Temiz bir otel. Odalar rahat. Bedava park alani konusunda problem oldu. Sadece 3-4 arabalik yerleri var. Biz geldigimizde yerleri yoktu. Biraz farkli bir yere parkedip, yurumek durumunda kaldik.

Although the hotel’s information page states that there is parking available, there are actually only four parking spots. Since they were full, we had to park on a nearby street. There definitely should be a warning about this. In addition, the room phones were not working, which I think is a risky and unacceptable situation. If there had been an emergency, we would not have been able to reach the reception at all. We had booked two separate rooms, and in both of them, the phones were out of order. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the rooms, similar to dampness or sewage. Unfortunately, in its current state, this hotel does not deserve the amount we paid. Apart from being located in the city center, it has no other qualities.

Yatak cok rahat , klima cok yetersiz ve dugmesinde yanan isiklar gece rahatsiz ediyor.kahvalti iyi ama yapilan yer havasiz -1 katinda.otopark 3 araclik yeri var sadece .. ayrica sabah agir bir koku geliyor ust katlara mutfakta hazirlik yapilirken.

Bence bu da müşteri memnuniyeti açısından çok anlamlıydı. Şehir merkezine olan yakınlığı, hee yere yürüme mesafesinde kolayca ulaşım açısından avantajlı. Kesinlikle tercih edilecek bir otel.

Gün için vardı.2. It was my second time stay there.Hotel is on the main street and very busy traffic but balcony window was not closed properly and you can't sleep in the room .you hear all the street noise.When I told the problem to the receptionist when I was checking out she said funny things.I will not stay there anymore.

It was my second time stay there.Hotel is on the main street and very busy traffic but balcony window was not closed properly and you can't sleep in the room .you hear all the street noise.When I told the problem to the receptionist when I was checking out she said funny things.I will not stay there anymore.

We had a lovely couple of nights at the 31 Doors Hotel. Our check-in receptionist was so kind and helpful after we had had problems with our car. He was excellent. The hotel is close to the centre. Walking distance of about 8 minutes. Its very clean and modern. Only two years old I believe. Finally the free breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety with hot cooked food,omelette, bacon eggs sausages as well as cold cheeses and ham and a choice of fresh fruit, cereal and cakes. Covid rules were very well applied and hygiene was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in 1st floor. It was really noisy because of the street. There is coffee in the room but they charge for it. First time I see the coffee is not free which is in the room. They give small bottle of water but only one time. They do not refill the water even you stay a week. Breakfast is not rich. Some food in breakfast was cold and not fresh. I asked for expresso in breakfast and this one also was chargeable. Hotel is clean. But price is higher than it deserve.
