Hotel staff were exstremely helpfull. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms roomy. No real amenities and garden area and furniture was dated. Overall good location in City Centre and convenient to sites.

The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.

The room was very clean and the bed was fine (a little firm). They had parking in front which is what we needed for an early rental car return to the airport. There was a free breakfast but we left at 3am, so I can't comment on that! It is close to the airport. I can't offer information about the area because we only stayed for sleep.

We are a family of 4 traveling around Italy for 2 weeks with a rental car. We stayed in Naples for 2 nights to see Pompeii. This is a beautiful hotel with large clean rooms, a lovely garden and spa services. We did not use any spa services but the breakfast was great. The staff is very professional and was very helpful.

The hotel is quite a bit of distance to walk from most places you want to go. The area is high in traffic and noisy but not as noisy as closer in. The bathrooms smelled musty. Everything was clean, breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. Could use some freshing up, some curtains were not hung correctly in the hallways and outdoor patio area is lacking in furniture and what is there is mostly broken.

Apesar de um pouco distante, ao menos está fora das ZTLs de Napoles e tem otimo estacionamento. Possivel ir a pé ao centro histórico. Hotel bem conservado, quarto amplo e confortável, alem de moderno. Pontos negativos apenas a internet (muito lenta) e o barulho da rua e da recepção (pode ser porque pegamos um quarto no térreo próximo ao hall).
Apesar de um pouco distante, ao menos está fora das ZTLs de Napoles e tem otimo estacionamento. Possivel ir a pé ao centro histórico. Hotel bem conservado, quarto amplo e confortável, alem de moderno. This is off the beaten path of super busy Naples which was perfect. Walkable to the museum. The staff were more like hosts and old friends. David and Gabriella took amazing care of us including setting up transportation and tours. We couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was amazing every day with more friendly faces ensuring we had whatever we needed. There's a small bar area on the main floor that's available 24 hours as there is always someone on duty. The hotel itself is older but updated and clean with character. We had a jacuzzi in our room which we never got to use. Its truly a super special place. Off the breakfaat area is a beautiful garden where you can spot parakeets in the morning. Restaurants in the area are fantastic and friendly and there's no better place to get a cannoli. As you can tell, we highly recommend!

Dejligt med yoghurt og frugt men det ville være rart med bedre kvalitet brød til morgenmad. Fint spa bad og dejligt værelse. Meget meget søde og serviceorienterede personer i receptionen.

We were very impressed with the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room at any time of the day and left us with towels, soaps and a very clean bath! We were vety impressed with the efficiency of Francisco the breakfast room attendant. He knew our needs and looked after us with enthusiasm and a big smile. The location was great, too!

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, l'une est très bien l'autre est insalubre (odeur désagréable, moisissure, peinture qui se décolle). Malgré de nombreuses demandes, aucune solution n'a été proposée pour changer de chambre.

Location is far away from any atractions. Elevator was broken and our roo. Was at 3rd floor. Lack of shelf space in bathroom. Black mod around bathtub edge and windowsill. Forgot to provide us tissue papaer and condotioner for 1st day. We asked for another chair but never delivered to our room. The breakfast is way below average in Italy. We asked fro t desk to book us a taxi to Sorento when we checked out. She made the call and told us €140 and we agreed. After the taxi driver drove us out, he asked for €160. My husband negociated with him for €150 in cash and he agreed. This driver does not know how to use GPS and when he near Sorrento, he stopped many times to ask for directions. When he finally drop us off at the main square(not our our hotel), he demanded €200. My husband took out wallet and gave him €150. He grabed another €50 from my husband's hand. I wanted to call police but my husband worried that the taxi company and the driver related to gangster. The hotel staff totally let us down. We expected they would get us a reliable and professional driver. But she got us a guy who does not know how to use GPS and robbed money from us.

Before you book this hotel, its worth knowing that driving in Naples is not for the faint of heart! The hotel is located up a rather steep narrow alleyway - but if you can manage it, its worth it! We booked a room with a balcony and jetted tub and it was well worth the extra cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight home. It doesn’t offer dining on site (breakfast is served in the morning) and although the hotel is nooked back from the main road, the surrounding area isn’t appealing. We felt uncomfortable meandering around so just stayed in the very small room for a majority of our time in Naples. The front desk staff was helpful in arranging a car to take us to the airport which was appreciated. The 3 twin beds were comprised on 2 twin beds and a fold out bed on a chair which wasn’t comfortable at all. There are no mirrors in the main room which made getting ready for 3 women challenging.

No slippers or robes in room, bed is firm as a rock and cheap, pillows are huge and firm, not comfortable at all. Felt like what you'd probably find at a motel. No coffee machine in room either. Furniture is dated and there is a lot of repair issues in this hotel. Multiple times they asked me to allow a repair person in my room for issues taking place in other guests room. And while I refused to let anyone in my room they asked again. Imagine that inconvenience, while on vacation. It’s also about a 35 minute walk away from the central/ key areas. There is nothing special at all about this stay. I would not come back.

