It was a very nice hotel. It had two gas crills outside to grill out. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit and relax. It had across the way on the other side a bunch of coaches and a fire.place. It had.a nice swimming pool inside. I really enjoyed there free breakfast.

At check in we were told Hilton had cancelled our Expedia reservation. The manager had no explanation. Just that the rooms that had been reserved with an Expedia confirmation were cancelled. Pool was also out of order so we went elsewhere.

Clean, easily accessible, plenty of amenities, nice workout facility and pool, great outdoor sitting space with a grill, fire pit and lots of comfy seating. Breakfast bar was very good and extensive, one of the best continental breakfast bars we have seen.

My favorite hotel in Madison for events at the Alliant Energy Center. Feels New still, very clean, nice spacious rooms. Really generous complimentary breakfast, great hotel gym (with a Peloton). Starbucks and a really good BBQ restaurant right on-site. Highly recommended!

Restaurant and a starbucks walking distance from the hotel, staff was super sweet and friendly, parking is so convenient and lots of space. Had a pool, workout room, and breakfast options in the morning. Beds were very comfortable and slept like a baby

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean. I am a germaphobe and felt very comfortable with the level of cleanliness at this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again for future trips to Madison!

Lovely hotel. Friends enjoyed rooms. Prompt new light bulb for my lamp. But it still kept going out. Sink stopper wouldn’t come up. Other than that. It was a great accommodation

The shower gel was empty and was not filled until late afternoon . The fitness center equipment did not function as well as aspected. Great breakfast, very nice room and a very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay at this nice Property when we visit Madison.

First time at a Home2 Suites and we loved it. Super nice, clean. Good central location. Seemed like there was good insulation, we didn't ever hear noise from the hall or from our neighbors. Rooms are nicely appointed with cups, plates, and utensils.

As a family 6 it was a challenge to find a place big enough to keep us all in one room. Home2suites was a perfect fit! The room was comfortable and spacious. It was probably the best hotel bed that I have ever slept on! We loved that there was the option to keep the fan on the heating/cooling running all night. This helped sleep quality a ton and we barely heard the beltline that was right outside. Our boys enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a decent spread and there was a starbucks essentially in the parking lot which was perfect. Would totally stay again!

We went up to Madison for a quick two-day trip as a family. It rained our first day, so we just went straight to the hotel, hoping we could check in early or maybe just use the pool. Our room was ready. It was spacious, with an apartment-sized refrigerator, which came in handy for our trip. The t.v. was a little hard to work at first, but it just took a few moments of patience to wait for it to work. Wi-fi was reliable. We were given a coupon at check in for the bbq restaurant next door (LIberty Station) by America, our concierge and did get some great food for dinner in the room. Hotel was about 15 minutes from everything so we got to explore without being to far away from our room. We used the pool a few times. Overall, the trip was relaxing. America (the Concierge) was very friendly throughout our stay and even got me extra pillows for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Not happy with the check-in policy. No early check in and then when it was time for regular check in, our rooms were not ready. Only to then watch them give the same kind of room away to someone else. Very frustrating.

The staff didn't allow for people to check in prior to 3:00 pm. Although that is the standard time, it caused over an hour wait to actually check in. With the hotel being fully booked for the Morgan Wallen concert, they should have prepared better and had more staff available to turn over the rooms and check people in. If a room was ready before 3:00, they should've allowed people to check in.

Tv didnt work. Kids around the pool unsupervised and jumping in on top of me. The pkids running up and down the hall. Front desk not correcting problem. Hung up on us. Ruined our whole weekend trip.

Amazing place that’s close to highway and very safe! Starbucks and Liberty restaurant is so close that it only took us a short 2 minute to walk. Plus it’s near the walking/biking trail that leads to downtown and Monona Lake.

We had a great stay. Our family went to the zoo in Madison Wi and got rained out but luckily we were able to checkin early and we had a great time in the pool! The breakfast was fantastic the kids loved the waffles! Thanks Hilton!

Overall the hotel was great! The rooms were super spacious, newer looking, the room has a dishwasher, full fridge, and some kitchen utensils/necessities. The property in general is very clean. The only thing was breakfast was from 6am-9am and I feel there were very limited options. By 815-820am, there was nothing left aside from waffles. The eggs & sausage & sandwich bread was gone. My older kids didn’t get to eat. I would expect breakfast to be fully served and available for the time that is started. Otherwise a great stay. Love having full size shampoo and body wash in the shower. Adding conditioner up there would be great. Would definitely stay again. All staff we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. There is also a free zoo a few miles away.
