Tru by Hilton Huber Heights

Wonderful staff, the Hotel, Room, Bed & Mattress were great. The staff, aside from breakfast, were great. Our only complaint was while breakfast was "free", it was a smaller selection than most have. I was expecting more variety based on the rest of the Hotel. Add on some of the selections were empty, we had to sit at a dirty table and the person taking care of the area was sitting in an office on their Cell phone. We will definitely stay there again, writing off breakfast as just an "off day".

It was a comfortable, clean, and quiet environment. Staff were helpful and kind.

Staff slow

The location was great, rooms were clean and staff was great! My only complaint was the noise from the interstate. There is no barriers between the property and road so it was very loud. Would suggest if you are a light sleeper to request a room on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed one night on a cross country road trip. The room was very comfortable and clean. It reminded us of similar accommodations that you might find in Europe.