We had a great stay! On arrival the staff were super friendly and provided us with a map and several recommendations around the local area. The hotel was very clean and immaculate kept throughout and smelt lovely! We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious with a free standing double jacuzzi bath in the bedroom area, the bed was very comfortable. I would happily stay again!

Location is far away from any atractions. Elevator was broken and our roo. Was at 3rd floor. Lack of shelf space in bathroom. Black mod around bathtub edge and windowsill. Forgot to provide us tissue papaer and condotioner for 1st day. We asked for another chair but never delivered to our room. The breakfast is way below average in Italy. We asked fro t desk to book us a taxi to Sorento when we checked out. She made the call and told us €140 and we agreed. After the taxi driver drove us out, he asked for €160. My husband negociated with him for €150 in cash and he agreed. This driver does not know how to use GPS and when he near Sorrento, he stopped many times to ask for directions. When he finally drop us off at the main square(not our our hotel), he demanded €200. My husband took out wallet and gave him €150. He grabed another €50 from my husband's hand. I wanted to call police but my husband worried that the taxi company and the driver related to gangster. The hotel staff totally let us down. We expected they would get us a reliable and professional driver. But she got us a guy who does not know how to use GPS and robbed money from us.

The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.

The hotel is quite a bit of distance to walk from most places you want to go. The area is high in traffic and noisy but not as noisy as closer in. The bathrooms smelled musty. Everything was clean, breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. Could use some freshing up, some curtains were not hung correctly in the hallways and outdoor patio area is lacking in furniture and what is there is mostly broken.

The breakfast was the best of any hotel in which stayed. However, it is in a location that is somewhat removed from the downtown area, and the streets are busy and noisy at night. Despite the street commotion, the hotel is remarkably quiet inside. This hotel is a perfect place, but it is not in a perfect area of the city. Be prepared to walk a bit of a distance to access public transportation. If you are a taxicab person, then this is the right place to be!

This is off the beaten path of super busy Naples which was perfect. Walkable to the museum. The staff were more like hosts and old friends. David and Gabriella took amazing care of us including setting up transportation and tours. We couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was amazing every day with more friendly faces ensuring we had whatever we needed. There's a small bar area on the main floor that's available 24 hours as there is always someone on duty. The hotel itself is older but updated and clean with character. We had a jacuzzi in our room which we never got to use. Its truly a super special place. Off the breakfaat area is a beautiful garden where you can spot parakeets in the morning. Restaurants in the area are fantastic and friendly and there's no better place to get a cannoli. As you can tell, we highly recommend!

We stayed here 1 night before flight back to states. It’s close to the airport, but also close to shopping area and historic center. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the property, but the other taxi drivers, hotel recommended, were able to find it. Would recommend as it’s a short taxi ride to most sites.

Staff is friendly and kind. They’re the good part. Overall not a terrible stay but for what they’re charging this place is lacking significantly. No slippers or robes in room, bed is firm as a rock and cheap, pillows are huge and firm, not comfortable at all. Felt like what you'd probably find at a motel. No coffee machine in room either. Furniture is dated and there is a lot of repair issues in this hotel. Multiple times they asked me to allow a repair person in my room for issues taking place in other guests room. And while I refused to let anyone in my room they asked again. Imagine that inconvenience, while on vacation. It’s also about a 35 minute walk away from the central/ key areas. There is nothing special at all about this stay. I would not come back.

We are a family of 4 traveling around Italy for 2 weeks with a rental car. We stayed in Naples for 2 nights to see Pompeii. This is a beautiful hotel with large clean rooms, a lovely garden and spa services. We did not use any spa services but the breakfast was great. The staff is very professional and was very helpful.

Had to book it last minute after our flight was cancelled in the early hours of the morning so can't really comment on the area around the hotel. Staff were on hand at 3am to welcome us, everything explained quickly and pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness & size of the room and of the hotel. Very comfortable evening and a decent enough breakfast in the morning, wide selection to choose from.

Amazing hotel! 5 start service. Staff is exceptional. Breakfast was great. Very well maintained and the hotel made sure there was everything we needed present at the room when we arrived. This was extremely helpful as I was traveling with kids. This was our best hotel in Italy. They staff was always receptive to our need and arranged for a nice private driver to take us around Naples, to Pompeii abdate night dinner to the coast.

Big problem with the air conditioning. It was not on when we entered the room. My husband asked the front desk how to turn it on. We followed their instructions. We went out exploring the city for approximately 5 hours. When we returned at 10 pm our room was still hot and the air conditioning was not running. I went to the front desk for help and was told I had to wait 30 minutes. I explained we had to be at the airport at 4 am and needed to get to sleep. After arguing back and forth she did agree to check it. She walked in our room felt to see if the air was working and found out it did not work. I asked to be moved to a room that had air conditioning working. She said they not no rooms ava. I looked on the internet an found they had 5 rooms still available that night. She reluctantly agree to move us. Unfortunately the new room did not have air conditioning working either. By this time it was close to midnight. We gave up and took a cold shower and tried to get some sleep. The female staff member lied to me and didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. I asked for a supervisor and her name and was denied both.
