We had an interesting stay. Some great points, some not so much. The room had very nice layout/ furnishings and the pool was great!! Parking was convenient. Our first room had an unusually noisy AC unit and management was quick to move us to an upgraded room. Our next room showed more wear and tear. Cords hanging down from the TV, sofa was ripped on cushion, corner of shower outside was black in the corner eww. Granted we were there at end of season but there is no reason for the hotel to look over used. Oh, and there were crumbs in front of our new room (potato chips and cheese it’s maybe?) I pointed out to whoever moved us and it stayed that way for two days. Are they understaffed?? Finally and most importantly, security concerned me. Anyone could drive into the parking lot and enter the lobby. No security and doors to garage did not need a room card to enter YET the pool entrance does require a room key? Please correct this!! LBI Hotel looks like and charges like 4 ⭐️ but I was disappointed.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! 🤩 The suite was HUGE—honestly, it felt more like a beautiful mini apartment, complete with a full kitchen and everything you could possibly need. The hotel itself was fantastic, and the pool was amazing! 🏖️☀️ Plus, the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’m already counting down until we can come back next year! ❤️🌴✨ Highly recommend this hotel!

All I was looking for at the Hotel LBI was a bed to sleep in for the night and a shower in the morning before leaving. I checked in at 4PM (Room 182) and immediately left the hotel to attend a function at another location. I returned at 1 AM, went to bed and got up at 9AM in the morning to take my shower before leaving. Alas, no shower!! I turned on the water in the tub and adjusted it for the right temperature. I then turned the handle to divert the water to the shower head. Nothing!! Water was never diverted to the shower head!! I tried a number of times to no avail! Needless to say, for the amount of money I paid for that room, I am not a happy camper! When checking out they said why didn't I call and we could have sent someone from maintenance. Like I'm supposd to sit and wait around in a bath towel and wait for God knows how long for someone to come and then (possibly) fix the problem! Hopefully the checkout staff reported the problem so that the next occupant(s) were not faced with the same issue! In fact, was the problem reported by the resident prior to my visit?
