I reserved my room while on the road. The description said the property was pet friendly which it is but it did not mention anywhere in the description that there was a $100 non refundable pet fee. Unfortunately I was stuck paying the fee as the room was non refundable.

Very new. Carpet was so plush had a hard time opening our door. Enjoyed the pool. Nice not to have flicks of children in it. Breakfast was the best we had on our 2 week trip. Highway noise was there but not bad.

The staff were extremely pleasant to work with and were very accomodating. The property was very clean, the breakfast was a great variety of things, and their coffee was GREAT! We were hoping to enjoy a hot tub, but there is only a small pool at this property. My daughter had a tournament nearby, so we enjoyed the convenience of this property's location. We would stay here again!

I love the decor and the cleanliness. Breakfast was convenient, while standard, a good options for on the go! The staff was very helpful, except wasn’t visible at the front desk, had to wait to check in for the attendant to come Back, and didn’t see anyone when check out time. The building and rooms look great, so he insulation is not that great and it made our stay a bit noisy. Could hear the doors everywhere and the guests next door and those walking above us.

Very nice room. We booked a suite. Plenty of room for us and our puppy. Nice and comfortable to relax. Shower was excellent. Sink faucet not so much. Low water pressure and the spout would extend further over the sink. The alarm clock was SO bright, I actually had to turn it upside down! :) Also. There was a bright light on the fire alarm also. Had to put a towel over that.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Check in was easy as well as check out . However, I was unaware of the the security deposit that is charged for first night on top of what is owed for the stay. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. We were also accused of running on our floor. The front desk clerk, Amanda just insinuated that we were running in the hallway despite the running being ongoing for 2 nights. I stayed with my mother and 7 year old daughter. She should have came to the floor to see for herself instead of assuming. Amanda’s co-worker did explain they have to call and ask but I highly doubt anyone else was called. The walls are paper thin and we didn’t hear a room phone ring on either side of our room.

One of the best hotel stays if not the best I’ve had and I am an avid traveler. Everyone was so kind, enthusiastic and accommodating at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with great, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great also with plenty of options including healthier ones. Wish we could have stayed longer!
