Centraal gelegen , goed parkeren tegen redelijke kosten

The only moan I have is with the expensive parking for the night , a hotel to that quality could at least make it cheaper or wave it off to their customers. Apart from that it is an absolute great hotel ,great breakfast , great service .

Albergo bello e abbastanza comodo per il centro storico. Purtroppo la camera era priva di armadio (solo uno spazio di 20cm con qualche stampella) e di ripiani sufficientemente ampi dove appoggiare le proprie cose. La colazione era varia ed abbondante. Il parcheggio è un parcheggio pubblico sotto l'albergo dove si ha uno sconto.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was in the building. Only 15 euros for the day even overnight (tell the staff you are parking) when you check out. Breakfast was great, paid 75 euros for same breakfast the day before at different hotel where here it was free.

Alles sauber, komfortabel, Parkhaus Tiefgarage ist nebenan mit direktem Hotelzugang, Sicherheit: Zugang nur mit Key-Card. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Parkhaus ist gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr gutes Hotel, großes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, Personal freundlich. Tiefgarage kostenpflichtig mit 15 Euro pro 24h

I didn't like the way they handled the parking ticket. Handed them my parking ticket at arrival-they had a discounted rate in the garage. instead of giving me back a ticket validated for the entire parking fee, I found out upon exit that I needed to pay at the machine. That was a cumbersome process and delayed my departure--very inconvenient! won't use them again.

We visited this hotel while attending the Christmas Market in the old town.The old town was an easy 15 minute walk away.The area was quiet.Parking in the under ground was safe and convenient.The rooms were spacious clean and modern.The breakfast was a nice touch and a great start to the day. Perfect location for exploring the wonderful town of Regensburg

The property is well placed between the main railway station and the Old Town. The free breakfast was really good. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It took a long time to check in. The rooms/carpet were dirty...

Vi havde hund med og det værelse vi fik (de fortalte der var særlige værelser når man havde hund med) har mange pletter på gulvet, gardinerne var plettet, vinduerne var beskidte. Bare fordi vi har hund med, så forstiller vi os ikke at vi skal have et mere “beskidt” værelse. Vi håbede på samme standard som de andre gæster. Vores hund lavede ikke pletter nogen steder eller gjorde værelset mere beskidt

Leuchtmittel defekt, leichter Schimmel im Duschberreich, Fenster von innen mit ungereinigt, Fettfinger etc.

Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Frühstück war super und sehr vielseitig.

Sehr zentral, die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe und es war im großen und ganzen sauber. Was mich persönlich sehr gestört hat war der Umstand, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Des Weiteren war die Duschwand nicht vollständig schließbar. Das Wasser hat sich dadurch schnell im ganzen Bad verteilt. Am nervigsten waren die viel zu weichen Matratzen. Leider waren die Mitarbeiter sowohl beim Check Inn, als auch bei Fragen wenig motiviert. Man musste alles erfragen zb die Parkplätze. Hätte ich nicht noch einmal explizit nachgefragt, hätten wir wesentlich mehr bezahlt. Das Frühstück ist ok. Die Auswahl war jedoch gefühlt weniger, als vor einem Jahr. Die Tische wurden jedoch zügig abgeräumt und es wurde immer nachgefüllt.

The hotel was as expected of a Holiday Inn - large, clean & check-in was fast & efficient. Staff pleasant. We booked a room for 3 friends travelling together & were allocated a room that wasn't very big. It had a king bed & a sofa bed, which made the room cramped & meant two of us shared a bed. But as it was only 1 night we managed. Breakfast included in the price was great value, fresh with lots of variety. Only 15 mins easy walk from the HBF.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und zwei 14-jährige Teenager gebucht. Das Bett, in dem beide schlafen sollten war 113cm breit (was nirgends ersichtlich war. Eine absolute Zumutung. Wobei wir bei letzten Mal das gleiche Arrangement gebucht hatten und ein größeres Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Betten bekommen haben. Zum Glück hat der Chef unsere Situation eingesehen und uns zwei Doppelzimmer gegeben. Es war ja auch nicht gerade günstig. Es wäre total wichtig für Familien zu sehen was man bekommt. Wir sind vom gleichen Zimmer wie beim letzten Mal ausgegangen. Aber ein 113cm Bett sind definitiv nicht 2 Schlafplätze, nicht einmal für kleinere Kinder! Danke ans Hotel!

