Das Hotel war sauber und relativ neu. Nur ein paar Schäden am Zimmer waren sehr amateurhaft repariert. Und das Frühstück war schrecklich... Am schlimmstenist aber, dass das Hotel in der Einflussschneise vom Flughafen liegt und man spät Abends und morgens von Fliegern geweckt wird. Es ist unmöglich hier mehr als 4 Stunden zu schlafen.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was new, clean, and stylish. We loved the in-room kitchen and filtered drinking water, which meant we didn’t need to buy bottled water. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool and foosball were great. We were also lucky to see the Great America fireworks from our room. The shower pressure was a little weak and the walls were somewhat thin, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel itself was great, but the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We drove from Northern California for a concert and were told to return at 4:00 p.m. because our room was not ready. When we came back at 4:00, the line was out the door, our room was still unavailable, and no one could tell us when it would be ready. I asked whether we could receive any type of compensation for the excessive wait and inconvenience, but nothing was offered. I understand that the hotel was busy because of the concert, but management should have been better prepared. Guests should not be left waiting indefinitely after traveling such a long distance, especially when check-in information has already been provided. Although the hotel was very nice, the poor communication and lack of concern for our time made the experience very disappointing.
