Excellent resort. Friendly & helpful staff. Pool and Hot Tub perfectly clean. Our room was also perfectly clean. Half mile walk to the beach. They also run shuttles during primetime season. Not much more to think about this is a great place to enjoy Long Beach Island.

Zero pool management. Paying $800 for a night I’d expect a higher standard. I get it. Kids and a pool, it’s play time. Says no jumping and cannonball contest was annoying. No staff managing it. When they hit us the third time the ball was thrown at our sun chairs, they made me do the managers job and tell their parents to handle it. Shame. Really wanted the place to be better than that. Everything else was 10/10. Pool would never go back.

The ambience at Hotel LBI is first class. The staff are warm and very attentive. The food is very good and portions are large. The indoor pool is stunning and amazing. A shout out to Griffin for making my three small children and my stays always memorable.

I completely appreciate and understand that this is a family-friendly hotel but it was treated like a playground and water park. If you are expecting to enjoy the pool, hot tub, or any of the “common areas” you’ll likely be disappointed. They were packed with children running and shouting at all hours, including running around on the roof into late hours of the night which you can hear through ceiling / walls. After realizing I would not be able to use the pool or hot tub, I hit the gym and brought a towel from my room because there were no exercise mats. The floor was covered with dust, sand, dirt, and hair so the towel I brought in the room became very dirty after a 10 min workout with some floor work. There are wipes in the fitness area so and I understand those who use the space are expected to wipe down the

Beautiful hotel- with lots of amenities to take advantage for the summer! Loved the pool for the first day/evening and having the beach shop available for rentals to make a beach day nice and easy. There is a shuttle service to and from the beach as well. Have already started to plan our next stay here and will be bringing our kids with us the next time we go!

There was a lot of different color hair in the bathroom and on the bed sheets. The food service was very slow. The manager said it was because they usually only serve bar food in the lobby area, not meals. Well, then why were others getting meals. Poor excuse.

Hotel LBI is a nice hotel…classy nautical design throughout and staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. A few things that were not pleasing were the following:although convenient, the proximity to the very loud entrance way from the bridge took away from the “relaxing vibe,” the rooms seemed neglected (dents in refrigerator, holes in the floor, sand-stained shower, etc.), and the pool could have been cleaner.

Hotel was beautiful and clean overall. Only complaint was some sand on the floor in our room and very hard couch, nothing major. Bed was very comfortable and so nice to have kitchenette in room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great fitness room. All the construction going on around the hotel doesn’t make bike riding easy, but doable. Had a wonderful time and would return.

Property was very clean, smelled great in all the hallways as well. Room was immaculate, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding area as well as property. This hotel had the amenities and feel as a resort not just a hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will certainly be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at the LBI Hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The amenities are top rate. We very much appreciated the kitchenette, the pool and hot tub area, as well as the fitness center. The food was delicious, and we will definitely stay again!

The hotel and the rooms are nice but they need to get soundproof windows, the hotel is by the fork of the road getting off the bridge and you hear all the traffic at night , it’s difficult getting any sleep!!! Very noisy!!!!

It was a great break for me to stay at Hotel LBI. All of the staff were great. I loved that Ryan at the front desk conversed with me when I checked in and remembered my name when I checked out. My only issues were that I did find the bed to be extremely firm and uncomfortable. In addition, the pillows were all too soft and did not provide any support for my head and neck. A mix of pillows with different levels of support would be perfect.

Great facility. The one suggestion we have is they should have disclosed the fully obstructed view out the window. We understand there is nothing premium view expected but a completely obstructed view with a full placement of a furnace when you open the curtains is something that should be disclosed at check in.

Very nice and very clean rooms. The front desk staff were all very helpful. The only complaint I have is the views from most of the rooms are very limited and show mainly a busy street that is on both sides of the hotel. The rooms on the highest floor have some views but none were available during our stay.

Hotel LBI is wonderful: The rooms are so very spacious, full kitchen, lovely sitting space and perfectly clean. I am here for a Holiday event and the decorations are spectacular.

Beautiful property. It lost a star due to its bathroom, very poorly designed. It’s a half glass door that prevents one from turning on the shower without standing under it. Quite impractical if you’re turning on for your kid or just don’t want to get blasted with the cold water at first.

Ryan was a gem. I mentioned in the chat that I was hoping to get my room earlier to get ready for my cousins wedding. He said he could try for 2 and he moved things around and surprised me when I arrived at 1 with a room that was ready for hours at that point. I was able to get ready in perfect time for the wedding. We even talked about how my chat made him laugh because i had asked to speak to a live person because I work in a hotel and recognize the auto replies. I was worried I sounded rude but he thought it was great. Great room. Beautiful hotel and wedding.

