It definitely is an older facility but well kept. Our bathroom had the new style taller toilet which is a plus. One bad thing and not in the description is there is no elevator in building to get to second floor.

The Hotel smells old since you enter. The front desk people were not friendly, looked angry. The bedroom had strong smell of cigar, we informed the employee in front desk, and he just sprayed something, and said it was not smelling. The pool was not working. I will never return to this hotel. it looked nice in the website.

Refrigerator did not work well. We lost all the food we had brought with us because the refrigerator was working properly.No ice vending machines. Food and other vending machines was out of date. Beds were hard. The front desk lady kept going outside and smoking right in front of the main entrance and the smoke would linger into the hallways and the eating areas. The building was somewhat rundown.

this is a bargain basement hotel, this is not a place for extended stays(one night maximum) and even though they have a pool i would not bring my family here. this hotel and the one behind it(i can't remember the name) seem to attract suspicious looking people, and someone at the hotel purposefully propped the back security door open.I noticed this at nite and the next morning(somebody actually put electrical tape over the door latch so you wouldn't need you key card to get in) about the only bright side securitywise was the fact the parking lot for guests was very well lit, and we were on a busy street so i felt my car was going to be ok the next morning(and it was) this place could also use some updating(although the breakfast area is fairly nice) I did manage to get a could nights sleep, even though there was a funky smell when i first walked into my room(some Lysol and turning on the A/C helped. If i ever need a hotel in this area i would look elsewhere, being cheap is about the only thing this place has going for it.

Upon check-in, the lady was nice and did answer my questions. The process did take longer than normal. Get into the room and the following things were not up to par: light beside the bed didn't work, the desk was dirty with previous occupants food/goop, the cabinet the TV sits on was worse with gross things all over the top and the lotion in the restroom was empty. The dish for holding soap by the sink was covered in soap, definitely not cleaned from before. No water pressure and the water in the shower never got warm. The bed was hard but clean. There were things (fabric) coming out from under the chair. This was a place to stay in a pinch but I won't be back. I have stayed at many Quality Inns and I have never had a complaint/concerned like this one. I travel all summer long and now I will.be very careful to really look at reviews before making my choice.

Room was dirty, stains on the comforter, horrible dank smell in room and bathroom. Drawers unusable due to mildew smell. Extremely run down. Unsafe, back door to hall was open, didn’t even feel like there was a latch anymore. Anyone could walk right in. Handle to room was hanging and could probably be opened without key if you tried. Would never stay here again and likely will never stay at any of their other locations. First and last time at a “quality” inn.

We just checked in, and our room has black mold all over the ceiling! This and the drains don't work on the shower or the sink. The chair in the room is totally beat up. Makes you wonder about all the furniture. For the price, this is a very bad experience.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. I found this hotel online and from the pictures it looked decent. Not at all what I was expecting. Room smelled like old musky mildew and smoke. Bathroom had hair in the sink and bathtub. Toilet wouldn’t flush. For $130 I was expecting a better situation. Broken glass on doors. House keepers couldn’t speak English so I couldn’t ask for things I needed. Indoor pool was closed and that was one of the reasons I booked there. Really dampened our weekend.

So much to say. First, was denied check in until I paid in full with my own credit card even though I had prepaid through this app. Refused to look at my receipt or talk to a hotels.com agent. After three hours and a call to the franchise owner she checked us in, saying she hadn’t seen in the screen that the hotels.com credit card was saved as the payment method. I saw that this had happened to others in previous reviews, so it is not ignorance on their part, it is a scam to get double payment from third party bookings. There was also a baby cockroach on the credit card reader at the front desk. The room was filthy Waugh debris in the tub, rust, water damage, unidentifiable stains and damage in the bathroom as well as blood and coffee stains on the bedding. The breakfast was all packaged convenience store pastries. Then the safety lock on the room door popped itself into lock mode when I left to get breakfast and I was locked out of my room. Just an awful, awful experience.

Exterior at entrance was bad enough that I initially thought the place was closed. Check in was smooth. Room was fairly clean with a desk chair that looked like a garage sale throw away. Plenty of hair (not mine) in the shower and the shower ran out of hot water during a normal length shower.

the room was super as far as comfort and cleanliness. no issues. lots of working personnel staying. short on management personnel as 1 manager was all I saw and he was swamped trying to wash the previous nights linens and towesl (he said) which was his answer to why there was no Hot water for a shower from 4:00pm-about 9:30pm. so I had a Luke warm shower. that's unacceptable.

The hotel was fine, however it wasnt great. We had zero water pressure or hot water in the shower, our bed frame was broken, and we found a bra and some sort of bottle that was there from the last customer. They were in the corner, behind the chair, but i would expect for staff to be checking things like this. The fridge didnt work, either.

