We had a warm greeting upon arrival and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean. Quiet place to come “home” after walking around during the day. The breakfast was great. Snacks were left for guests to enjoy at night too. Location was convenient to the bridge and many restaurants and bars nearby.

Excellent stay. Very welcoming and professional. We stayed in the deluxe Pinnochio room and it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is truly impeccable and it’s in a convenient neighborhood!

We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. All staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful and did their utmost to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel has lots of character and is well placed to see ‘tourist’ sites but also to escape the crowds. We would definitely return if revisiting Florence in the future or try one of their sister hotels.

This beautiful hotel is one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in! We had the room upstairs and it was so gorgeous and comfortable. David was so welcoming and kind. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was also right in the city center, easy to walk to historic sites and great local cafes and bars. We hope to stay here again one day!

I spent 5 nights at this hotel in July, and I absolutely loved my stay here. Very convenient location. The hotel itself is amazing!! The bed is firm, the room is spacious, the staff is helpful and friendly. Their breakfast options are wonderful- choices of fresh croissants, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc - just fantastic! I hope to have a chance to return to Florence and stay here again.

This is a beautiful historic B&B. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfasts were excellent, and they had tea, fruit, and cake available all day for snacking. We came during the slow season, so they upgraded our rooms. We loved the bathtubs, and the beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely come back next time we visit.

parfaite localisation, calme la nuit. Beaucoup trop bruyant le matin pdt la préparation du petit déjeuner pour les chambes qui se trouvent à l'étage et proches de la salle du petit dejeuner. vraiment dommage car sinon perfection absolue. rare de trouver si joli et calme, bien situé à Florence.

Oltrarno Splendid is the perfect location for your Florence visit. Walking distance close to all attractions, restaurants and bars. You can count also with Alberto and his staff to take care of your needs during your stay. He is a kind person and really makes you feel at home and safe. Breakfast was included and don't miss it, try the vegan croissants that do not taste vegan at all. Each room is unique in design so make sure to ask before you book if you desire a specific room from the pictures. I want to mention and thank Alberto for his friendly attentions and for making our Florence visit a memorable one.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel in July, and I absolutely loved my stay here. Very convenient location. The hotel itself is amazing!! The bed is firm, the room is spacious, the staff is helpful and friendly. Their breakfast options are wonderful- choices of fresh croissants, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc - just fantastic! I hope to have a chance to return to Florence and stay here again.

I was bowled over by this beautiful modern hotel, part of a typical Florence building. Full of character the hotel is situated within walking distance of the major sites. The availability of refreshments throughout the day was a definite plus after spending the day touring

This is a beautiful historic B&B. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfasts were excellent, and they had tea, fruit, and cake available all day for snacking. We came during the slow season, so they upgraded our rooms. We loved the bathtubs, and the beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely come back next time we visit.

Was a great stay. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff who were friendly and super helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

parfaite localisation, calme la nuit. Beaucoup trop bruyant le matin pdt la préparation du petit déjeuner pour les chambes qui se trouvent à l'étage et proches de la salle du petit dejeuner. vraiment dommage car sinon perfection absolue. rare de trouver si joli et calme, bien situé à Florence.

I had a wonderful stay at Oltrarno Splendid and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. From the moment I arrived, Davide at the front desk made me feel so welcome. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to offer recommendations or answer questions. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning I looked forward to breakfast and a cappuccino from the onsite café—it was such a lovely way to start the day. The location is another huge highlight. It’s in a fantastic part of Florence, within easy walking distance of all the major sights, while still feeling a little quieter and more local than some of the busier tourist areas. Everything about my experience exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

I can't say enough great things about Oltrarno Splendid. It was right in the most perfect location to walk to all things in Florence and the styling, quaint vibe and amazing staff was just top notch. It's more of a bed and breakfast type place and is in a very safe building. A highlight for me was the amazing breakfast available every morning. It was the perfect way to start my day with an oat milk cappuccino and a perfect selection of pastries, eggs, meat juice and more. They had a staff member who ran the food every morning and each person was always a delight. Definitely saved me money as well. the check in staff were amazing and always there when you needed them. You have to check out the restaurant and street wine bars just a few steps away at Il Santo Bevitore - I went multiple times and was a fun lovely area and the staff were the best - just grab a glass of wine and walk down the street with it. And another highlight was the eclectic door, every detail was well thought out and it was just so lovely everywhere. I will definitely be coming back!
