Wish I knew that there was no one on property…was remote access. Missed not having ice machine, there was a coffee machine in room but no coffee/cups. The shower was nice

Very Clean room, parking is very convenient. Walkable beach, so many restaurants that are nearby (walkable). Staff are very helpful. Good place for staycation. Only bad thing I could say, the wifi internet is not that strong.

Very Cozy ; the only thing I would suggest is that the entrance locks be updated. They still use a key. Other than that nice and cozy and comfortable.

This is your basic hotel. You access your room through a lockbox and there is not an office. It is well worth the price. Everything was recently updated and the room was super clean. The bed was also very comfortable.

Room was very clean, and ready early. We stayed one night and it was fine. We were in the very back room 110 which at night had difficulty finding in the dark. Suggest that it be added to instructions. One additional suggestion would be to add small table so that a beverage could be set when eating Otherwise I would classify this as a very short term stay room even though it had a kitchenette.

Very nice location right across from the beach access and very close to restaurants, shops, etc. The room was filthy dirty in the corners, under the bed, behind the dressers and on the trim. Our room needed a good cleaning and I spent my time wiping the floors right after we arrived.

The floors were dirty. Stained comforter. Wi-Fi poor. TV wouldn’t turn on this morning. Door lock outside was crooked and didn’t look secure. I called the number for support on the WiFi and the woman that answered was very helpful.

Over all stay was amazing. Closeness to the beach was great! Walking distance. Place was really clean, cozy, bed felt great. Shower was nice. Peace and quiet.

When I came into the room it looked like the bedding had not been changed from the prior persons stay, just made. There was stains all over the bedding, black curly hair and makeup on the pillowcase and the tv was left on. When I texted (all text communication no humans on site) the property to get my whole bedding changed they called me immediately and told me they would change it in the next hour. She was not overly apologetic in any way and actually seemed quite annoyed that I wanted new bedding. When she showed up to change the bedding she was not welcoming at all and probably said 3 words to me. There is no chair or anywhere in the room to sit besides the bed, so when she came to change the bedding I stepped outside to let her do her thing because I felt so uncomfortable. She came out the room with all the bedding in her hands said all set and walked around the back of the building. I immediately went in and checked my outside pouch of my backpack that I stupidly left out and my Bose headphones were gone. I don’t have proof that they were stolen BUT I JUST USED THEM and that is the only explanation unless someone stole them off my back while leaving the airport coming to the hotel. I didn’t even bring it up because I was in FL for my dads death and already had enough to deal with and I knew nothing would come of it but the next person thinking about this hotel needs to be made aware!! Just because I complained about unsanitary bedding doesn’t mean I should get robbed!

So at first it wasn't a bad room. It looked clean enough and the bathroom was emasculate. The problem was the AC unit; it was old and noisy then when I looked inside it was GROSS, had MOLD, and made both me and my guest terribly sick. My guest had a fever and his voice was so hoarse I couldn't understand him.

Bed was too soft. Floors were dirty, our feet got dirty just walking from the bathroom to the bed. Shower took 10 minutes to warm up. Furnishings were fine. Nice large TV. Overall the room was ok.

Easy check in with a lock box to get the key for the room. Unfortunately our tv was playing when we got into the room and we couldn’t turn it off or lower or raise the volume. The remote controls may have needed batteries , but we’re not sure .

Overall pretty good, especially for the price! Our only complaints are that the water pressure was very low, which was unexpected in a Florida beach town; and that the wifi also often refused to connect, so we both relied on phone hotspots to do our remote work. Room was very clean when we arrived and housekeeping was responsive to requests. AC worked and the mini-fridge even had a proper freezer that kept ice cream frozen. Location is literally right across the street from the beach and there are plenty of crosswalks along the street.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels and such. The mini-fridge is an awesome bonus. TV was huge! :) The check in process is a bit unique; however, communication is fast and courteous. Definitely an incredible value and I will be going back!

At first I was worried when I saw that it was going to be a virtual front desk. I wasn't able to get to my room until 2:00 in the morning and that worked out perfect for me. They text me a code I walked up to the room punched it in my key came out I was good to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

The room was clean and welcoming. Our AC stopped working and was leaking water on the floor, they switched our rooms quickly and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and apologetic. Great little place, great service. We will definitely be back!

The property does not have an onsite attendant. The rooms were fairly clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower took about10 minutes to start working. The unit next to us were fighting and arguing all night. Slamming doors. In the morning, several kids right outside our door getting high. Place just didn’t feel safe.

My wife thought she booked a hotel, but was a bit mortified when she saw it was a motel. Let me say, it was clean and while it is a self check-in place, when I had a question, it was answered within minutes via text with helpful information. If you've ever stayed in a route 95 motel between VA and FL, then this place is like the 5 seasons in comparison. Clean, comfy, convenient and an incredible value for the location. Don't expect a 5-star Manhattan hotel, but for a clean and reasonable priced spot on the shore, give it a try!

I loved that the beach was across the street. It was a quiet area. The room was very clean. We dined at Guissippe Pizza and the Broken Egg. There are plenty dining areas. Would stay again.
