Visiting family in New Rochelle and hotel was perfect. Good complimentary breakfast and room was spacious and well appointed. I used the laundry facilities on the first floor and was very impressed. Would definitely stay again.

The handicapped parking spaces are not close to the main entrance. Parking is tight at this hotel. The service was outstanding, however!

Good choice, centrally located with train service to NYC & White Plains and bus service to Yonkers. Free parking is a plus. Rooms are large, clean & well appointed. Staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast is okay bu not great. Wish there was a pool.. Would stay again.

The rooms are great and very spacious. The televisions rotate so you can watch Netflix and Youtube in the sofa area and then move to the bedroom area. Not only is there a giant closet, but the desk has a privacy screen to separate the living room area from the beds. Breakfast is healthy and fresh. Lots of sitting areas with outlets in the lobby and an outside fire pit. Staff, especially Siobhan at the front desk, are super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth every penny!

Found property to be dirty and our hallway (3rd floor) by the elevators had a strong “mildew” type of smell that we had to sneak each time wa came /left. We never received hskp service even though we requested it. On Saturday I went to hskp for towels (black female on 3rd floor) and NEVER received them. I asked to cut 1 day and was told at c/i (female) she would make that change only to be told at c/o that it was never done and I have to call Expedia. It’s summed up out experience and I will be returning to Hilton after this poor, dirty, smelly and no hospitality experience. Also, breakfast was poor as the fresh fruit looked old and inedible - bananas were BROWN, apples were bruised and oranges were small and had brown stains on them. Horrible breakfast so we did. It be get that value of the “free” breakfast.

I hate having to write this but for the sake of others spending their money here, I need to. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past year. Each time has been okay until this time around. Our room was never cleaned by the cleaning staff. We were there from Saturday to the following Friday. We ended up getting ants all over our bathroom. We had to take out our own trash, etc. when we called about the ants and asked for a room change, someone came up with all purpose cleaner to clean the ants (not going to work). Our room was never cleaned the next day nor did we get a room change. On top of all of that, our air conditioner didn’t work and we had two small babies with us. We finally got a box fan but no air conditioner. I don’t recommend staying here for a long period of time. If they put you at the end of the hallway, request an immediate change because the cleaning service will never get to you.

The hotel was nicely furnished. The staff were courteous. The room was large; it had a double sofa bed, king bed, large bathroom, and a coffee station, with microwave and mini fridge. However, there were problems. You have to press a button inside the mini fridge to keep it cold. On the third morning, there was a bad smell, possibly a dead mouse, coming from the hallway. Also, the room was totally not clean. I did not see the old popcorn under the bed until I was packing to leave and the side arm of the sofa bed was dirty.

Stayed in room 402. Ice maker on 4th floor did not work, therefore had to go to another floor. Sliding "barn door" to the bathroom was extremely noisy and difficult to move. Made enough noise that it would wake-up someone sleeping. Handle to shower door was so loose it was about to fall off. In addition there was no grab bar in the shower making it feel somewhat unsafe.

It was convenient for the purpose of our trip. We had issues with our thermostat. It was freezing, I had to turn off the AC. I also found the shower annoying as you can’t turn on the controls where the shower door opens to warm up the water. So you end up you getting blasted with cold water before it warms up. The shower door opens in so if you turn on the shower first , then the shower water wets the door and gets all over the place.

Hotel was new, clean and modern. Check in process was very easy . My only complaint was Room 133 , it is the last room on the end of the 1st floor and you can hear a loud constant engine / motor noise running all night . Just loud enough to be annoying .

I came in at night at about 11:50 pm to the hotel. I asked him, Please, can I have a bottle of water. He said you are not a high-level member. You booked your room through 3rd party. You will not get water. I told him the cost of water is 10 cents to Marriott. He said this Marriott policy.

The front desk staff on the night of 2/2/24 was extremely rude and unhelpful. We needed a blow dryer which was not in the room and extra blankets to sleep that night. He said we needed to wait until the morning to receive the items from house keeping. I came to the hotel specifically to shower and sleep before an important meeting the next day so this made no sense. Furthermore I left my phone at the front counter and the Staff at the front did not have the decency to call me to tell me he had it , plus I was at the counter twice in person which were both opportunities to give me the phone. I had to use find my iPhone to track it down instead. Also breakfast is supposed to go until 10 am but the supply of food was finished at 9 am and there was no more food per the staff. The was also no cinnamon for the oatmeal. Otherwise hotel was overall clean and the other staff at front desk on 2/3/24 were much more helpful and kind. Not many good restaurants surrounding, but area was quiet and seemed safe.

Great hotel but room service coordination was poor. They state that it's every other day, but when we said we were sleeping in and asked them to come back, they never came back. Said we should wait until the next day. They next day they said we were scheduled for the next day. Long story short, the next day never came, room never got refreshed. We took care of it ourselves.

Lovely well cared for facility, rooms designed so well for comfort, staff and amenities welcoming and well done!! While the the building is just a block or two outside of town, it is within walking distance of the village of Tuckahoe center and train station to the NY and north.

The hotel was fine but there was a person in the next room who thought blasting music at 10:30 pm was fine. Thankfully the staff responded and the music stopped. On another note, the area did not have any good shops for shopping or dining. It is car dependent.

We always stay at the Tuckahoe Springhill Suites if we are going to an event in NYC. It is walkable to the train station to take the train into the City. The facilities are nice and there are several restaurants on the walk back to the hotel to get dinner after visiting the City.

Very nice hotel and great price. Very close to train that goes directly into NYC. Our room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again. We used the Crestwood train station and was about a 12 minute walk.

Excellent stay, but breakfast was cut short so no one got to get food in the time allowed for breakfast. They started cleaning breakfast out 30 min before hand. Everything else was perfect !!!!

Great location, convenient to Tuckahoe and Eastchester. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - microwaved breakfast sandwiches with soggy bread, no decaf coffee, and no stevia sweetener option. I did appreciate the selection of milk alternatives! I did not see any bottle recycling options in the lobby breakfast area. I was also disappointed that the room essentials did not include hand lotion. The air in the hotel is very dry in the winter - hand lotion would have been a nice extra that most hotels offer. Free parking is a plus!

This was a great affordable place to stay with a half hour ride into NYC. Breakfast is basic but enought to grab a bite before heading out, or have your choice of breakfast somewhere else. Breakfast ends at 9am, so grab it early. The suite rooms were comfortable, roomy and we had some great sleeps.
