Propre, douche très bien, pas de parking disponible à l’arrivée seulement le lendemain et parking à 20€ la journée Proche de la mer par contre la vue pas terrible. Peut être qu’il faut payer un supplément.

### Critique d'un hôtel contrasté À notre arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par trois stagiaires désorganisés, sans signalétique visible, ce qui donnait une ambiance de start-up chaotique. Il est essentiel de distinguer le personnel de l'hôtel de celui qui s'occupe de la restauration et du bar. Les chambres n'étaient disponibles qu'à 16h, et à notre retour, une odeur de poisson régnait dans tout l'établissement. Pour plus de 300 euros, nous avons découvert une chambre humide avec des traces visibles d'humidité, sans séparation entre les toilettes, la douche, et le reste de la pièce. Cela ressemblait à un studio étudiant, où le design prime sur la fonctionnalité. Le restaurant de sushi est probablement la source de l'odeur persistante, due à une mauvaise ventilation. Malgré l'état de la chambre, le personnel de la réception était réticent à nous changer de chambre, invoquant le manque de disponibilité. Après insistance, nous avons finalement été transférés dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, mais les lits étaient de qualité médiocre. Parking situation is absolutely terrible and crooked. Hotel was informed by uscthat we have car and want to have theirs parking. Park on the streets is almost impossible. Hotel put us on the lust but we never got their parking. However some people who arrived after us were getting it. Ridiculous and unfair.

Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room.

great location, very clean, large rooms, excellent breakfast, gorgeous view from the restaurant. Nice pool, nice hammam The sauna was not working but it is being renovated. Reception was very busy but helpful ( a smiling face would have been appreciated but the assistance was professional)

Property is minutes away from the beach. Also 15 minute walk from the train station. Keep this in mind because there are literally no taxis in town. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Be careful storing things in the safe, I noticed things go missing in mine.

Thank you Novotel. Fabulous stay in Deauville- could not fault anything (but would like proper mugs in room for a cuppa rather than paper cups). Lovely welcome from Emiilie. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, Trouville and the race courses. Lovely to overlook the beach at breakfast and see the horses exercise. The Sushi is out of this world! We had it twice. Will definitely book again.

The parking garage was full and the check in clerk said not to park on the street because it cost too much. She said next door is a school and they have a lot that you can park in. I drove 2 blocks and didn’t see any school so went back to the hotel clerk. She showed me on the mail the school which was 3 blocks away and the street she told me to turn on was one way the wrong way. I found their lot finally and parked there before we went to dinner. The next morning the lot was locked, thankfully I parked on the street overnight. This woman was incompetent

On the beach, close to the train station and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Hananh who checked us in. Perhaps the best check in experience of the hotels I have stayed in 40 years of traveling the globe for work and pleasure.

Thank you Novotel. Fabulous stay in Deauville- could not fault anything (but would like proper mugs in room for a cuppa rather than paper cups). Lovely welcome from Emiilie. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, Trouville and the race courses. Lovely to overlook the beach at breakfast and see the horses exercise. The Sushi is out of this world! We had it twice. Will definitely book again.

Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room.
