The front desk staff upon check-in was great, as well as upon departure. But when I rolled in at midnight my last night, there was no valet, and the front desk guy was on his phone… he just said, “yeah he’s here. Just leave your keys.” It’s incredible that they charge $50 for valet daily for service like this. The beds are super soft and are so concave that I had to barricade myself with pillows to prevent myself from rolling onto the floor. A “technology-forward room” sounds great if everything works. It’s frustrating if everything doesn’t. Having to call for ice is annoying.

Cool old hotel in the center of downtown. The rooms are small, but they’re kind of funky. The staff was great. Only bad thing was the rooftop bar was closed.

We loved it here. Clean, comfortable, quiet and modern. Very pleasant check in staff and we were surprisingly given complementary breakfasts during our stay. Bottled water is available in the rooms and replaced daily. Towels are amazing and the internet connection is excellent. This was part of a 3 week trip around the States and the Sinclair was the best hotel we had stayed in during our trip. Service in the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, service was great, room was clean and well appointed. The tech was cool. The only misstep was the fancy drawer fridge wasn’t working so they stuck a mini-fridge in the entryway. It was in the way and it had not been emptied from previous tenants.

It was a beautiful hotel, great bed, the only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the foyer, it looked dirty and for such a beautiful hotel and seeing the carpet when you walk in is an eye sore. Loved everything else.

The hotel was very clean and it smelled AMAZING!!!! Loved the technology in the rooms. My only complaint was the king sized fitted sheet did not fit completely on the bed, we tried to pull it down but it was tight and wouldn’t budge. It was almost as if the fitted sheet belonged on a queen bed. The fitted sheet had been squeezed halfway onto the mattress and when we woke up it was off of the ends of the mattress. Also the towels were very hard and stiff, especially the dry towel.

There was remnants from the previous reservation in my room… like red petals, a bottle of wine, and 2 balloons. Just doesn’t make me feel the best knowing these items weren’t cleaned. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. Very nice people, great food downstairs, and fun stuff to do around the hotel. All in all, it was just a decent stay.

Hotel room was tiny for the amount of money. The rooms can hear everything going on in hallway. And I’m sure everyone can hear what’s going on inside. The bed is right by the door. 9th anniversary and was honestly, disappointed.

Amazing room, helpful staff! And so convenient to all of downtown Fort Worth! All of the amazing technology in the room was next level, digital light and shower controls, along with touch screen in the bathroom mirror. All of the retained art deco charm mixed with modern amenities, makes this hotel high recommended!

The room hard wood flooring and electronics were nice features. The location close to restaurants Mi Cocina and Jake’s is great. However, this 14th floor exterior room was not soundproof from motorcyclist noise till 3am. We asked for a quiet room for a good night sleep. Next time we will ask for an interior room to be specific.

I booked three rooms for two nights through Expedia. Then I went back and booked direct for one more night. Thursday night was great Friday we wake up and are out shopping when we get a phone call that we don’t have reservations for two of the rooms and have to leave!!! Then Sinclair hotel charges me for that one room. So we will never stay there again.

A beautiful property and everyone that worked there was so attentive and nice. Always making sure the guests were comfortable. I was especially impressed with all the valets, from late night to early morning and even though it was really cold always happy to be there!

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Texas! Yancy was the first front desk associate that assisted my cousin and myself for our visit and she was by far the most amazing and helpful person ever!!! She made the start of our trip wonderful . Our room was literally jaw dropping amazing!!! The valet gentlemen were all super friendly and very respectful! We will be returning back and referring others for stay .

Overall very nice rooms. Property was boutique style which was nice for the occasion. I travel to FW frequently and thought I’d try something new. The only thing that turned me off was I called the front desk to ask what time did the bar close because I wanted to grab a drink with family who traveled there to watch my daughter perform at a big concert. We were informed that we still had 30 minutes so we thought that was great because it was late and we didn’t want to go far. When we got down to the bar, they refused to serve us and said even though the bar was open, they stop serving 30 minutes before. They didn’t care that I had not been given that information and made us leave. Was actually rude about it. That was very poor service to me. Because if that I will not return.

Bed could have been more comfortable seemed like an old style mattress. Late night valet was gone from stand for at least 30-40 minutes. I wasn’t aware of a $150 surcharge either. I booked through Hotels.com

I will definitely be back to The Sinclair. The Assistant General Manager Matthew McDaniel is excellent. While we loved the hotel itself, and most of the staff was wonderful, we had some issues with the restaurant and concierge service. The first night there, we waited almost 1 1/2 hours after ordering to receive our food. Our server did not apologize and was very dismissive of the situation. Before our stay, we called the hotel and when there was no seating at the hotel's restaurant the second night we were there, the concierge told us they made reservations for us at a different restaurant we wanted to try. After what happened the first night, we called the restaurant directly to confirm the reservation was made. It was not. That restaurant was booked, so we had to find some place else to eat. When we brought these issues to the attention of hotel management, Matthew McDaniel was very professional, courteous, looked into the situation right away, communicated options to us, and went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes happen even at the nicest hotels like this one. I think what's important is how those mistakes are addressed. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel itself is quaint and lovely, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and it's in an ideal location, walkable to great stores, restaurants, Bass Performance Hall (also beautiful), etc. This is my second time to do a family staycation in downtown Ft. Worth, and it doesn't disappoint.

I definitely would not recommend eating at the hotel. The food is way over salted. Their chicken strips were way overcooked that they were so hard. The fries are like eating pretzels. It's just an average hotel that looks Fancy no extra or special free accommodations for the price that you get

The location was wonderful with many restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was comfortable and pretty. The only negative was the drink service in the bar. Avoid the Sinclair signature cocktail. It was not drinkable due to its bitterness. Despite the waitress’ bringing simple syrup, it was far too bitter to drink for anyone in my party to drink, and definitely not worth $20.

We enjoyed our two night stay at The Sinclair. Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly. Valet, Porter, and the front desk were efficient and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The Porter gave us a brief history of the property on our way to our suite. The suite was very spacious and clean. There are a lot of nice tech touches in their rooms. Touch screens control lighting, window shades, and room temperature. There were two nice size TVs with easy interfaces. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice quality. The bathroom was beautiful and had nice amenities including a bidet and a very modern shower with electronics that control water pressure, temperature and LED lighting. We had dinner at The Wicked Butcher. The food was well prepared and the staff were attentive. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. Cooked perfectly and nice portions. The hotel is located in a safe and nice area. Beautiful architecture and lots of small shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around and there is an area nearby with fountains that children were playing while parents enjoyed live music from a Mariachi band. We enjoyed our stay at The Sinclair and you will too!

From the valet to the front desk our arrival and departure experience was exceptional. We were there for a mini staycation to celebrate our anniversary. The desk clerk offered champagne, unfortunately it isn’t permitted do to health, so they gave us breakfast vouchers for both mornings we were there. The Wicked Butcher breakfast was wonderful both days. Our server on day one was the best. We will definitely keep the Sinclair on our list of places to stay in Ft. Worth.