Everything was top notch. Staff engagement was so wonderful. Front desk staff get A for helpfulness, kindness and overall engagement. Resturaunt staff was excellent and wonderful with my picky eater. Food was fine, but I wouldn't plan to eat at the living room unless it was for the ute convienience. Kids food was a meh, dry pasta, bland burger, overly chewy and sloppy kids pizza, --Didn't dive feel on adult side of menu other than Cocktail Shrip Shrimp Ok, a little tough and lack luster presentation. Fries were ok---a little too greasy. We ordered in to our room our second night and kids were super satisfied and able to head back out for activities full. Front desk excellent at ordering recommendations too! Front lobby store was great... Only wish they had regular milk. We had to go grab it for baby's bottle. I'd recommend they just carry a few small bottles for customer ease in a pinch at night.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous in every way, considering it was off-season, and so some amenities were not available. The staff went out of their way to make everything great for us! The only issue was beyond their control in that at 7:45 in the morning construction began right outside our window, and we could not enjoy the balcony at all for breakfast or coffee. It was so noisy that it was even hurt inside our room, which was otherwise very quiet. However, again, the staff was wonderful and the venue was absolutely beautiful.

Check in was at 4 PM. At 4:25 PM we were told our room was still not ready and did not know when it would be ready. We watched 15 people get room keys before us. We parked in the parking garage and a valet wasted 5 minutes of my time questioning if I was staying at the hotel. Very disappointed in this hotel.

While the weather was perfect and food in the area was great. There were so many micro aggressions experienced that it made it almost uncomfortable. On another note, at 7am and 9am, I got a call from another guest, downstairs, telling us to “keep it down” - we were sleeping, lol. Speaking with one of the front desk agents while inquiring about something and he literally just stopped talking and turned away to do something else. The man at the elevator was sooooo kind.

Amazing hotel. Only complaint is checkout at 11. We were pressured to leave with multiple visits from staff despite being only 30 mins late. Given check in is at 4, it was quite unnecessary.

Staff was extremely accomodating. We wanted a south facing room to see sunset over the bay and best room available as the bridal suite and staff upgraded us for no additional charge! Great hotel! Ryan and Julianna at front desk were awesome!!

This hotel is A1 excellent. The service was excellent. The only negative is the location. Yes they have a shuttle to and from the beach, runs every 10-15 minutes. The majority of restaurants and music is in Beach Haven 6.5 miles south.

Property is in better condition than other properties on LBI and seems they’ve been maintaining for a few years now. Exterior noise is reasonably good seeing that it’s right at the main bridge onto LBI. Kids running down the hallway and overhead a bit more intrusive. Happy to have a solid hotel in such a highly seasonal location and that they seem to be maintaining it to a higher standard than other properties on the island.

Parking was valet only, quick and easy. Rooms very clean and staff was wonderful. Only down side was balcony overlooked the highway and was very noisy. Breakfast was not served until 11, just grab and go muffins and yogurt before then.

Too much road work being done around hotel, needs to be addressed somehow when booking. Nice hotel good location if you are just staying at hotel. Very very difficult to walk to beach which is only 2 blocks away. Probably will be better in a few years. Not worth the expense.

Very nice hotel, we’ve wanted to stay for awhile. The price reflects the location right as you enter LBI. Hotel is terrific but other hotels at this price range elsewhere are more scenic, dining options are better, room amenities better.

We loved Hotel LBI. It was beautiful, clean and the room was huge. The staff was super friendly as well. The only downside was that the location was not close to walkable restaurants. We had to drive to most places except Ron Jon which was very close. The surrounding roads were busy and valet parking was the only option. When we went anywhere we needed to get our car from the valet service. The wait was very minimal and the valet staff was excellent. The restaurant Salt was only ok, very very slow service and overpriced. Overall, 5 star hotel but if you like to walk to go out and be where the action is, better to stay in beach haven

A really nice property - expensive for sure - BUT the location is absolutely horrible. Right at the base of the one causeway to enter/exit the island, the area is very high traffic, and more importantly, nowhere near walking distance to the ocean and quite a ways from the bay side.

The area around the property was undergoing heavy construction, which is not the fault of the property, but still something worth noting. The hotel is beautiful, and my room was one of the largest hotel rooms I have occupied. The pool area and the bar are fantastic, and while I did not eat dinner at the restaurant, I heard nothing but good things from other guests. The biggest disappointment was that the hotel does not offer breakfast during winter months, which was not indicated on any property amenity list, or other posting of property specific information, neither was it mentioned at check in. The hotel did offer me the chance to purchase a four dollar granola bar for breakfast, which was something I passed up. The staff at check-in was warm and welcoming, whereas at checkout, slightly less so. Perhaps they were sad to see me go! Wonderful, bright, and warm property, despite the dark and damp cold of winter in a resort community.

It was out first time at Hotel LBI. Check in was a breeze. The pool was great, since it was extremely cold outside, we really enjoyed the pool. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Specially the carrot cake!!!

Beautiful property with great dining options. Though the menu is similar at 2 of the restaurants , each restaurant has its own uniqueness. The rooftop was our favorite with a great sunset view. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful to ensure we had a good stay. Definitely recommend and would love to return!