Für ein bis zwei Tage ok aber ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr klein es gab keine Abstellmöglichkeiten

Fint hotell med bra läge. Lite tråkig service och trångt vid frukosten men fint utbud. Perfekt läge för att utforska staden. Familjerummets säng för två barn var lite för liten

It's a great location, close to Altstadt. There was a confusion at reception as they weren't sure if the room was ready (at 3 PM?!). Plus the hairdryer didn't work but I was offered a portable one for a small deposit. Room was huge and very bright! Excellent bathroom and enough towels and toiletries. Breakfast is ok but gets busy at 8

I loved the fact that there were many plugs, including USB ports on both sides of the bed. This is hugely important to me. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put hooks by the entrance of the room for hanging up jackets.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Regensburg. Das Hotel wirbt überall im Eingangsbereich, im Frühstücksraum etc. mit Sauberkeit. Leider haben wir das Gegenteil erlebt. Als wir nach 0 Uhr an das Hotel kamen urinierte eine Person gerade gegen den Eingangsbreich. Die Hoteltür ist nicht verschlossen abends/nachts und da die Rezeption im ersten Stock ist gingen die jungen Männer in das Hotel und fuhren zur Rezeption und wurden von dort wieder rausgeschickt. Beim Frühstück ist mir der Appetit vergangen , da eine Dame vom Frühstücksservice mit einem Lappen erst über den Tisch gewischt hat, dann intensiv über Sitzpolster geschrubbt hat und mit diesem danach munter wieder über Tische wischt und mit dem gleichen Lappen auch wieder über weitere Sitzpolster wischt. Zwar trägt das Personal im Frühstücksbereich Handschuhe (was ich beim abräumen nachvollziehen kann) allerdings wird einfach alles angefasst.....schmutziges Geschirr, die Kaffemaschine, mit der Hand über Ablagen gefahren etc. Zwar bleiben so die Hände der Mitarbeiter sauber aber es wird eben einfach alles an Dreck, Viren, Bakterien usw überall verteilt ein hygieniesches Arbeiten im Lebensmittelbereich ist das nicht. Die Punkte habe ich bei der Abreise an der Rezeption auch angesprochen und es wurde freundlich zur Kenntnis genommen. Das Zimmer war Zweckmäßig, da gerade ein Problem besteht und der Föhn im Bad nicht geht, kann man an der Rezeption, gegen Pfand einen Föhn leihen

Geräumiges Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht, nur ein Kühlschrank wäre schön gewesen. Überwiegend sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen (herzlichen Dank an Frau Wagner und Frau Wörner :)). Leider war die Mitarbeiterin, die am zweiten Tag das Frühstück betreute, unfreundlich und sperrte den Frühstücksbereich um 10:45 Uhr, obwohl das Frühstück laut Internetseite bis 11 Uhr ging. Nicht einmal Kaffee stand noch zur Verfügung.

Leider hat die Dame an der Rezeption zuest nicht geglaubt das alles bezahlt ist , nachher nochmals 2 mal an die Rezeption müssen um es rückgängig zu machen !!! Föhn im Badezimmer in allen Zimmer defekt, 20 Euro Depot und wieder an die Rezeption!!

Das Hotel sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück top. Es gab sogar Rührei. Das Hotel würde ich wieder auswählen. Preisleistung auch top.

gutes gemuetliches hotel, stosszeit beim fruehstueck fuehrt zu vielen leeren stellen im buffet, schade, da fruehstueck sonst echt gut und vielfawltig war
