to the entrance guests were smoking joints, hash. No security no nothing. The corridor had a smell of alcohol every single day. Never again.

I liked that I didn’t have to worry about anyone who wasn’t staying there roaming the halls. The extra security with the passcodes at each floor was comforting. My apartment was very clean, and the staff were both very kind and friendly. Next year when I’m back on Sweden I will be staying here again.

In the advertisement states parking available, but it’s not the case. In reception they said the door etrznce is broken but I saw cars, tracks and other vehicles were driving in and out but when I asked for a parking, I heard the door entrance doesn’t work. No true. I’ve added all my husband details for communication but emails and instructions for entrance the room comes still to my email. Simply reception doesn’t follow the details in the booking. If no cleaner that was going around it was not going to be possible to enter the hotel in the hours that reception should be open. My husband said that a man can stay in this hotel but strongly advising that I’m not going to stay there if travelling alone. Many strange people around, in the middle of the night, ladies going around in different older looking for something (?) Unsettled people living there waiting for asylum. Short stay, fine Ladies would never feel comfortable in this hotel.

Heis fra resepsjon og opp til rommene. Stille. Matbutikker og MAX ca 10 min gange unna. Mulighet for parkering. Vennlig personale. Hotellet passer godt hvis du er på tur inn eller ut av Stockholm, Arlanda ligger ca 20 min unna med bil, 40 min med tog (togstasjon ca 15 min gange unna hotellet). Kofferter kan oppbevares i resepsjonen i dens bemannede tidspunkt. Noe forvirring med innsjekk og hvilke koder som må brukes for å låse seg inn her og der. Når man sjekker inn får man en nøkkel med en nøkkelring med koder for de ulike dørene. Både ytterdør (låst etter et visst tidspunkt) og dør til romkorridor har kodelås. Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help

Die Idee dieser Unterkunft ist gut! Auch die Einrichtung der Apartments ist gut und ideal für Selbstversorger ! Lediglich die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig - sehr dreckig und übermittelt ein sehr ungemütliches Gefühl! Die Rezeption ist gefühlte 2 Stunden am Tag besetzt und das zu Urzeiten zu denen man unterwegs ist…ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen war nicht möglich, meine Vorhänge waren stark verschmutzt zudem die Fernbedienung und weitere Dinge… man musste 2 mal um Reinigung bitten und dort wurde lediglich eins der verschmutzten Dinge entfernt.. wenn man offen dafür ist auch selber etwas zu reinigen geht es 😅 ich empfehle eigene Bettwäsche & Handtücher mit zu nehmen

Die Rezeption ist gefühlte 2 Stunden am Tag besetzt und das zu Urzeiten zu denen man unterwegs ist…ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen war nicht möglich, meine Vorhänge waren stark verschmutzt zudem die Fernbedienung und weitere Dinge… man musste 2 mal um Reinigung bitten und dort wurde lediglich eins der verschmutzten Dinge entfernt.. wenn man offen dafür ist auch selber etwas zu reinigen geht es 😅 ich empfehle eigene Bettwäsche & Handtücher mit zu nehmen

Extremely strange staff So I used to book this place 5-10 times a year With my last booking I got issue with checkin to room because they never sent any sms with code And that’s cool if you miss this, but the way they handled it was really weird This strange woman answered in like 30 minutes to my phone call and started to say that it’s my fault and I bother her with my call I can clearly see on my hotels account that i did left number to you, so no need to blame guests for your sloppy mistakes Won’t stay again

Smidigt att checka in och checka ut. Rummet jag fick var rent, men kändes smutsigt då hela rummet stank av rök. Allt jag hade med mig har jag sedan fått tvätta (väska, necessär etc.) för att lukten inte gått bort.

The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour. We are experienced backpackers & have travelled 100 countris over a 30 year period..

Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help

In the advertisement it says that there is available parking. It was important for me as I borrowed the car from a friend and wanted to park safe. It wasn’t the case, the entrance door to the parking was broken so wasn’t able to park as I hoped for. The apartment was really good, the only thing was disturbing are very bad pillows and dust flying in the air. I didn’t know the that area in Sollentuna, navigation didn’t show the location, it was industrial area.

In the advertisement states parking available, but it’s not the case. In reception they said the door etrznce is broken but I saw cars, tracks and other vehicles were driving in and out but when I asked for a parking, I heard the door entrance doesn’t work. No true. I’ve added all my husband details for communication but emails and instructions for entrance the room comes still to my email. Simply reception doesn’t follow the details in the booking. If no cleaner that was going around it was not going to be possible to enter the hotel in the hours that reception should be open. My husband said that a man can stay in this hotel but strongly advising that I’m not going to stay there if travelling alone. Many strange people around, in the middle of the night, ladies going around in different older looking for something (?) Unsettled people living there waiting for asylum. Short stay, fine Ladies would never feel comfortable in this hotel.

Die Idee dieser Unterkunft ist gut! Auch die Einrichtung der Apartments ist gut und ideal für Selbstversorger !