Very little water pressure in the bathroom sink and the hot water didnt work in the shower. It took me 30 mintues to figure out how to get the TV to work. Air Conditioner didnt work very well and it was obvious that they knew it didn't because there was an old box fan in the room. I was told that we would be comped for our troubles, but nothing was offered. I have never seen hotel employees look so trashy. Dirty white tee shirts, cut off sleeves and dirty shorts. I have stayed at many Quality Inns over the years, but i will not stay at another one.

The staff was very rude. I had one good experience with staff my whole stay. Get your coffee early cause if not they don’t re fill apparently. The rooms were nice and clean. The facility was clean. There were people hanging around in the parking lot making it feel unsafe to bring in our things and try and ease my mind that my car was safe.

It took 45 minutes to check in because they did not recognize Expedia payments even though I could show them I was paid. They gave me a single when I paid for a double and then told me they didn’t have any doubles. Online showed they still had them. The room itself stank and someone had used the bathroom prior to use using the room. A soap was opened, hand towel used, etc. There was mold in the shower and on the last night we found a cockroach. There was a horrible leak in the hallway right by the office are and eating lounge. The desk staff was extremely unprofessional. For a “executive” site i would certainly expect more. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and the milk sour. My family of three all had to share the king size bed. None of us got any sleep. It completely ruined our weekend. I dreaded having to return to the hotel. I rarely make complaints but this stay was one of the worst in my 30 years of traveling. I was in town for a event and there were no other options. This unit should condemned.

Paid cash, credit card was still billed, 3 different charges for more than double what our room cost. Talked to staff several times and they couldn’t get it right. Finally came and said they were “across the street at the gas station.” Chair in room was so dirty we didn’t even want to sit in it. Got a blanket and covered it up. So much to say. First, was denied check in until I paid in full with my own credit card even though I had prepaid through this app. Refused to look at my receipt or talk to a hotels.com agent. After three hours and a call to the franchise owner she checked us in, saying she hadn’t seen in the screen that the hotels.com credit card was saved as the payment method. I saw that this had happened to others in previous reviews, so it is not ignorance on their part, it is a scam to get double payment from third party bookings. There was also a baby cockroach on the credit card reader at the front desk. The room was filthy Waugh debris in the tub, rust, water damage, unidentifiable stains and damage in the bathroom as well as blood and coffee stains on the bedding. The breakfast was all packaged convenience store pastries. Then the safety lock on the room door popped itself into lock mode when I left to get breakfast and I was locked out of my room. Just an awful, awful experience.

The hotel was decent overall. The staff was very friendly. The hot water didn’t really work. I told the front desk and they said let it run for 15-20 minutes due to “renovations”. After 20 minutes, the water was warm enough to shower, but definitely not hot. The breakfast included a waffle maker, oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels. I was hoping for a little more. Luckily, the hotel shared a parking lot with Waffle House. The pool was pretty small, but I did like that it was saltwater.

The hotel is easily accessible from I 65. There is a Waffle House next door, if you want bigger breakfast. It is a bit inconvenient that the parking and reception are on opposite sides of the building.

Well it was a decent place and nice location. Right off of I65, plenty of gas stations, few restaurants etc. service was decent , no complaints. I hear the breakfast is pretty decent but we over slept for that. My only complaints are overall cleanliness if the room, and i did kill one roach. There was a damp maybe mildew odor to the room as well. Other than that not bad of a place

this is a bargain basement hotel, this is not a place for extended stays(one night maximum) and even though they have a pool i would not bring my family here. this hotel and the one behind it(i can't remember the name) seem to attract suspicious looking people, and someone at the hotel purposefully propped the back security door open.I noticed this at nite and the next morning(somebody actually put electrical tape over the door latch so you wouldn't need you key card to get in) about the only bright side securitywise was the fact the parking lot for guests was very well lit, and we were on a busy street so i felt my car was going to be ok the next morning(and it was) this place could also use some updating(although the breakfast area is fairly nice) I did manage to get a could nights sleep, even though there was a funky smell when i first walked into my room(some Lysol and turning on the A/C helped. If i ever need a hotel in this area i would look elsewhere, being cheap is about the only thing this place has going for it.

After our toilet plumbing failed management offert another room to move to about 10pm. The next morning the dsyshift staff was not aware of the problem or the offer to move to another room. Finaly, the one room offert to us was a smoker room!!! This place is substandard! Quality Inn lost with us two loyal customers for 25 years.

The dumpster looked cleaner than the hotel and grounds. Homeless living in parking lot, filthy, old, run down, room stunk like mildew and mold. Broken glass in picture in room, window glass so dirty couldnt see out, entrance doors wide open and filthy. The front of hotel couldnt of been anymore disgusting,pool closed,trash all over, 4 police in lot when we pulled in because of vagrants who didnt want to leave. Two people "methin" around by the dumpster doing tweaky dance Just shut the place down. Should be reported to the health department which I will be doing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Absolutely disgusting beyond words. I sure hope no one that stays there eats the "free breakfast"
