My experience at this Hilton was terrible. The hotel doesn't even look like a Hilton. The flowers at the hotel entrance were plastic and looked like they were from Easter. The only good thing was the receptionist. The accessible room was a disaster, especially the bed. It didn't have the required 24-inch height for a person with a disability; it was only 12 inches high and of very poor quality. Breakfast was served through a nearby restaurant. The restaurant required guests to purchase the full breakfast menu to receive service. Guests couldn’t just order a piece of toast and a cup of coffee like at other Hiltons. It was a disaster and in poor taste.

Wow. They saw that we were running the Lake Wobegon Trail Marathon and offered a late start so we could shower after the race was over. We were so very appreciative. AWESOME!
