Das Hotel ist quasi „wie neu“. Alles ist modern und top in Schuss. Zudem sind die Zimmer angenehm ruhig, weder Lärm von Innen noch außen (dank dreifach Verglasung) ist zu hören. Die Bar hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet, das Frühstück ist lecker und der Preis stimmt. Mehr kann man nicht wollen.

We stayed at the hotel it was quite clean and confortable. The check in was self service and over complicated quite a pain. In the evening the male bar staff was quite rude and refused to provide any ice or water even though the bar was open.

Hotel liegt direkt neben der Straßenbahnlinie, sehr praktisch, die 302 fährt durch bis zur Veltinsarena. Hotelpersonal sehr nett und freundlich, jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Einziges Manko kein Restaurant vor Ort und kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, 12 Euro pro Tag ist schon happig. Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen und würden wieder buchen.

Check in mittels Terminal selber durchgeführt. Bei Bedarf gibt es Hilfe durch Personal. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Parkplatz mit 12€ pro Tag noch akzeptabel.

Mit etwas Glück findet man auch kostenlose Parkplätze entlang der Strasse und kann die 12 EUR Parkgebühr pro Tag sparen.

Super Hotel, gute Lage. Der einzige Punkt sind Haare im Bad gewesen und ein Bett das schon leider etwas kaputt war unten rum. Passte nicht so ganz zum Rest des tollen Hotels.

Super nettes Personal! Das muss wirklich hervorgehoben werden. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr modern eingerichtet und vor allem ohne Ausnahmen sauber. Man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt.

Ich fühlte bei meinem Aufenthalt über die Feiertage und danach rundum wohl. Es war trotz guter Belegung sehr ruhig auf dem Zimmer, das Personal jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, und der Preis angemessen. Einzig eine Möglichkeit, im Zimmer ein paar Getränke kühl stellen zu können hat mir etwas gefehlt.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we always come back. Rooms are very affordable, clean and spacious. Front desk team are awesome. Always helpful. Location is perfect. This time though we were a little disappointed with the breakfast. Selection not as good as it used to be and not as quick to replenish dishes that are empty. All in all, this hotel is still worth booking and by far the best in Bochum.

Das personal ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, das Zimmer war für 2personen nicht optimal da es nur 1 stuhl gab und man so nicht einmal etwas spielen konnte..es war sehr schlecht e luft und man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen. Ausserdem waren die Bettdecken sehr dünn dass wir die ganze Nacht gefrorenen haben. Sonst war alles gut 👍.

Preisleistung passt nicht! Personal teils unfreundlich und ungeschult. Lästern beim Gast über den Arbeitgeber und sind dabei von oben herab. Ausstattung der Zimmer wie bei B&B nur doppelt so teuer! Doppelbett besteht aus zwei zusammen geschobenen Einzelbetten mit Spalt dazwischen. Außerdem leicht verschiebbar. Frühstück ebenfalls nichts besonderes und überteuert.

The hotel itself was very nice and modern. However, the check in process was awful. They make you use the tablets to self check in, and we were having a hard time finding our reservation. The lady at the check in station refused to check us in and said it had to be done on the tablets ourselves. It was not an easy or smooth process of a check in. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and clean.

The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again for my business trip, yes I really would.

Hôtel très bien. Sauf Acceuil par un écran qui est tout à fait déplorable. Heureusement qu’il y avait une personne pour me valider ma chambre. Car appareil pas content en fonction de mon numéro de carte d’ID.

Hotel liegt direkt neben der Straßenbahnlinie, sehr praktisch, die 302 fährt durch bis zur Veltinsarena. Hotelpersonal sehr nett und freundlich, jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Great place to stay, very clean rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast. People are friendly even if the guy who did our check-in seemed to know nothing about the area and was not able to aswer questions as simple as public transportation. And may I suggest that you add some info about the eco-sticker you need to travel by car to the hotel ? We were not aware of it and found it just before starting thanks to Waze but couldn't buy it until the day after as we arrived on a Sunday. Knowing that before travelling would have been great and allow us to take care of it easily before leaving home.

The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The shower is powerful which is an important feature when booking a hotel. The staff are very friendly especially Jess and Antonio at the bar. The hotel is close to all amenities, shops, banks and restaurants. The breakfast is great as well. Not a fan of the coffee but that's me. Looking forward to our next visit in December 2023. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Ehemals G-Hotel, jetzt bei der Veränderung sind die Zimmerpreise gestiegen, kein Wasser mehr auf dem Zimmer, Frühstück reduziert. Das übernommene Personal wie immer freundlich, neu eingestelltes Personal unfreundlich und es wurde bevorzugt zu rauchen anstatt den Check-in durchzuführen. Alles in allem, ein Rückschritt.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we always come back. Rooms are very affordable, clean and spacious. Front desk team are awesome. Always helpful. Location is perfect. This time though we were a little disappointed with the breakfast. Selection not as good as it used to be and not as quick to replenish dishes that are empty. Angenehmes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmer und sehr guten Frühstück. Fitnessraum ist eher spärlich ausgestattet, was aber für mich ok war, da ich ohnedies hauptsächlich die Cardio-Geräte nutze. Mit etwas Glück findet man auch kostenlose Parkplätze entlang der Strasse und kann die 12 EUR Parkgebühr pro Tag sparen.
