The elevator stalled both the two days we were there. The facility needs to be upgraded, rugs, air conditioners and elevators. There was no fresh fruit that other hotels offer. That being said the staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed our overnight stay, it was staffed with pleasant persons that went out of their way to help us. The building, rooms, and facilities were nearly new, comfortable and very clean. We liked the location, which was 5 minutes to the beach, & near the highway, which made it easy for our family coming from several directions, to meet us. I highly recommend this hotel, we hope to be back again!

Rooms do not have enough outlets to charge all items. Glad I brought an extension cord and extra plug jack. Also there is no safe in the rooms. Hotel very clean and staff very courteous and helpful.

Really liked the property and the layout of everything. Our television wasn't working properly, but the staff was helpful navigating the issue. The check-in and out was extremely easy. There was a regular outlet to plug in our electric car, but there wasn't an actual fast charger plug-in on site. My suggestion, is that would be a really nice addition to the hotel, especially as more and more people drive electric, to add several fast chargers in the parking lot.

I have a service dog named Tori and have to say Linden greeted us with respect and compassion asking the two right questions for service dogs, he accommodated us accordingly. The Fairfield was worth the stay beautifully kept hotel and staff. The pool and morning breakfast was awesome. Will definitely book here again

We overall enjoyed our stay. The front desk were really nice and professional. The breakfast was good with lots of different options and plenty of space to sit in their dining area and lobby. The hotel overall was clean but one thing I noticed in our hotel room that upset me was noticing the couch was not cleaned. There was a random white eyelash and crumbs, it grossed me out. If there were more garbage bags in the bins that would of been helpful and a few more extra towels to begin with. The parking was a little bit of a headache to get to the beach because parking is for residents only and the public lot gets full fast. So prepare to drive around a bit to find parking near by but was a short drive to the narragenset beach!

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Kingstown is a real gem. It’s right on the highway (so it’s very convenient) but it was quiet. It’s only a few minutes away from multiple lovely beaches in South Kingstown and Narragansett and lots of restaurants. Everything in the hotel itself was in good condition. All the staff we encountered, especially those in the breakfast area, were very helpful, asking if they could help us find anything. The breakfast was also very good. There were always hot choices - including mini quiches or breakfast sandwiches - along with lots of fresh fruit and high-quality Greek yogurt. We hope to be back!

The property was very convenient, close to everything. The location of the hotel was great, Newport was 25 minutes away, and the Scarbough Beach was 9 minutes ago. The Front Desk Receptionist was very welcoming, professional and friendly.

I was so impressed with my stay at this Fairfield Inn! Everything felt fresh and updated, from the spacious bathroom to the incredibly comfortable beds. I travel frequently for my daughter’s soccer team and often stay in less-than-stellar hotels, so it was a breath of fresh air to finally stay somewhere so lovely. The entire hotel was spotless and smelled great, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Even the continental breakfast was delicious – something I usually skip because it’s often underwhelming. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!
