We have been here twice now to see a concert and a comedian. Josh Turner and Ron White. The hotel, restaurants, and casino are immaculate. The performance venue is small and intimate. Not a bad seat there. Their pools and hot tubs are a wonderful bonus and definitely make it a family spot. Golf course is across the road and is well-groomed.

We had the best time ! It’s in the middle of no where, but so worth it . Every single person was so friendly. Pool/hot tub had great hours. (Large pool and hot tub inside. Huge pool / multiple hot tubs outside/ water slide open by season. Also multiple hot tubs open weather permitting outside mixed in with the landscaping. So amazing!) The free breakfast was AMAZING. We ate at the bar for dinner and it was cheap/delicious. We can’t wait to go back !

Even though we've been there ten times and never won on the slots or Bingo we still have a great time. I wasn't thrilled that our free buffet cost us today because they were serving brunch already at 8:30 am. It's a great buffet though. The new outdoor pool is awesome but definitely need more seating out there. Probably won't play bingo anymore. Seems to be rigged. Not one of us has won in ten attempts. Horrible odds. Still a really fun place.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building and inside areas.... HOWEVER Attention needs to be given to parking. Lots needs resurfacing,and disabled parking needs to be marked better, as well as more spacers. Despite the no-parking signs, there were a LOT of vehicles in the circle drive at the hotel entrance

I have been there multiple times before and had decent rooms this time I did not. The floors were sticky and it took forever to get the room cooled down even set on the lowest setting. It's sad that you no longer over free breakfast buffets and you raised prices which is even more sad.

Our stay was very nice. We have stayed there before. The rooms are very nice. The only issue we had this visit was the temperature in our room. We couldn't regulate the temperature. Our first night, the room was soo cold you could hang meat in it. We shut the a/c off completely & finally were able to enjoy the room.

Everything was great except for there wasn’t enough table space to put things on, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the toilet was a little too low. The staff was great and sent someone to help us figure out the tv (the previous guest reset something on it and we could not get a signal). The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and even gave us free breakfast buffet vouchers. Our room had a fun view of the pool area as well.

Another great stay at Prairie Band Casino. Room (received an upgrade) was large with microwave and fridge. Good storage space. Fast and easy check-in/check-out. Super hot water and good pressure in bath/shower. Bathroom vent needs to be cleaned but otherwise, room was clean. Uncomfortable pillows (as usual) buts beds OK. Exercise room a little small; pool looked clean with plenty of towels. Nice area to hang out (it's an inside pool) for a drink as it was toasty and humid. Courtyard closed due to snow.

Queen size beds are more like fulls. The pillows were horrible and so was the comfort of the bed. Curtains were dirty with what looked like splattered food. Staff not very friendly when asking for extra towels.

Great hotel and nice big room. Bed was little uncomfy but ok for 1 night. Room and hotel very clean. Nice pool area and outside hot tubs. Wonderful huge tub to relax in after long day. Great breakfast buffet included with room. Wish they had separate parking area for hotel guests instead of using casino lot, as it was packed.

My room wasn't ready until after 5pm so that was inconvenient. Being a short senior person, I felt unsafe in the tub/shower. It was difficult stepping in. Grab bars would help with older folks. But the staff were all very nice and friendly.

Nice property and room. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Hotel needs updated with usb ports in rooms. Bathroom had a huge tub/shower however older person may not be able to step into it. Our server at breakfast buffet was excellent I wish I had gotten her name. Dinner buffet was ok for the money.

The staff was rude, especially in the buffet and the ember cafe. We never once seen a housekeeper for our room. So we never received clean towels. I had a massage a massage scheduled and it wan canceled. Not really happy with the trip.

Well I drove there from KC hoping to meet friends. My friends were suppose to meet me in the lobby. After waiting an hour after our meet up time. I asked the front desk for help. I knew the front desk couldn't give me their room number but I was surprised that they wouldn't take a message. Okay I then ask if they could tell me if my friends has checked in. Nope couldn't do that either. I have been traveling nationally and internationally since 1968. This is the only hotal that I've stayed at that wouldn't even tell me if my friends had checked in. A lot of the hotels that i have stayed would call the room telling them i was in lobby or atleast leave a message for them on their room phone. Very disappointed

Our first time here and we were desperate trying to find a decent hotel to stay at after a bad experience in Holton. Imagine how happy we were when this hotel was clean, had excellent dining options, and truly helpful staff members. They were beyond accommodating to my elderly parents with mobility issues. If we find purselves in Kansas again, we will definitely be staying here. The only negative thing I can say, is I don't like how they've hung onto the Covid era, "We are not making up your room." Less service for same or/more money.

Man who checked us in upon arrival was very rude. Not a friendly bone in his body. The room was clean. Just needed updated. There were only 3 small pillows on the bed for 2 adults. There should have been at least 4 for a king bed. Room service was great. Fast and we received everything we ordered.

Would have been nice to know there was no valet Mon-Wed. We arrived after dark in the rain which made an interesting drive in a dark countryside. Room was wonderful, quiet and comfortable. All hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Brad, however, at the Rewards desk in casino needs a little help with his customer service.

You are hit with a strong smoke smell the minute you walk in. The smell does not diminish as you get to your room. Unfortunately, the ventilation was not as good. While I appreciated the coffee bar, it was similar to that of a gas station however they charged regular coffee shop prices for a button the guy behind the counter pressed to make the coffee. Just have this be open during certain hours instead of staffing it with someone to press the button and put a flavor shot in and pour the milk on the now lukewarm "iced" coffee.

View will be wonderful when the outdoor pool gets done. Still under construction. Only small problem was The Embers bar and grill had no help so you had to order to go and then you could sit at table in the bar but had to go to bar in the casino for drinks as no wait staff. 3 people there one taking orders and one bringing out from kitchen. AND very helpful young man who cleaned tables and made sure people got there food and anything he could get for them. So glad he was there.

Nice resort and casino! Staff very courteous! Slots were very tight, lost way more than we won. Dinner buffet was reasonably priced but all of the meat entrees that I tried tasted like they had been prepared for the lunch buffet and sat for several hours before being re-offered for dinner. Breakfast buffet, which was complimentary, was fantastic, however, with great wait staff!

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They were engaging at check I . We used spa, it was dark, there were no directions or indications where to get towels. However, area was clean, nice comfortable environment. Felt safe, security made their rounds. There were a few areas that looked like they needed some attention, like the headboard of the bed was pretty rough. When I crawl into bed I don’t want to think about people who were there before me. We ate at Embers… not gonna lie, food and service wasn’t very good. I couldn’t eat the egg rolls I got, they were over cooked, and smashed. I’ve never had egg rolls with spinach in them, that was different. I think initial server was new, and no very comfortable or sure of her self and very hard to hear and understand. The cook came out several times while we were eating and he looked like his clothes were 5 sizes too big and hadn’t been wash in ages. Very sloppy. No one ever addressed our food and if it was ok. Hostess at front was kind of a matter brained and not very helpful. Overall stay was good, food, questionable. We also had a non smoking room, and even the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.
