Also - there is a fantastic roof top restaurant and bar, and the food there was great. Second floor lounge was also quite nice. Could use a little more selection of spirits in the bars given it is a Marriott, and the rooms need more than one coffee pod. But 5/5 for the rest!

Uns 3 meses antes de ir, escrevi para o hotel, dizendo que já tinha a reserva para 5 dias, que seria meu aniversário, e que durante a estadia gostaria de fazer um passeio para conhecer as linhas de Nazca. Não recebi resposta. Ao chegar no hotel, ignoraram meu aniversário, fiquei bem desapontada, visto que no Check in ainda comentei. Acho muito simpático o hotel enviar um cartão ou um bombom, ao menos, mas não tomaram conhecimento. Relação muito fria com o hóspede. Não tem piscina e não tem spa, a academia é "simbólica". Deve ser considerado 4 estrelas. Reservei o quarto de luxe, mas ele é exatamente igual ao quarto standard, só que fica num andar mais alto. A decoração do quarto é bonita, mas é fria, nada aconchegante. A luz do banheiro é muito ruim para se maquiar. No momento do Check in, a recepcionista nos informou errado a taxa de cambio que o hotel fazia! A localização do hotel é a melhor parte, é excelente, do outro lado da rua do shopping Larcomar e a poucos metros da rua principal de Miraflores, a Jose Larco.

This property does not include pool or recreational areas. The food from our New Year’s Eve Celebration from Insumo, seemed like it was premade in advance, not great. From all the food we ate in Lima, the food from Insumo was the least delicious.

Our stay at AC Hotel Miraflores was exceptional.We spent 6 days and 5 nights and truly cannot recommend it highly enough. Our rooms were modern,clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the Malecón and the Pacific ocean. The staff was wonderful especially Gabriela was served us at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was exceptional-high quality and with a wide range of delicious options including gluten free. We will definitely choose it again when we return to Lima. Truly best of the best!!

Loved the area & esthetics of the hotel & room, very modern & large. We had one with a great view of the ocean. The staff were friendly & accommodating. Of all the cities we visited in Peru, Lima had the chilliest winter due to heavy cloud cover. When we entered the room it was blowing the coldest air, engineering came & after a few tries got it to blow warm air, same with the Marriott in Cusco, took forever to warm up. Apparently it’s all controlled by a computer. It eventually warmed up the first night, then the next evening, same thing. Engineering & two members from the management team came up & all agreed that something is wrong with the system. They offered us a change of room on a different floor with the same view & a free dinner on them, which we accepted. These AC/heating issues has nothing to do with the staff, it’s a Marriott engineering decision when these hotels were either being built or renovated like the one in Cusco.

We had an Amazing stay at the AC Hotel in Miraflores… Rooms are beautiful and beds and bedding are the highest quality! Ocean front view was wonderful to watch the surfers in the morning and people out running /walking along the promenade overlooking the ocean. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with delicious coffee, cold brew to go and fresh array of freshly squeezed juices and the lemon juice shots were a great way to balance out you body to start the day! Certainly the best place to stay visiting Lima in the Miraflores area!!!

Very nice hotel located on the boardwalk! The room was spacious and had large windows facing the ocean! We really liked the restaurant on top of the building/ great menu and opened very late! We really appreciated the upgrade! Definitely will be back!

Good location by the water in Miraflores. Restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable beds and good size rooms. No chest of drawers for clothes. Just some shelves in a dópeles closet/. It’s a 4 out of 5 hotel.

Loved it. Clean, modern, great amenities and superb location. Staff was friendly and multilingual. The hotel is across the road from a large mall that has Starbucks, KFC, loads of other food stores, clothes, home goods and lots more.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. However, all of the dining staff was a little rude and pretentious. One of our servers tried to offer us a different, more expensive, worse wine and got a bit of an attitude when we didn’t take it. He was condescending the rest of the meal. Everything else was fine.

The highlight of my trip was the staff, they were extremely nice and helpful and they were able to help work my necessities as I need an early check in and a late check out. Breakfast is also very good. Wil 100% go back

I don't really like to write reviews. But felt compelled as to how attentive an flexible the hotel staff is. They bend over backwards for the guest. This is the second time we stay at this property. We liked the cleanliness, location, but we come back because of the staff. They really want you to have a pleasant stay and want you to be a repeat customer.

We can't say enough about the AC Miraflores. Not only it is an exceptional hotel but staff went above and beyond when my husband and I got sick. They made arrangements to take us to the Urgent Care and Lenny went with us to help us with translations etc. Lenny was incredible and we would not have made it to Machu Pichu without his assistance. He was a real blessing to us, even following up with us the next day. Please let Lenny know the Sanders did make it to Machu Pichu and thanks to his kind heart and assistance it was the lifetime experience we were hoping for. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! The hotel even made us chicken soup and brought to our room. The hotel really is wonderfu and the location is perfect. A lot within walking distance and is a very safe location. I felt safe walking by myself as a woman at night in search of medicine. Thank you AC Miraflores for helping to salvage our trip and make our stay a memorable one. Hope to see you again one day. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. All of the staff memebers were always smiling and pleasant to speak with. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good. There was a big variety of foods to choose from, both hot and cold. All of the food was very fresh and always well stocked. All of the areas were kept very neat and clean, and even had little signs next to each type of food with its name on it. And again, the staff there was very pleasant and helpful. I ate by myself a few days, but I never felt like I was alone because the staff members made it a point to check on me several times during my meal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lima, Peru. It made my stay a very pleasant one.

AC Hotel was conveniently located, clean and safe. Plenty of security. The staff was helpful and courteous. In fact, to my horror, less than half an hour before my son’s wedding, I realized that my tuxedo shirt required studs which I had left at home. I rushed to the front desk and asked if they had safety bins. My son texted and said that he was already at the church. The hotel front desk called a woman who within minutes came and sewed four buttons onto my tuxedo shirt. What a heroine!! This service was offered for free, although I gave the heroin a tip. My wife, daughter and I rushed to the church and made it, just Is the processions began. I thank the AC Hotel for an incredible experience and would recommend it to anyone!

Great hotel and great location. Room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. AC worked flawlessly. Great modern feel to the room. Also - there is a fantastic roof top restaurant and bar, and the food there was great. Second floor lounge was also quite nice. Could use a little more selection of spirits in the bars given it is a Marriott, and the rooms need more than one coffee pod. But 5/5 for the rest!

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean and beautiful, particularly the ocean views at all times. The breakfasts on the 2nd floor were AMAZING! So many selections and very delicious. 18th floor eating was also delicious, especially the drinks. Top notch!
